Rats chewed the wiring in my air conditioner unit, resulting in a costly repair. I called Rambo Total Pest Control and they explained in detail about their services and costs. A technician came out 2 days later. Blake was professional, courteous and observed covid precautions. He did a thorough inspection of my home and crawl space and repaired breeches in the vents. He provided cell phone pictures of before and after repairs. Safe traps were placed and everything was explained in detail. I am pleased with the service. The price is reasonable.

The first time I contacted Rambo the lady I spoke with was again, very professional, competent, friendly, knowledgeable, informative and patient with all my questions. I am so happy that I used their service. Rodents had made their way into my engine compartment even after vehicle clean out and repair. Their technician Steven, provided a lot of education that helped me understand the big picture of the problem in a way that I could easily consume. He was very professional and clearly knowledgeable in answering all my questions. I have a dog and am also relieved to find out that several methods they use are effective at rodent removal without risks to my doggo’s health. He offered several great tips, a thorough inspection and left me feeling armed and confident in tackling this problem. We had Rambo come out today, and have had an awesome experience so far with them. My initial contact was actually with Roxanna, and that interaction was impressive on its own. It's not often that you get a ton of info while scheduling/in that first phone call, but Roxanna went through EVERYTHING with me... including costs to expect, different services they offer, and answered any questions I had. She even chatted with me about what carpenter ants can look like, whether it's worth being super worried or not, etc. I was pretty sure we wanted the quarterly service, so she made sure to explain that super in-depth to me since the packages add up in a sort of complex way. Today, JJ came out (right in the time frame they promised), and was extremely professional throughout the whole interaction. He made sure to wear a mask before walking to the door, and even brought booties before walking in (many service techs will just stomp into your house with muddy shoes). He was super thorough, explained everything that Roxanna mentioned again (because my husband was talking to him and didn't know the info), and even offered to go to the attic (who OFFERS to go to the attic? He could've just told me it wasn't a big deal and I wouldn't have asked further). It brought me so much peace of mind to have him check out the attic, even though my husband said he didn't see anything up there, so I really appreciated him offering. We just bought a new house and I wanted to be sure that there weren't any other type of pests lurking around, or something we didn't know to identify. For example, my husband thought the crawlspace was super clean, but JJ found evidence of moisture ants that had made a nest down there, so that was nice to know about. We signed up for the quarterly services and I'm sure that'll work out great, based on how today went. I'm looking forward to not having to walk slowly and scan the room frantically when going into the basement from here on out. So glad this is the place I called first, because I see why they have such stellar reviews now!

The service was done on time when they said they would be here, the technician was very personable and professional! Good value and the business office was very knowledgeable without high pressure when I first called them. They also are good with follow through sending the technicians notes and make it easy to pay.

We live in a 'Wildlife Sanctuary' in West Seattle, so we have a lot of wildlife, most of which we love. However, some of these creatures we do not want (ants in the house, rats, and termites). Rambo Total Pest Control staff have done excellent inspections, discovered our problems and handled them professionally and quickly! They follow COVID precautions. We have recommended their service to others and will certainly continue to do so. Thank you for your excellent service.

I've had a terrific experience with Rambo Total Pest Control! We had a pest problem that our first technician (Russ) helped resolve quickly and set up an initial schedule/plan to keep under control, and then Mike took over for follow-up visits and has been prompt, helpful, patient with explaining contract details, and helped set us up with a multi-faceted pest plan that will cover various types at a great savings on the package. The office folks (do not remember the names of each person I spoke to, sorry!) have also been extremely personable, helpful, friendly, and happy to make adjustments in schedules and account details as needed. Would happily recommend their services to others in need of pest control.

Rambo was a life saver 3 years ago when we first heard the scratches of what turned out to be rats. We were horrified. They came, inspected, put traps down under the house and around the exterior. Haven't had any since. They are very friendly, always on time. We highly recommend them.

Jeremy was our technician and if i could give him 1000 stars i would! I told him that i cannot stand glue traps, so he fabricated (mc'gyvered) some snap traps in rat boxes. Also did some awesome exclusion work - hoping for excellent results. I highly recommend Jeremy - awesome at what he does!

My initial concern was with carpenter ants coming into the house. Ed did an inspection both on the house exterior and in the crawlspace, and did not report any real issues. He pointed out ants that were scouting on the outside wall, and eased my mind on the crawlspace regarding the ants. No carpenter ant damage to the house structure and no colonies. He did spray around the perimeter of the house to take care of any further ant issues. However, he did report finding both new and old rodent activity in the crawlspace and will be back to check for ingress/egress issues. I had been tossing bait traps into the crawlspace in the past, but hadn't done it in a while. I will be scheduling Rambo to have this new issue addressed soon.

They came out to help us with a bird problem in our dryer vent. They helped us make sure the birds could not get in and seal any other entry points that birds might try to get into.
