I have been extremely happy with Alpine Pest Control! Troy has treated my house twice and just treated my friend's house today. He is friendly, thorough, and professional. He asks me about my specific concerns every time and makes sure he puts extra emphasis on those areas. I haven't seen a living critter in or near my house since my first treatment. Scheduling is easy and convenient. I compared prices of multiple companies and found Alpine to be the most competitive. I will continue to use their services.

I hired Alpine to spray the outside of my house. After the second application spiders (my least favorite) were nearly nonexistent! Troy did most of our services and was easy to work with and paid attention to my personal concerns and spent some extra time to make sure things were right. They use a less toxic product that is supposed to be safe for people and pets- which is why I hired them. I'd recommend Alpine and Troy to anyone looking for a safer and environmentally friendlier way to control "pests".

I had the pleasure of working with Dustin and Alpine this past week. Since his visit I have not seen any bugs or wasps. I am now able to go out on my back patio and enjoy the fresh air! Due to the current situation our communication was via phone. Dustin called me upon arriving at my home and took the time to explain the entire process and expected outcomes. Alpine also provides each customer with their own portal where you receive messages regarding your service and what they found on your property. That is very helpful and believe me when you know what was out there, you are so happy to have a company like Alpine to take care of it! I am new to Texas and he even offered to help out if I needed anything (not related to pest control.) His personal touch went a long way with me. I highly recommend Alpine Pest Control.

I had Alpine pest control spray my mother’s home in Sandy as she had an infestation of pesky Elm bugs. A week later they were still crawling all over her deck and sliding glass door so Carter came back and did a heavy re-spray today and saturated the problem areas. Carter and Troy are amazing to work with but the person who takes the calls and set appointments won’t be so friendly if you need a touchup.

Alpine in general, and Troy in particular, have been keeping my home pest free--inside and out--for a couple of years now. Spiders, wasps, and box elder bugs are the big enemies up here on the East Bench in Ogden, and since Alpine and Troy have been taking care of my home, they haven't been a problem. Troy came to the appointment on time. He was very thorough and explained things as he went along. When he was done he let me me know that they didn't require a contract, but what the price per treatment was, price per treatment if you had a payment card on file, and price per treatment if you paid for one year at a time. I've been hounded by other companies for two years and that really put me off. Not Troy/Alpine! I will be recommending him/them to everyone I know!

He was very helpful and willing to answer my questions. He was responsive to my request to treat a wasp problem that I had discovered. He moved through the process quickly and efficiently. Update 2: Carter did a really good job. He listened to my concerns and covered everything I asked him to. He was very thorough! Update 1: I spoke with them earlier today and the guy was extremely nice. He wanted to make sure I was satisfied with the service I received, so he scheduled a technician to come back later this week. It seems like it will be a better experience this time around. Will update after service. Original post: Terrible job! I got a Groupon that said it included "a foundation and baseboard spray, entry-point treatment, web and nest removal, wall injections, yard granulation, and a garage treatment". The guy sprayed but that was it. He didn't do anything else advertised on the groupon (no yard granulation, didn't remove any webs, etc). The spray didn't even do anything! We still have a ton of spiders on our yard, and recently found a huge black widow under our deck.

We were experiencing a large infestation of earwigs especially at night. We would find the all over our house. My used Alpine and recommended them to me. I called and Austin responded and sprayed my entire house, garage and outside. We saw numerous dead earwigs on our doorstep after the treatment but after a day no more earwigs. Austin was very professional and did complete job. The price to the treatment was much cheaper that every other company. I searched many pest control companies. We will use them again.

In the past we have used Stewart's for our pest control needs. We have never had a serious problem but like to have our basement apartment sprayed at least twice a year. This year we decided to try Alpine Pest Control after finding a pretty good deal on Groupon ($65). After they came the and sprayed the inside and outside we were still seeing a few spiders and centipede like bugs here and there. We decided to give it a week or two to let the treatment work. Unfortunately, we still would see a bugs. So we called and asked them to come back since there was a 30 day guarantee. The gentleman that had sprayed was not too happy to come back. The second treatment seemed to help for about a few days. However, it didn't seem make after that. Sadly, I think we are going to go back to using Stewarts which is more expensive but definitely works better.

EDIT: They called back -- owned up to their mistake. They had accidentally scheduled the wrong time. During the call they asked if they could send a technician ASAP. I agreed. They sent Troy and he's done a good job. Since they owned up and turned it around, I changed my star rating. I bought a Groupon for their pest control service. They rescheduled on my first appointment on account of rain (the spray would be diluted in rain). So on the rescheduled date (two days from initial appointment) they gave me a two hour window (9-11) for when they would arrive. They never came in that window. Never called. I called their line and no one answered. Left a message and haven't gotten a call back yet. Considering my day was arranged around this appointment, I'm very ticked off.
