Our tech, Adam, is reliable, knowledgeable and super friendly. He is so thorough when he comes each quarter for our service. He communicates what’s happening in the house and what his steps are going to be. Any time I think I hear any kind of activity I email the office and Adam is out the next day. The quality of the service for the price is exceptional - I recommend Pest Assassins to anyone looking for quality pest control and excellent customer service.

We have always had great service with Pest Assassins but today Jay M went well above and beyond and really impressed my husband and I. He not only did all the work that we were hoping but took extra measures to investigate further and didn’t shy away from exploring areas of the house that weren’t part of the usual routine. He gave us 1,000% (yes, a thousand) of his time, efforts and advice. I really am pleased to be a customer of his and Pest Assassins. Excellent job!

I have used PA on more than one occasion. Each time I have been completely satisfied by the experience. My most recent experience involved bees nesting in the soffit of my home. I called PA and scheduled an appointment. They sent Jay by who thoroughly investigated the situation. He believed the situation was under control based on some previous action I had taken and showed me ways to prevent a future problem. I was most impressed by his honesty, the fact that he didn’t want me to take unnecessary action and wasn’t solely focused on selling me services really earned my trust. Can’t say enough good things about my experiences with PA and Jay in particular. They will have a loyal customer in me and my family for the foreseeable future.

We have been using Pest Assassins since we bought our home a year ago. During our home inspection there were signs of rodent activity, and after closing we noticed substantial amounts of centipedes, silverfish, and spiders in the home. Adam from Pest Assassins has been helping us control the problem. We have not had any rodent activity in our home since we began pest control services, and we have significantly reduced the amount of insects inside the home and the problem seems to be under control. Adam and the Pest Assassins team have been very easy to deal with, responsive, and always on time. I highly recommend them

Pest assassins rep Adam came to our home when it was overrun with rats. He inspected, discovered all the spots where the rats were living, set up traps and safe poison boxes. He explained fully how rats operate and what we need to do to avoid future infestations. All of the Pest Assassins reps have been punctual and professional. I highly recommend their service!

Wasn’t there to meet the crew, gave them the entry code to inspect the interior. They were phenomenal, no BS, straight forward & I say that about no one! Recently we have had a resurgence but again Pest Assassins have identified the point of entry to help with the issues. They are prompt and receptive to feed back. He seems to be very experienced and discovered entrance ways rodents were making their way into the property. I never would of thought to check where he inspected for the rodents. Mike, Adam and the entire staff and group of technicians have always been professional, knowledgeable, friendly, extremely responsive, prompt and courteous and friendly. I would not use any other company, these are my 'Bug Guys"! Those other large companies pale in comparison and can't possibly even come close to the service that i receive with Pest Assassins. Cannot go wrong with the quarterly plan. It is affordable and anything that might pop up between quarterly visits is taken care of.

LONG REVIEW, WORTH THE READ I called Pest Assassins after a long, on and off battle against ants . I talked to Mike (one of the owners ) who was so nice, informative and understanding. He had a tech at my house in a few days . Tim was GREAT . He listened to issues, explained how ants operate, and planned how to get rid of them . He used a powder and liquid bait that was safe for a dog and doesn’t even smell. He treated the perimeter of the house as well. What a difference in days ! I was told that I might still see ants because sometimes they are persistent . And they were! I called Mike and Tim came back after a week to reapply . Glad they came because I really had a huge colony , many dead but still some who don’t quit . He treated again aggressively and once again extremely patient and understanding. I always thought it would be too expensive and you would have to leave your house to have an exterminator come out to treat . I was so wrong and I really wish I did this a LONG time ago . It would have saved me months and months of stress dealing with the ants . If you’re still wondering if you should call.. don’t hesitate. It’s affordable and worth doing the quarterly treatments . Life is too short and with Covid , there’s no need for an extra stress in your life . Call them, you won’t regret it !!
