Reading other reviews, I think they expect someone who’s job is to crawl under your house and deal with dead bugs and rodents all day is going to treat you like you’re checking in at the ritz Carlton. It’s a bug company, not a resort. Been using them for many years. Sure, they may not show up at the exact same time every month, but they do show up. The HUGE thing is that: 1. They guarantee their work. I had a crawl space cleaning done, mice were still getting in. They came back three times until I was satisfied with no complaints or extra charges 2. I had a termite infestation and they came THE NEXT DAY when it really mattered. 3. They do a thorough job every time they show up. Zero complaints. Use them for my home and business which has 10 buildings. They are a solid outfit, and I have no bugs or mice.

Can't say I love this company. They come every month to check the rat poison baits set out by my back wall. I ask them to let me know when they are coming, and the best I get is sometimes a call right before arrival. If I'm not there they dont let me know what they found, what bait was reset. Whatever. When my year contract is over, I will not be renewing.

I called Redi National on a Friday and was able to schedule an appointment the next day, on a Saturday for a large rat living underneath my kitchen cabinet. By the time I called Redi, I had previously paid another service, who did a good job sealing up the house but never caught the rat that we knew was there. The former pest service was not willing to help me further. I made other calls, but no one was willing to remove the toe trim and do the work. On Saturday, Shannon Fernandez showed up and did the job. He did not hesitate to do whatever it took to flush out and remove this rat that had been torturing me for months. After the removal, everything was cleaned up and taken away. Shannon Fernandez is my hero. I highly recommend this company and will never forget the positive attitude and true concern made by Shannon.

We have had a mixed experience with Redi-National. We have used them for about a year and a half. We had terrible problems with the office and billing people initially. Clarifying charges and trying to understand billing was almost impossible and phone calls were not returned. Since we got that straightened out though the service has been excellent. Jack Black has been our technician. He lets us know ahead of time when he is coming and has shown up every month. He is also a very nice guy! If I was just rating him I would give five stars. If I was just rating the office I would give one star. My understanding is that they have new people in the office now, so hopefully there will be an improvement.

Gather around and let me tell you a story about a true hero and the best customer service I have ever received. My day started at 6am when I heard loud scratching on the inside of the master bathroom door. Deathly afraid I head to the garage for a crow bar and bucket in order to pretend like I'm going to do something so my wife doesn't realize what a wuss I actually am. I gingerly peak in the bathroom - no rat. Just small particles scraped off the bottom of the door. I seal up the base of the door hoping to trap it in there. Fast forward an hour I'm working in the dining room and a HUGE rat walks right past my foot. I FREAK OUT and chase it in to a coat closet and immediately seal up the base of the door (much better than the bathroom). The rat proceeds to scratch and claw but seems to actually be trapped inside. With a fat rat trapped inside my closet I then had to tell my wife that I have to leave for work. You could imagine how that went I'm sure. 4 hours go by and numerous calls to pest companies were made. Only one actually talked me off the ledge and explained what I could try to do with the rat: Redi National. Only one said they could have someone come out TODAY right when I get home from work: Redi National. I immediately felt better when I got off the phone with them. A plan was in place. Enter the hero of the story: Tony Sotelo (Pest Inspector for Redi National). After performing a full house inspection and pointing out various possible entrance points it was time to address the dreaded closet rat. Tony designed a plan to create a barrier that would direct the rat outside if it got loose. He then opened the door and caught the rat with his hands using a glue trap! I was stunned! With his hands!!!!!!! He single handily put an end to one of the worst days I've ever had. What a hero. Thank you Tony Sotelo. If any of Tony's bosses are reading this review please give Tony a raise/bonus. He deserves it.

Thank goodness these guys have new management. They were really sketchy before-they charged us for services when never even coming to the house. We complained several times. In fact, called to cancel services this summer, after being with the company for a couple of years, when new management promised to take care of us. We got discounted services and Kyle has been doing a superb job taking care of us. He's very thorough And he shows up when he says he will! What a relief! No rats!

We have been in contract with Redi National for three months now. They are quick with inspection, quotes. They are approachable. They come out and do monthly inspections and their in-between visits are free. I and my husband are new to the homeowner's game so every little thing makes us worried. Now for the man who makes everything look like a piece of cake- Shannon. He is an excellent inspector, quick problem solver. Most of all, he is always a phone call away. I did my research to find the best pest control company and ended up with Redi National. I did call two other pest control companies but they could not come to my house for 2 days which was a bummer since they had great reviews. Even though these guys did not have amazing reviews it seems from what I read either they were disgruntled ex employees or competitors either way I decided to try my luck as I see their ads and trucks everywhere. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. I called and they picked up immediately. I asked when could a technician come out to see my ant and rodent problem and the lady said in a couple hours which was very shocking. The technician that arrived was friendly and quickly assessed my two issues. She gave me my estimate and I was expecting a huge bill but it was actually lower than what the other two companies quoted me. I do have to say that the other quotes I got where ball park figures as they did not inspect the property so could have been less but regardless I was happy with Redi Nationals quote. I agreed on the cost and the technician immediately tackled the two problems I had. It's been about a week since I had my house treated for ants and rodents and I am happy to say that so far so good. No matter who you choose for pest control I would highly recommend Redi National as they took care of my problem fast and at an affordable rate. I'll write an update in a month just in case those pesky pest return.

They were hired to clean out my crawlspace and put a new vapor barrier in it and new insulation. They even built me a new custom crawlspace door. Of course I crawled in there afterwards to inspect their work and it was top notch. I litterally have no complaints. They did a great job. They were detailed enough to use water proof wood for my crawlspace door. I was very impressed.

I have never had to call a pest control company before so I wasn't sure where to turn. Turns out I had a huge nest of Bald Face Hornets in my front yard tree. I called at 2:40pm on Sept 18th and Shaun from Redi National had the nest removed before I even made it home from work today. I hired Redi National Pest Eliminators to come out and kill some Ants and check out the crawl space in my house. They ended up cleaning the crawl space and refurbishing it it code. PLUS kill all the Ants and other bugs in and around the yard. GREAT service, they come out once a month and respray and check for rodents. Keep up the good work. 5 Star

I've not used this company for pest control (thankfully no pests) but today i saw one of their vans pull up in front of my house on Densmore Ave. N. I peered out the window because i thought they were going to my home by mistake but what i saw next melted my heart. The driver of this vehicle stopped his van simply because he noticed my neighbor's recycling bin which was set out for pickup today, had stuff like cardboard and paper knocked all over the ground for whatever reason. This Redi employee got out of his vehicle to pick up all of that mess and put it back into the bin and close it and then he got back into his van and drove off. What an unbelievably kind thing to do! He probably didn't know that the wonderful lady who lives there alone is quite elderly and I know she would be so thankful. Thank you Sir for taking time out of your day and your work schedule to stop and do something nice for a stranger. Little things like that make a big difference in the world and I caught you in the act and want you to know that YOU are appreciated. ♡

Thanks Redi National Pest Eliminators for coming out yesterday and solving the insect problem at our house. It was a great relief to us. Your inspector and technician were there the same day and were very professional. They really knew their stuff. Anybody studying Entomology at UW or WSU would learn a lot of practical knowledge about insects and their interaction with the places we live by simply spending a few days with these guys! I was charged a small fortune for rodent control under my River-front home by ECO-Elite in Kent., WA. 2 months later, the infestation was back because ECO-ELITE did not do even half of what they contracted to do. Redi-National resolved the problem, and produced photos of the underneath of my home, to show what they needed to do, to clear up the problem left by ECO-Elite. Redi-National is under new management, and apparently they want repeat customers, because they definitely remedied my pest challenges when the previous company did not.

Wife thought we had rats in the wall. Turns out it was most likely yellow jackets. Alexander came out after hour on a Saturday to set traps and do initial assessment with no “emergency” call. Tim came out Monday to spray and found and took care of the bee’s nest along with spraying for ants, spiders and of course yellow jackets. Very friendly and professional.

Rats in our attic is a constant problem in our attic. Seattle law won’t allows home owners trim Street tree branches unless they are touching the house. This creates an unequal burden for home owners since rats only need a branch to be 1 foot from a roof to jump to another object. Rats are tenacious, as are squirrels, and will chew through wood to achieve their goal- shelter. We have used this exterminator before with good results- though we didn’t see a benefit of the year long contract they make you sign for monthly checks. Sealing the holes under the roof eves (which only need to be 1 inch for a rat to wiggle through) after one week before traps are set is not a good policy. Wee then had to hear rats desperately scurrying through the attic, squealing as they cannibalized each other and didn’t dye in traps. These rats were not removed. Decomposing rats in a house is not pleasant.
