They repaired all of the rodent-damage in our crawlspace, sealed all points of entry, set up traps for any potential future/unwanted visitors, gave us advice on what to look out for and what to do in order to prevent any new rodent activity (our property backs right up to a green belt, so we’re easily accessible to lots of critters and creepy crawlers), and then they include 4 months (one per month) of follow up visits to ensure our home is still rodent-free. All of the techs we’ve worked with have been amazingly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. We have been very happy with our experience so far, and hope that it continues that way. As of right now, we would most definitely recommend American Pest Services!

Everyone I interacted with at American Pest was professional, honest, and kind. We appreciated how thorough they are and felt like we got a good deal for the services they offered. The team that came to replace the insulation, clean rodent residue(?), and fill any entry points were on time, fast, cleaned up after themselves and had limited interference with our home. They created a barrier that went to the ceiling so nothing was exposed. On a normal day this would have been impressive but they did all this with inches of snow on the ground! Scott has come to the house several times and it feels like we get white glove service with the explanations and thoughtfulness.

We hired the American Pest services to do our attic and crawlspace insulation replacement, as well as the pest control for the home. A relative big project so we did research and compare among a few companies. Eventually I chose the American Pest services, and I don't regret it AT ALL! I like the services as they are very professional and every service was itemized it is easy for you to understand what you paid for. The job has been completed in a timely, professional, and efficient manner. I especially want to thank those people who did the services for us: Chris for the great service of inspection (he was one of the reasons I chose the company to start the job) Javier, Dario, and Gustavo for the attic (those guys are great, working really hard to clean and install the insulation) Seth for the treatment of our attic (he was very polite and professional, doing things very carefully and meticulous) Steven for the pest control (he was very good at communicating and kept our home away from all pests and rodents, great services throughout a couple of months now) Susan and Laurie for the great customer services whenever I had any trouble or concerns. They were always there to help. Really grateful for those people's services! I would recommend this company to whoever wants to do jobs on attic, crawlspace and pest control. They might not be the cheapest one out there, but their services were definitely worthy the price.

We are very pleased with the service American Pest Services provided. They went over every detail of the work required to get rid of the rodents in our crawlspace and replace the insulation when we requested a quote. When we selected them to do the work, they were friendly, prompt, and efficient. In the follow up visits, the technicians were friendly and prompt. We thought the price we paid was reasonable for the work and follow-up visits.

Our ongoing monthly services with American Pest Services has been very good. They call in advance to let us know when they are coming, they come on time and are friendly and explain things thoroughly--they do seem to know what they are doing. I'm disappointed that it appears to be impractical to expect that mice will no longer invade our home, so it's a management issue rather than elimination. The initial exclusion process was more expensive than I would have thought, but I think not overpriced comparatively, but would have felt more worth it if we didn't have rodents in our house still. Overall my experiences with this company have been good, but I don't have much personal experience with other companies.

The team is very professional and friendly. They leave the place clean and use all the safety measures when doing the work. One time I asked to check something outside of the house (they were coming for the attic), and in addition of verifying other pain points, they offer to replace old rodent traps and make sure everything was set to protect our house. Love the over and above service they offer. I would totally recommend.

Friendly and professional staff. Quick responses and follow ups. Called for rodent control and prevention around home and in crawl space. Pest tech always takes the necessary safety precautions when entering our home. Tech is also knowledgeable and happy to explain everything going on. Very happy with services.

The only negative I can say is that there seems to be frequent turnover in technicians. There is not , however, a reduced level of service and professionalism . The technician always arrives when scheduled and is attentive to my observations and concerns. I have used this business for several years, and they have kept our home pest free.

These guys were great - should be 4.5 :) everyone that showed up was professional and courteous, and focused on getting the job done right. We used both their insulation services (cleaned out crawl space & attic & reinsulated) and are very happy with both. One area of improvement - they don't seem to communicate between their crawl/attic cleaning company (American Crawl) & Am. Pest. Our inspections & pest control applications fell through the cracks a few times. However, they DO work it out... It's just that WE have to stay on top of it.

We have had a wonderful experience using American Pest Services for regular spot-checks of our property, as well as "emergency" calls (i.e., to remove a wasps' nest close to our doorway). Their staff is always helpful and take the time to explain what they are doing and why. Excellent service all around!

I've been using American Pest Services for the last year and a half. I had had very poor pest control services before I went with American Pest Services, and they were able to resolve some issues that the previous company did not or could not resolve. American Pest Services performed a crawlspace cleanout and also provide bi-monthly service, and both have been done well and in a timely manner. There have been just a couple exceptions to their excellent service, like when they sent a substitute technician for my service because the regular tech was ill, and the substitute did things I did not want (like install glue boards when I had requested no glue boards), and when I called the office about it and left a message for the technician to call me back, he never did. This same technician (a supervisor) has failed to return other calls from me too. But overall, this has been a great company that has given me great service. Office staff and techs alike are personable and responsive, and I plan on continuing with them for as long as the service remains as good as it is.

The tech is on time, thorough, courteous, explains what he is doing and always asks if there are any other issues to be addressed...highly trained personnel. I am completely satisfied with American Pest Services and highly recommend them.

They do a monthly or semi-monthly inspection of our crawl spaces. giving us peace of mind that the expensive duct work we had done after animals ruined a lot of ducting remains unharmed. They are friendly, responsive and reasonably priced.

Really happy with American Pest Services. We had a rodent intrusion under our home after some construction work, and after attempting to manage it ourselves, we finally gave up and called the experts. They were there within a week, plugged up the burrows, and then returned for several months to check under the house (where I refused to go!) for any new intrusions or activity. Once they plugged the burrows, no new activity was found, and we really appreciated not having to manage it ourselves. Thanks, American Pest!

We have been using American Pest Services for several years now and they do a great job of keeping the rats and other pests out of our home. Josh comes regularly and checks the traps under the house to make sure nothing has been caught. He also checks the edges of our home to make sure there are no places they are trying to chew back in. He did find a couple places where rats were digging under the foundation and filled them with concrete which seemed to work. We also had some ants that would swarm into our house every summer and he treated the walls (I guess they were living there??) and they have not been back since. He does treat the outside of the house several times a year so that probably keeps them out. The office has been very friendly and helpful any time we have questions. Overall we are very pleased with the level of service they have provided over the years and would recommend them to everybody.

I was stung by a hornet and was not happy to see a large hornet's nest in my tree. I chose American Pest Services because they had great reviews. And now this is another one! Josh came out earlier than I expected (to my delight!) and immediately took down the nest. I couldn't have asked for a more professional and knowledgeable service and will use them again in the future for problems around the house with insects. Thank you so much!!!!

We started with a monthly service and changed to every other month. They notify you when they are coming. Service is great! I highly recommend it. One thing I would suggest is not starting service, then canceling and signing up again. Only because they do charge a fee I was unaware of. Other than that....excellent!
