We’ve been using Aptive for about a year and they deserve some Kudos for great work. They’re always courteous, knowledgeable and on time. They do a wonderful job communicating with me (and I can be hard to pin down). The guys in the field are always a pleasure to work with. They’ve even been able to deal with our Moles in a way that doesn’t impact my pup. Kudos Aptive!

Great local company! I’ve used Aptive now for over 2 years and every service tech person has done a great job. Very rarely do I see any spiders or bugs inside my home. This Summer, no stink bugs were inside my home! Most recently technician, Will took care of removing spider webs, dead bugs, and solution spraying. He did an excellent job! Thank you Will!

Michael arrived in a timely fashion apologizing that he did not have a work order for my service. Together we figured out it was just a basic service and he responded well to a reminder that normally I have my eaves mopped for spider nests etc, and went ahead and did the service in a medium fashion. Past workers have done a better job of cleaning the eaves. Otherwise, I was satisfied with the service!

Aptive and their Employees, especially named Cody, who was the agent that serviced my home today, was nothing short of perfect. The service provided was for baseboards, sticky traps and an outside treatment. Cody was very thorough in his explanations, forewarnings, warnings, application of treatment, types of chemicals involves, preventative maintenance over the course of 90 days before the next treatment, and included every bit of information we needed and still asked me if I had any questions just to make sure I was confident in his service provided this day of November, 2022. I highly recommend Aptive Environmental and their associates working for them as they clearly comprehend their policies, duties, and services provided, and have definitely delivered. I pray everyone who reads this give them the opportunity to provide this service as I will be one of the individuals who speaks all positive about their service. God Bless

Chris Martinez did a very thorough job! The previous two service visits I've had with Aptive left me underwhelmed, with both techs leaving webs and rushing through the job. Chris went the extra mile on checking all area of the property (and was the first tech to clear webbing from the back patio). He also made sure to explain everything he did to me in detail, and didn't appear rushed to leave for the next job like the other techs. Please make sure you give Chris credit for this (now) happy customer. If more techs were like him, Aptive would be getting some serious word-of-mouth business. Also, feel free to send Chris out for my next service!

He was still in the neighborhood when I got home and filled me in on the service he performed. Way to go the extra mile!

Sam our service provider was excellent! He explained everything he was doing and he was so professional! Very kind and personable! He accidentally locked his keys in the truck so we had a little bit of time to chat while waiting for his roadside assistance and I very much enjoyed our conversation. What I was really impressed with was that he did not get upset or angry at the situation even though most people getting stuck on their last site at the end of the day on a Friday could have been irate! If he was he never showed it. Overall the treatment is usually the same but it’s the people that work there that really make the difference! Sam deserves a raise and praise because he represents Aptive in an exemplary manner!

Aptive has been awesome. The price is right. My pests have been kept at bay. Great service compared to Orkin, who didn’t return my calls except after I submitted a negative review. The general mgr on the phone asked me if I clicked on schedule service link. I told him I did and he said I was using the wrong link for service calls….and then the guy hung up on me! Silly me clicking on the request service link. No problems like that with Aptive. They are very responsive.

They spray outside my house to ensure that no bugs get into our house; it works great. I haven’t seen a single spider or moth inside our house. The only downside to this company is your assigned coordinator is never available. I’ll call ours to reschedule and every day I try to get ahold of him he’s helping others, that’s everyday. I call their main line and their phone is done or no one answers. When they do answer, the employee on the other end is very friendly and helpful.

This is the best pest control company out there! They show up on time and preform the appropriate decide each time. The techs that come out are always knowledgeable and friendly. I'm going to give a HUGE shout out to Luis he's was out this last time and has been out a few times in the past. He text me before he comes out and let's me know when he's leaving (I have dogs). He also explains the services and products he's using. This company and its technicians are quality and service oriented.

Dillon sprayed the outside perimeters of the house; knocked down spider webs; put fresh bait in our rodent bait boxes and replaced the insect sticky traps in the garage. He took the time to tell me everything he would be doing, in advance, and made sure any questions I had were answered. He was friendly and professional and did a great job with a cheerful attitude even though it was pouring rain.

I was a bit skeptical when I was approached at my door, but asked the guy to come back later. After checking them out online, I liked that they use a treatment plan that is not a bunch of nasty chemicals. So when they came back, I figured I'd give them a try. They've worked well for us; even came out and took care of a wasp problem that we had.

Joseph, with Aptive Environmental, did a thorough crack and crevice treatment around the foundation, windows, and doors. He swept the eaves with treatment. And he inspected the rodent bait station. Joseph was friendly, professional, and hardworking. He checked in to see if I had any concerns before he started and followed up to let me know there had been no rodent evidence from the previous treatment.

Upon Nate‘s arrival, he introduced himself and explained what he was going to do. He also asked questions as to in the areas that might need special attention. Once he completed the service, he let me know what he had done, sent me videos and reminded me that if I have any concerns within the next couple of months to call and they’ll be happy to come back. Friendly and informative representative. Vthe gentleman addressed my concern or wasp nests forming in spring and I was assured that his service would be on top of that. I switched from Redi National to Aptive. Our neighborhood had an issue with rodents and we had some wasp/ant issues. I also hate spiders! Aptive had been thorough as Redi national was not. Redi National over charged us, didn't check all the traps and didn't spray when they said they did. Aptive techs are courteous seem knowledgeable and spray everywhere I ask as well as pointing out areas for possible concern. Their fees are reasonable. They do however need to work on their call center as wait times can be long. Overall I'm extremely happy with their service and technicians.

If I were reviewing based on the salesman that came out initially then my rating would be much lower. That being said, our Service Technician De Andre was great! He was prompt, communicative, friendly and hardworking. He also went above and beyond to make sure that we knew about and received all the services that we paid for. I will update in the future to comment on the effectiveness of the pest prevention.

Everyone we've had interactions with has been very polite and the treatment seems effective. The first person who came out walked me through the different options and changed the contract multiple times until it fit what I wanted. Since then they've come out 3 times to do regularly scheduled services. They call and text the day before letting you know when they'll be there and to make sure animals are locked up. We don't have them service inside, so this works great for us because no one has to be there to meet them. The tech texts when he's on the way day-of in case you do want/need to be there. From what I can tell, they have been very respectful of my property. I have been very comfortable having them there without me being present the entire time. And I can probably count on one hand the number of bugs I've seen inside in the last 6 months, so I either have the best insulated house in the world, or the treatment is very effective.

I was already familiar with prices, so I know the prices that Benjamin was telling were fair , if not better. Brandon was the gentleman who came to my residency. Update after a month: Poor communication and follow-through. Dropped my initial 5 star review to 3. Something was very wrong with my qulaity control scheduling. When I finally did get a scheduled visit I received a text and email alerting me to the visit which I was told would be normal. Not sure what happened with my quality/health check for our situation but it caused aome concern. Now that we are back on track Im hopeful we can continue as expected. Original: I have only just started with their service. But so far our experience has been really good. Our hornet issue is fairly unique and I am still awaiting a follow-up inspection for next steps. But the initial services was quick and easy. The exterminator they sent out, Derrick, was friendly and professional.

Signing up was a breeze, getting in contact was a breeze and even rescheduling when we missed the appointment was super fast. They actually came out same day. Explained everything they were doing, how it worked (dog friendly!) and were patient when having to knock on our door multiple times to talk to us (we work from home so this flexibility and patience was appreciated!) Did a group rate with them when they went door to door. No issues for two years. Docking one star because their online experience isn't great (there's no contact info and not much on the portal). I ended up going with another service that was offering a better rate - but had no issues with Aptive, and they even offered to match it. Customer service was super friendly as well.

In the beginning I was reserved...I had heard great things about them but heard that they were hard to reach, unresponsive to inquiries, and not very flexible as well. I've been working with them for about 1 year now and couldn't be happier. All of the negatives I found to be quite the opposite! Their customer service has been amazing. On the phone and in person, their employees are knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. Today the technician that came out went the extra mile to see if there was anything that they could do to help with a situation that potentially impacts a pest problem but by no means is within their scope of responsibilities. I was very surprised that they were willing to help...they facilitated an inspection and possible quote to help us out. Things like that don't happen often in business these days...I was very grateful for the extra help!

Less than 15 minutes later after signing up a car showed up and performed the cleaning and treatment service to the house and its surroundings. The person doing the work was very quick and explained all he was going to do. Now we wait a few weeks to confirm if the service does prevent the spiders, slugs and ants from reappearing.

Another UPDATE: 11/18/2020 - received service today and was very pleased with the provider who came out. She was very communicative and thorough. Since the trouble I experienced, Aptive had done a good job to resolve any concerns and perform better customer service. I’ve increased my rating by 1 star. UPDATE - I was able to speak to a Customer Service Representative who is working to make things right. I appreciate the effort and will continue to use Aptive unless it becomes apparent that they are unable to perform the requested tasks under our new understanding. Original Post Below: I have more spiders since moving to Aptive than in the past. I was with Crazy Frog and switched for price, mistake. I ask them to control earwigs and spiders, neither are under control. My apples are so infested we are wasting nearly 80% of the harvest. Customer service is HORRIBLE. I've emailed that we need interim treatment and it goes into a black hole. No response. I call and stay on hold for more than 30 minutes each time. They have a call back feature - they never call back. I do NOT recommend Aptive.

I’ve used this service about a year and have not had issues with bugs inside my home other than occasional spider. I’ve had to ask Aptive for multiple treatment for outside slugs on my plants which can’t seem to be controlled during summer months. The initial service treatment by Aptive was thoroughly done. My big issue with wasps was controlled. However, on subsequent visits I’ve been less impressed. Service on last visit, for example, was done very quickly but I’m not too excited about this service being done quick - I’d would like to have service “thoroughly“ done but I’m not sure it was since service tech was done in what seemed to be a blink of an eye. I caught him on the way back to his truck and when he asked me if I had any issues I told him to make sure to clear spider webs around light fixtures (part of the service that Aptive does). He saw that he walked back over towards them but obviously didn’t clean them as I still saw some cobwebs when I checked later. So if he wasn’t thoroughly doing what I specifically asked him to do, did he not do a thorough job on the other service treatments either? This leaves me questioning the value of this service.

So far so good. Sales guy came introduce him and the company and what they offer. Seemed like a good deal, program so we signed up. They came back a few hours later and did their thing. Cleaned and sprayed around the house (knocked off a small dead wasp nest from my roof, which I didn't even know existed) Hopefully the service does it jobs and bugs don't bug us anymore!

We were supposed to have a thorough first time inspection and treatment. Looks like the person who came just sprayed something on the exterior of the house and left in less than 10 minutes. There was nothing done in the yard for slugs nor were there any Checks for spiders. I would have expected a more thorough job And full inspection as promised

This is my first time using Aptive. The service folks came onsite and did a great job servicing our home (very friendly and took the time to explain the entire process to me on what they will be doing). Sprayed outside and in the garage. Sprayed and cleaned under the roof areas. Checked out crawlspace inside and also laid out bait traps outside around the house.

When calling for an extra issue/service it’s only an extra day or two to wait so that’s a fairly rapid response.
