When we bought our house, AAA Pest Control was what the previous owner used so we thought we'd give it a try. Couldn't say better things about this company! They are incredible..so responsive, helpful. Our pest control person, Ryan, is absolutely wonderful. The nicest person you'd ever meet, explains everything, always asks if there's anything new for him to check, and does a fabulous job. We will be using AAA Pest Control for years to come and recommend it to everyone we know!

We have been using AAA Pest Control for many years and highly recommend them. We have a regularly scheduled service that includes spraying for insects, refilling bait boxes for rodents, and general inspection for other issues such as wasps. When we have had a problem, they have been very responsive to my calls and quick to come out to our house to resolve the issue. They are always willing to answer my questions and have demonstrated, more than once, that they are willing to go above and beyond with their service.

I've used this company for several years now, to keep rodents under control. I like the professionalism and instant trustworthiness of the person who comes by once a month to maintain the system. I also like that he is friendly and open about what he does to maintain the system, and any other questions i have about what I can do to keep all sorts of pests under control. They call and leave a message every month so I know when the guy will be on my property that month. (I wish they would switch to email or text, but they tried email and went back to the phone, so maybe email just doesn't work for some reason; i also don't like the touch of nagging that they did to get me to do a review, but in the case of AAAPest, I relented because I felt they had earned my admiration for how they do their job, and... we all want useful reviews when looking for where to spend our money.)

The money I've paid to AAA Pest Control over the last year+ for their services is some of the best money I've ever spent. As irrational as it may be, I am utterly terrified of the giant spiders that would invade our house throughout the year. I did a ton of research before deciding upon which pest control company to hire, and I chose AAA based on their great reviews. I was immediately impressed with the friendly and professional office staff (Heather in the billing department is especially fantastic), and our technician Joshua is so amazing and helpful. We went with his recommendation of a seasonal treatment plan to keep the spiders out of the house, and it was the best decision ever. We went from seeing several giant spiders in the house every week to none at all! The pricing is completely reasonable, especially since the product and treatments actually work! We are moving to a new house soon, and AAA is the only service company that will be moving with us. I can live without cable, but there is no way I can go back to a life filled with giant spiders in the house. I cannot speak highly enough about this company, and I strongly recommend them to anyone in need of pest control services.

AAA is the best. They are very knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. Best thing is they are honest. I have had them come out to my house for two separate issues. First one they quickly and effectively solved the problem for good. Second issue that occurred later they gave me an honest assessment of the situation and consulted to hold off on treatment for now. Making things right! While I won't go into too many details, after a conversation with Chris, he came over the next day and delivered on the promise of services rendered. Very polite, was willing to do the right thing without me having to ask for him. He did a thorough job, gave me some important suggestions that I will follow and more importantly made me feel like I was not going crazy due to a noise "I keep hearing nightly in the attic" He could have easily charged me, but he felt that it was only right to Make things right I feel 100% satisfied with my services with AAA. You need someone fair and trustworthy, try Chris, his expertise impressed me.

We have had to have AAA pest control out two different years to deal with wasps. The first year it took a couple of trys but they ended our wasp nightmare fairly quickly. This year - we hired another company that was at our neighbors house - mostly out of convience. They did not resolve the issue at all - we ended up calling AAA. They came out quickly and resolved our second wasp nightmare right away. They were a little more expensive than the first company we hired- but you get what you pay for. Obviously in the future they will be our first call.

Our experience with AAA Pest Control was great!! From the initial phone call making the appointment with the helpful representative, to the awesome technician Mike. We discovered yellow jackets in our wall space and a few coming into our living area. We needed to have the problem addressed that day, before anyone was stung. They were able to have Mike come out that same morning within 2 hours to rid us of the yellow jackets. They honestly care about your pest problem, and yellow jackets are scary! We appreciated him explaining the process and the product he would be using, he has a lot of pest control knowledge. Thanks so much Mike!! We would highly recommend them!

I can't say enough good things about AAA Pest. I, like many other bird lovers, had several bird feeding stations. I had NO IDEA that it was a bull-horn inviting rats!! I searched the internet for answers and thought that I would outsmart the little vermin. Nope. So I called AAA. Chris showed up the same day and not only thoroughly went through my home, but also the exterior. I was in such a state, that he could have easily sold me an expensive package, but he didn't. Instead, he explained where I went wrong, gave me details on what I could do and helped me get what I needed to take care of the pointy-nosed, bald-tailed monsters in a way that I could afford it. We're all going through some tough times, right now, due to the virus and quarantining, etc. This is the time that you see the true colors of a person and their company. They either take advantage of people it or they come alongside them. Chris and AAA not only came alongside, they helped lift the load. As I said, I can't say enough good things about them. And I never even got around to the professionalism and pleasant disposition of Chris and the women who answered the phone, at the office. I heartily recommend them. I never thought that AAA Pest Control based in Melbourne experts I called would be so fast. I had a notion that they take ages to come, inspect and do something, but only after a friend who got their quality services assured me, I decided to get professional help. And it did really help. My termite infested factory was ravished by the pests and my produces were getting destroyed, but I was saved by their efficient pest cleaning.

Each service we have gotten has required a return visit to address the issue, but were covered under warranty. I can appreciate not taking the absolute most aggressive approach right out the gate to avoid some of the toxic chemicals around the property collecting.

They also sells industrial strength products at a reasonable price. You can walk in and purchase them, if you do your own pest control around the house. These are far better than what you can get at big-name home improvements store. Also, very friendly staff and knowledgeable.

The place is great. We get our spray here. But they have huge bugs on the wall. I am afraid to walk into the place because of this. So I send someone in on my behalf. If a person is in your place, they are there to kill bugs, not to enjoy looking at them. Yuck!
