Update: after watching for 10 days after the 1st treatment, ants returned. It's been 2 days since the follow up visits and only finding 3 dead ants and none living. Tech found a nest out back and thinks that's the cause of the return. Nest has been exterminated. Tech is very conscientious and thorough.
ChrisMy technician Garrett is so polite & kind. I always enjoy seeing him & he is very thorough. Also he alerts me of any activity he is treating at my home. He is great!
jeff woodTechnician came out and inspected the house, but said that he could not treat the problem because the wasps are going dormant and, without visible activity, he was not able to locate the entry point. THIS REVIEW IS EDITED BY THE ORIGINAL REVIEWER: United Pest Solutions reached out and visited the house again, confirming that it is not possible to treat the problem while the wasps are going dormant and REFUNDED the charge for the visit. Collin was very engaging and explained the situation in detail, offering suggestions for dealing with the residual
(very sluggish) wasps that show up and even tips on how to discourage the moles in my front yard. We will definitely come back to United Pest Solutions when the wasps become active again in Spring.

He’s always devoted to doing the very best job and is kind and respectful about his job (and everything he comes into contact with) when he’s on your property. His kind passive manner may go unnoticed, but he deserves 10 stars! This time servicing my backyard, he noticed our gate latch was just hanging by a thread of a rusted screw. He fixed it with two brand new industrial-looking screws where it laches again! I don’t even think the gate latched when we moved in. 10 Stars for Ernest and his kindness, flawless work ethic, and customer service. I haven’t had but 2-3 spiders in our basement since they’ve started servicing our property. Hire them and you won’t be disappointed.
