I called in for a very minor gypsy-wasp problem! I spoke with Katelyn and she was very professional and amazing in answering all my questions, getting me quotes and being an overall joy! Plus it was same day service and I loved how fast and responsive they were in helping my problem! And the prices to me seemed fair and a real deal! They sent out Mark to my home to do a survey, he was also very friendly and professional - he even offered to help get rid of the carpenter ants he noticed by my front door and I didn't even call in for that Service! It was such a wonderful bonus at no extra cost! I appreciated his insight and how observant he was, he was also very knowledgeable and patient in answering my questions and assuring me the chemicals he was using wouldn't harm my pets or my garden! He worked fast and I was happy to see immediate results! Lastly at no fault of their own I did experience a small technical error of not receiving an invoice but it was no biggie! I called to to recheck with them and Shannon has amazing skills in double checking my information, patiently listening to me and answering all my questions and seeing to my needs. She had an infectious personality and it was comforting to get immediate help. She even made sure I was able to check my email and stayed on the line and treated any step of the process with grace and was extremely helpful! Thank you so much for your services and for speaking with everyone one I interacted with it was a great experience! And if I ever have another problem I know who to call / recommend!

We recently bought a new house and wanted to address all of our rodent/insect issues before we move in since my wife is pregnant and it was important for us to have the house ready. We got referred to this company by 4-5 friends of ours that use their services and we can see why these guys come highly recommended. Everyone at Eastside Exterminators was extremely professional, nice and attentive. We had Bobby for rodent inspection, Andrew for insect treatment and Blake that came out and sealed any gaps around the house. Bobby and Andrew both were highly knowledgeable in their areas of expertise and we felt taken care of. We look forward to having a rodent and insect free house. Thank you guys!

Responsive company and thorough inspection of the house. Andrew came out on the weekend and walked us through everything he found along with the plan for future service. He was clear and concise. Overall happy with the service, although it does seem a bit pricey (only reason for 4 star). But worth the money so far.

Patch was amazing! After he asked a few questions, he found the (very well hidden) access door to the crawl space and went to work. In just a short time he had found the nest of ants and began the extermination process. Alex did a great job. He came out and did a full termite inspection based off a mound found by our HVAC tech. He determined it was something much more minor and recommended a much easier, and cheaper plan. Many could have just done the work and collected the money but Alex was just an honest professional. Also went out of his way to educate us on other known insects in our area and what our concern levels should be about them. Would 100% recommend using them, and ask for Alex.

I called on a Saturday about a wasp nest in the wall of our home. We had a technician (Andrew) out Monday! He called when he was on his way. Courteous and professional the entire time. Gave me his card and introduced himself (unlike the guy from another company who installed our water heater....I had to ask him his name!) and was dressed in a uniform. Explained that he'd inspect, then treat the problem. He answered all of my questions about the product they were using, how it would work, and what we should expect. He treated the nest and again explained what to expect. Andrew was great and represents the company in a very positive and professional manner, so much so that I asked to give a positive review.....that almost never happens!

My appointment was easily scheduled via text for the following morning with a time slot of 8am-noon. Ryan arrived promptly at 8 am and was prepared to install the rodent traps I needed. He didn’t upsell me or speak down to me. I felt comfortable asking him all my questions. He made recommendations for my yard that would help with the rodent problem and let me know how we could alter my plan without increasing the amount I pay, if needed. We've been Eastside customers for a long time, more than ten years. They've done exclusion and pest control work for us in two homes, and they've always been professional and prompt, though sometimes we've been less than satisfied with the work ethic of the folks they send out for ongoing control as part of the subscription. Enter Benito. We met him for the first time when we called to have a wasp nest removed. He was immediately engaged and downright excited about the task, offering to show my kids the inside of the nest, explaining the types of wasps, what we could expect, and more. It was very reassuring and helpful! Today Benito arrived to do standard pest control and frankly I am blown away. He not only did the normal spraying, but swept away cobwebs around the entire exterior of the home. He really worked hard at it and it looks better than it ever has!

We have been long-time clients of Eastside, and have been generally satisfied with the service. However, that changed when Benito came to assess/remove hornets. WOW! Benito went above and beyond, sharing cool facts about these hornets, showing the kids the inside of the hive and even safely comparing this hornet to another insect he had. Today, we were so pleased to see Benito a second time- this time for our regular service- and again, he went above and beyond. Not only did he treat the problem areas, he cleaned up old webs and insect evidence around our exterior. What an eye for detail. Eastside has been a solid B+, but with Benito here, it's A+++.

Sergio should be the face of east side exterminators! He had great communication, I find myself being the one to reach out and remind them to contact me 30 minutes in advance before they come etc but Sergio no way, I didn’t have to tell him anything he called me had great phone Etiqutte, took his time and cleaned up the spider webs, educated me on why we had so many spider webs all of a sudden. He really did a great job, he exceeded my expectations. I asked if he could be assigned to my neighbor but sadly he can’t. I hope the next guy is like Sergio !

Nolan came out same day when I found yellow jackets making a home in my siding! The company was super accommodating. He eased my mind about the damage potential and also did the whole home inspection he knocked down old hornets nests that we had previously killed as well which was really helpful. Finding bugs coming out of my house was traumatizing but I'm confident that with preventative maintenance we will be in a good spot!

Benito, the guy who performed our wasp nests extermination (yes, we had multiple nests) was very polite and detailed oriented - he answered all my questions, reassured me that he will be back if the wasps try to build their nests again (with no additional charge) and he removed a nasty wasp nest that was very high under the roof. I am very pleased with the service. I leave 4 stars because there is an additional charge for using a special ladder that can access the high places and I wasn't informed about that when I scheduled the service although I explicitly said that the wasp nests are pretty high. Benito managed to get rid of the highest nest without using that ladder and he saved me some money.

This review is as REAL as it gets. After dropping my children off at school today, I entered my home and heard excessive movement in a bag of dog food (I pet sit for my mother in law frequently, so I’m just learning that rodents are attracted to pet food) and I literally realized a rodent was in the bag, screamed, and grabbed my laptop and left. In no way am I trying to be funny because I’m seriously freaked out. After calling the top exterminator companies with huge ads flashing on my screen, and being told they can’t assist me today and trying to sell me monthly packages; I found EASTSIDE EXTERMINATORS and called them. I was blessed to get Julie on the line. I explained to Julie my concerns and I can’t express how grateful I am to get such a patient rep. Julie was understanding of my situation and allowed me to provide my card and landlord approval info upon the arrival of the exterminator (I was too scared to re-enter my home). Tim the exterminator showed up and did his inspection along with treatment. Tim gave me a little education and reassured me that I was okay to feel comfortable in home. From the time of my call to the end of the appointment was less than 2 hours and that’s including the time Tim needed to go over the plan with my landlord and confirm things. Thank you!

We are so happy with Eastside Exterminators. We initially hired them to install a rat slab in our crawlspace. When rodents found other ways to get in, we hired Eastside for additional exclusion work and for their bimonthly pest control service. They have been extremely thorough during every engagement, and we feel that they have helped us prevent rodent entry, rather than just dealing with the consequences of it through traps.

He suggested he would put out 4 bait boxes then Andrew would sweep all spider webs and spray the house perimeter with bug spray to determine insects from the property. When Nathan came over for an inspection, he was very thorough and made sure to triple check each area of concern. He was very patient with my dog even though she kept interrupting his work. He explained each problem in detail and helped me understand the services he was performing. He finished his service in a timely manner and was very professional. I wasn't able to find the satisfaction of completed services with any of the other guys that came over from other companies. I definitely look forward to having him come back to our house for regular services although I'm sure with the meticulous work he put in, I don't need to worry about pests anymore.

My wife and I have been battling a pavement and moisture ant problem since the weather has started to warm up in our new-to-us home, which has been extremely frustrating. I was using a different pest control company for regular treatment, and when we first noticed the ants, we had this previous company come out. The treatment this company did was super limited, and ants continued to enter the house. After putting up with this for two weeks, I called Eastside and signed up with them for an initial treatment, plus monthly with callbacks. Eastside sent out Jay, who took time to listen to everything we had been experiencing, inspecting the house, and then creating a plan of attack. He baited our baseboards, sprayed inside, went into our crawl space and sprayed, baited outside and then sprayed additionally outside. After about a week, we finally started seeing some results. With the funky weather, we had him come out a second time and use some additional strategies (plus retreat some areas). While we’re not fully cleared of ants yet, we are down to seeing maybe 1-3 per week, and they’re usually already dead or are acting sickly. Jay was excellent and I feel confident that we’ll fully beat this with his help. If things change, I will update this review.

I called Eastside Exterminators based on my neighbors suggestion and they’ll be my go to exterminator from now on. I had a wasp nest living behind my patio light and my personal extermination efforts were failing - I wanted a company who wouldn’t pressure me into booking an ongoing service, and I found that here (they mentioned it only once). I spoke with Shannon to schedule and she was very helpful and got me in the same day. Patch came out in the middle of the 2 hour window, gave me a call when he was about 10 minutes away. I ask a lot of questions and he taught me a lot about his job. It was really fun, ironically, I watched from inside and was thankful it wasn’t me the wasps were swarming around. Everyone I interacted with was awesome.

I cannot thank Brad enough for taking care of 2 different wasp nests that other company couldn’t (or said they did but nothing was really done). One of the locations was a very tough area for him to reach (right below the roof inside the ventilation hole which is located about 3 stories up high) but Brad stayed more than an hour and tried everything he could to get the work done. Eastside Exterminators has always been amazing! My parents used them when I lived at home and as soon as I got my first place I started seeing spiders the size of my hand and knew who to call right away! I’ve been using them myself for about 2 years now and don’t plan on changing it! When I first started using their services Luke was our technician and he was SO awesome!!! Recently, he was promoted and we were informed we were getting a new technician. Initially, I was worried about the change since Luke had done such an amazing job and been so friendly and helpful. I had a great experience with Eastside Exterminators. I called on Tuesday. 8/24 for assistance with a spider problem and they sent someone out next day. Patch Ryan called when he was on his way and arrived right when I expected him. Patch did a great job explaining what he was going to do, asked if I had any questions/concerns or problem areas I'd like him to focus on and highlighted to keep our dogs inside while the treatment set for the next 45 minutes. I appreciated the reminder about the dogs and his attention to detail. After my wife and I purchased our home, we hired Eastside Exterminators to find and close any openings into the crawl space, clean the crawl space and replace all insulation there. Afterward, we had bait stations placed on the exterior of our house and we are on a service cycle of every two months. Eastside Exterminators did a great job of ridding our crawl space of rodents. It was a mess! We are still rodent free after over 2 years! Alex, the service technician comes out every 2 months and checks/refills the bait stations. He's great. I try to talk with Alex at each visit because he is very knowledgeable and explains how well the baits are working and how we can clear areas in our yard to reduce the likelihood of rodents. Alex also services other clients in our area, so he knows if there is a more widespread problem throughout the year. My wife and I are very please with Alex and Eastside Exterminators for their initial and continuing services. They are well worth the investment.

Eastside Exterminators has been so helpful in eradicating ants and rodents that were making my life really hard! We’d find lots of ants daily in many areas of our house, requiring hours of clean up and needing to use harmful ant sprays. And we had a huge rat colony in our crawl space! When Brad came out and sprayed around the inside and outside, he used a spray that wasn’t toxic to humans and had no odor. And our ants were completely gone! Another Eastside employee set baited traps for the rats and Brad refilled the bait, and we also haven’t seen a single rat. Brad was very professional and courteous. The installers safe gaurded the house by laying protective tarp to avoid scuffs and avoid the spread of loose insulation and wore required PPE while conducting the work. Our new house had a bad ant problem from basically being unlived in for almost 6 months before we moved in. Based on good reviews and long history of local service, decided to give Eastside Exterminators a try. We got their signature plus protection plan as I knew these ants would not be a one and done issue, and we live in a wooded area where many things live that like to get inside of houses. The initial inspection was not cheap, but the subscription fee for ongoing service was inexpensive for all the work they do. Alex was very friendly and knowledgeable. He identified the ants right away, and was extra careful to use the minimum treatment indoors and treated only areas safe for our family. We have a 2 year old, a newborn, and 2 cats. All of whom are experts at putting things in their mouths that shouldn't be there. Alex was able to get the ants under control quickly, and has worked diligently to eliminate them. Response has been quick thew few times we have seen a flare up. Alex is back in a day or two of my call, and after he inspects and treats the flare up site the ants are gone before the end of the day.

They did a good job closing off all the points of entry in our home and spent a good deal of time doing this but then tried to upsell us on replacing all of our insulation in our home for around $25,000!!! They work off of commission. We had another person come out who just does home insulation and he said we don’t need to replace the insulation in the home for at least another 5 years... and also asked us why they set up sticky traps instead of snap traps. Sticky traps are better for spiders, etc not rodents. We are hiring someone else to finish the rest of the rodent extermination.

Robert’s knowledge of rodent behavior was impressive. We began their services to protect our home that day. The craftsmanship which the two techs who installed the physical barriers around our home was especially evident in the barriers they installed in the odd-shaped, multi-angled spaces under the eaves. Our maintenance tech, Jack, has a wealth of knowledge. Once the initial appointment was set, Robert came out and checked the home and spent 4 hours doing a thorough search and documented (very detailed) where the problem areas were. He explained everything to me using diagrams and pictures and outlined a plan of action. He was extremely professional and made me feel very comfortable. The following week, Jeremiah and Joe came out to pour concrete in our crawl space, install metal netting outside the home, and replace a weather strip on a door. Assume everything went as planned. We did sign up for the bi-monthly inspection which means we get a warrantee on the activity, but our older house can use it, if I don't update this review, the single clean up did the job of taking care of the pests.

We had a different company handling our pest control needs. They came out regularly and assured us we had no rodent problem. A few days ago we noticed a terrible odor coming from the crawl space. We tried to contact out pest company, but never got a call back, or answers to our texts or emails. We had to find help right away. We did a quick search and looked at a lot of reviews. We decided to contact Eastside Exterminators. It was late but they had a text option. We texted our problem. First thing the next morning we got a text from Eastside. It took about 5 minutes before they scheduled an inspector to come out to assess the problem. His name was Luke and he came out the same day. He was also early. Luke explained in detail what he was going to do. He was very polite and professional and respectful of our house and covid 19 requirements. He arrived at 12:30 and finished a very thorough inspection at about 2:30. After Luke finished his inspection he wrote up a detailed report and included several color photos depicting things he had found. He went over the results in detail. Every thing was broken down by things we ended to get done right away and things we should consider at some point. He also explained in detail how they were going to do the work. The most interesting thing was Eastside also does insulation work. Luke noticed old not so safe insulation in our attic (I already knew about it). He wrote that separately into the proposal. He explained it in detail after he finished talking about the rats. We were very surprised at how much work was needed, but how reasonably priced each part was including redoing the insulation in our attic. We haven't had any of the work done yet because Luke just left an hour ago. This review is about how fast Eastside got to us and how impressive the inspection process was, but more importantly, how impressive Luke was. We will update this review when the work gets done.

A few years ago we had a problem no one ever wants to have: rats got into our attic. It was ugly up there, the insulation was contaminated at my own effort at eradication was futile. I tried a cheap pest control contractor who started but never finished. Finally, I contacted Eastside Exterminators for help. First, they sealed all the areas where rats had penetrated the roof along with other possible entry points. Then they cleaned the attic, replacing the insulation while keeping our home clean. They were very professional. Most important, to prevent repeat performances, six bait stations were installed and are serviced regularly by Bruce. Our Eastside tech. We have extensive flower gardens which our my wife's pride and joy. Bruce is careful to refill the bait stations while not trampling the flowers. He always let's us know what's going on. He's a real professional and we appreciate his work. Eastside Exterminators aren't the cheapest services around but in my view they are the best in the Seattle area.

Our home was in need of some love after construction sent the rats running to our crawl space . I purchased a warranty package (thank goodness since I have an insect phobia) because we tend to have an ant problem when the seasons change. In between sprays, I had to call for a re-spray of the inside of my house. They quickly got an exterminator to me and it was all covered in the warranty!
