I just moved to a new area & was wanting a more eco friendly pest control company to come out. Initially had an inspection done & decided to go ahead with doing a spray & trap setting. I later ended up needing to cancel the quarterly plan but they were very understanding & were able to cancel without any issues which you don't often get with most companies. I will definitely use Parker Eco Pest Control for future one time visits & would recommend them to anyone who isn't able to do this themselves. Really responsive & great service!

Sometimes you feel like a business is just out to get your money and don't care about you, and then you come across a company like Parker and your faith is restored that there are good people out there that want to do a good job and actually care. I would give them ten stars if I could I was so happy with the work that they did. They came out to my house several times and did not quit until the job was done and done right. We used Parker Eco Pest Control to help us get rid of some attic rats and then seal places where they were getting in. After the first visit, we had some problems with the service provided, partially related to our house's very steep pitch. When the owners found out that we were not totally happy, they called us to find out what they could do. And then, one of the owners showed up with another worker to fix the issue and finish the job! We were very impressed with their service and would definitely use them again in the future.

Initially I had typed up a negative review. We had someone come out to help us handle rats in our yard and the customer service was less than stellar. I typed an email to Parker Eco and then wrote a review here. Literally as I submitted that review I received a direct phone call at 4pm on a Friday (minutes after I reached out). The owner was genuine and empathetic and assured us that the experience we had was anomalous and unacceptable by her standards. We received a refund for our service (which was basically just an inspection with no traps set up). I went from taking time out of my day to advocate against this business to now hoping I get rats again so I can work with someone as delightful as their owner, Wesley. I respect the way they treated me and feel like they're my official go-to recommendation for pest control going forward.

Incredibly honest, professional, and effective. Our technician, Jose, has been really transparent throughout the rodent abatement process in our backyard. He hasn't once tried to sell us a service that wasn't completely necessary. Our garden is now rat-free, with zero risk to the local raptor population. Grateful to Park Eco for coming through for us.

So far, so good. In the process of working with them to help out with a rat problem. Super friendly. They found indications the initial house inspector never uncovered. They set a few traps, set a plan, and let us know they'll come back to continue their work. They even encouraged us to call in between those visits free of charge if there were any issues. Parker Pest Control provides terrific service. We've had rats in our attic and had a very poor experience with another company that did terrible job of patching entry points holes in our roof and charged for every action (fix holes, remove dead rats...). I'm so glad I found Parker Pest Control - they were responsive, diligent and so nice to work with. The flat fee service meant that everything was taken care of and there were no surprise charges. I highly recommend them.

We had an excellent experience working with this company. The technician took time to explain any potential issues, looked further than what we asked for, was an outstanding teacher, and told us he would come back the following week, rather than spray on our scheduled day because it was raining and not as effective treatment in the rain! We got ants, and hornets taken care of. Excellent communication all around. Also it was wonderful to talk to a new person during our lockdown!

Did a great, honest job at an affordable price and myself and my family feel much better about their work and our situation after they helped us. What they did is *already* working and I paid about the same (or less) than I would have for another exterminator. When you look for a company/group you let into your life or home - handymen, exterminators, etc. - it's so hard to find someone you can trust, who you get the feeling won't take advantage of you, and has your best interest in mind. It was one visit, but I do believe this company fits that bill. We will absolutely be calling Parker for our future needs and recommend them whole heartedly to anyone else looking for help. We have been using Parker Eco Pest Control for the past 2 years. We had a coming and going rat problem that would seem to be solved and then come back. After a couple of visits to trap and kill the rats sneaking under our foundation, we finally realized we needed to do a lot more to prevent these furry devils from coming back. The Parkers explained to us that rats mark and scent their territory, and other rats can smell that mark and know it is a safe place to come stay. They ended up doing an enzyme killing fog in our foundation/crawl space that was safe for our pets and us (it smelled like very strong laundry detergent, a little intense during the treatment but fine afterwards). They then dug out of the side of our old foundation and installed a trench and screen along the side. We have not had a rat since!!! They have follow up twice to ask whether we have heard or seen anything. Their prices are competitive, and their technicians are very nice and explain everything in simple terms.

This is the second year we've called Parker's for pest control. Last year it was for ants and a persistent squirrel. They had to come out three times because the squirrel kept finding new ways to get in, but they always did so promptly and with a smile. We've been squirrel-free ever since! This year the ants are back (no surprise) and I didn't hesitate to call Parker's. I knew they'd take good care of us, and I like supporting small businesses. Our tech was punctual, knowledgeable, and efficient. These are the people to call for pest control.

We just bought a house and have not even moved in but the inspection report indicated some rodent action. We got to our house a few minutes early and Chris was already there. Entry to our attic is a very small, tight space that required quite a bit of effort even to get up to take an initial look. Chris just persisted until he felt that he understood what was going on. He determined how the rats were getting into the house, what we need to do to solve the issue and will be back to monitor the traps - all with a very pleasant demeanor. We appreciated all the work and continued support!

Follow up review from my previous one below. They rectified the problem and came through as promised. This is a company that obviously cares about each and every one of their customers, and strive to provide the best customer service. I would not hesitate to use them again. Original review: They were not equipped to climb on my roof to look more closely for openings where the squirrels were entering. A pest control company should have the skills and equipment to be able to do this, given that pests are able to climb that high and find places to get in. They said I was probably hearing the squirrels on top of the roof and not in the ceiling, when in fact they were clearly having a party up there. Despite their failure in identifying the problem, they still charged me for coming out. However, they were very nice, so I am giving one star for that.

These guys are fabulous. Critters had found their way into an attic crawl space in our rental. We booked the next available appt , which was sadly 2 weeks out. Hearing our disappointment, they called back a few days later with a cancellation and got us right in. Isaiah showed up early for our appt and by the time I got there he'd already surveyed the property, spotted the problem, and had a recommended solution. Isaiah was prompt for an 8:00 AM appointment. I kind of knew where the rodent problem was located, and he listened carefully and then proceeded with the inspection, concentrating on the areas that I pointed out. He found points of entry near the problem that I had not noticed, and we determined that the best course of action was to perform rodent exclusion. We have no crawl spaces in our walk-out basement home and there was no evidence of rodents in attic, so traps were not necessary. I like that Parker looks for exclusion and natural solutions, and would recommend them to others.
