I choose Greenix based on reviews. Bryan and Christian came to the house for the first visit and reviewed the plan for the interior and exterior of the house. I stayed with them during the whole process and they answered all my questions. Very professional and highly customer service oriented. Great quality at a good price.

Zach has been to our house a few times and I know I can always count on him to get the job done in a timely manner. Before using this company, we had a horrible problem with ants. Branyn WAS AMAZING!! We live in an old 1930 bungalow and have a major spider problem. He took his time to make sure he got into all the nooks and cranny’s of our home. I use Greenix for pest control, mainly spiders & ants. Greenix is always professional, courteous and helpful. The value for the service they provide is worth the cost. Their treatment programs work well. If I see a random spider, or an ant, I can call Greenix back and they will come out and assess the issue and treat my house again focusing on problem areas. I feel that is very reasonable as bugs will constantly try to gain access to homes.

Landon came by, explained everything, and set up the traps. I had a bunch of questions to make sure we wouldn't have issues like this again, and he took the time to explain everything. He was wearing a mask and even boot covers so our carpets wouldn't get dirty. You don't see that often and I appreciated it. He called me 30 minutes before he got here and he was also comfortable and friendly with our dog, which was awesome!

We would absolutely recommend Greenix! We moved into a new home that backed up to woods. We had spiders, and ants trying to get in. Greenix's products are kid and pet safe and kept everything out! They were always so through and addressed our carpenter bee and wasp problem on our back deck and hot tub the day of services! It has made a big difference in our homes appearance. They always came and swept cob webs away and any debris on our porch! Thank you Greenix for creating pest free zones for our family to be able enjoy our yard!

These guys are affordable and great. We don’t have to worry about scheduling- I get a text that they are on their way when it’s time and then a text asking if there’s anything that needs addressed. When they are finished I get another text that says what they did and that they are done. It is the most efficient way for pest control. Our youngest son is sensitive to mosquito saliva, and stings from other insects so we appreciate the treatments. We bought this house and there were ground bees that were insanely aggressive. The first treatment didn’t get them all right away, but that’s common. They came out again- no charge- and got rid of them! The staff is also knowledgeable and friendly and they think are cats are cute when they watch them from the windows! If you want pest control that you don’t have to think about- these are your people. Haven’t seen an uninvited house guest with more than 2 legs in quite some time!

Pretty good for the most part. Seems to be like most pest control companies. They come in between their regular scheduled visits for free if you have problems in between visits. I did not like the sales man that came, he was pushy and didn’t want me to go talk to my wife. I almost flat out said no because the guy wouldn’t listen or respect me when I wanted to talk things over before making a decision. I still ultimately signed up after talking with my wife because we needed a pest control company, but I don’t feel the company has any family values. They also have some crazy cancellation fee and your locked in for 18 months or something like that. I will probably go with someone more local when my contract is up. All in all, they’ve done alright, but I wouldn’t go running to recommend them to family and friends. Just a regular pest control company.

I have used Greenix for a number of years for bug snd rodent control. They have done a great job as I have not had problems at all and that is saying a lot, I live in a development where they cleared acres of land for new homes about 14 months ago and have had no issues with displaced rodents! They also took care of the spiders that plagued the garage and basement. The folks that perform the service have always been thorough, professional, friendly and prompt. Based on my experience I would recommend them for pest service without reservation.

I. LOVE. GREENIX! They have the most polite, service oriented crew. They are sensitive to my immense dislike for bugs and are more than thorough in their work. The wipe webs down, wasps nests, treat snails and all crawling pests. And the best part is the retreat as often as needed! The don't give me a hard time when there is a new infestation. I've had Jeremy, Joshua and Aaron here at my house and I would give them all 10 starts if I could. Thanks for an excellent service Greenix! It's great because any questions/concerns can be addressed at that time and they will be 100% prepared for your service. They're an all natural company who go out of their way to ensure the customer is happy. When I first signed up, I had to call a few times for a re-service because the wasps by me are unrelenting. The customer service people are always so friendly, understanding and accommodating to my situation. And the techs are extremely friendly and cover all the areas I ask even if it's precautionary for me. Highly recommend Greenix!!

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They definitely helped with my spiders inside and outside! They helped tremendously with my hornet problem, too! I feel the cost is a little pricey, but in the long run, I feel it will take care of the pests. UPDATE 9/12/19: I had a bit of a problem with the hornets, again. I let Greenix know and they came back out promptly and re-treated. The staff was very friendly and happy to resolve the issue. Bryan, the technician, contacted me prior to arriving, which I appreciate! I would definitely recommend Greenix, which I already have done!

I started using Greenix summer of 2020. My garden was overrun with ants and box elder bugs. A few ants aren't going to cause damage. A lot of ants? that's a different story! And although box elder bugs are harmless to your plants, the garden was covered. I wasn't super sure the first or even second spray had done a lot. I still had ants. I still had box elder bugs. I'll tell you when I noticed the biggest difference was in the spring. Yeah! Very few box elder bugs and the ant population was much smaller than previous years. Honestly, that was enough for me to keep using their services. This year with the drought, grasshoppers have been the bane of any gardener. I'm looking forward to using their services for grasshopper population. Thank you!

We've been Greenix customers for over two years. We love them! We especially love that they are organic and green (hence their name). Their treatments are completely safe for humans and animals. They treat indoor upon request and always treat the entire outdoor area. They are very accommodating and work around your schedule. They use text, email or phone calls to communicate with you. He explained what he was going to be doing. He took notice of my children and my dog and gave me feedback and directions for them. He asked about other areas of my home. He did his work. He engaged in conversation when I asked him a question. He was not meandering around he was actively engaged in his work. He reported what he had done when it was complete including letting me know that I had had a bat on my house. He swept that down. Greenix does a thorough job every time they come by. We haven't had any bugs or spiders in the house. Greenix does a great job of communicating prior to coming out and always asks if there have been any troubled spots. One year I noticed black widows in our sprinkler boxes so I let them know. I haven't seen black widows since.
