Max was very accommodating. His schedule freed up , so he contacted me saying he could be there early. Unfortunately, I was at work and had to keep my original appointment. He said that wasn’t a problem. He showed up on time. Explained everything in detail about the process and what would happen with all services after. Very professional. Was contacted within 20 minutes of my initial inquiry about using Pointe Pest Control. Was scheduled in 3 days.

Emma is great, she noticed and detailed all the little insect problems that we have in the home. They were not able to help with mice or with a bat that we had in the attic, but their products work really well to exterminate or drive away the insects. Kailie, the tech who did my treatment today, is an absolute gem! She listened when I showed her the known problem areas, did extra treatments around them, and went above and beyond to make sure the endless ants that plague our entire block won’t be coming inside again now that the weather has turned. While not all the techs have been nearly as helpful and friendly as she is, she made the process today a pleasure! (While I didn’t get their names, the two women I spoke with over the phone when I needed to reschedule last minute due to a medical emergency were also stellar!)

I have been a Pointe customer for awhile and recently moved to a newly constructed home. When we noticed ants in the new home, Pointe transferred my service from my old to new home and sent a great tech (K***) out in a reasonable time. She was knowledgeable and professional, explaining which kinds of pests are common in new homes, performed services inside and around the house, and placed two different kinds of traps to help until the next service. Overall, I felt well taken care of and glad that Pointe could follow me between homes.

Christian and Matthew came out today I have used this service for 4yrs. now and have been more than satisfied with their service. When I first moved here the ants were out of control inside and out. I tried to take care of them myself spent way to much money, but couldn't get them under control. Pure luck they were next door and I need help I signed up and at first they needed to come more than once every 3 months because they were so bad, the techs.thst came were awesome and listen to what I wanted and explained the process as well as any questions I had(which were a lot). I have not had ants in my house for over 3 and a half years and even out side every once in a while a colony shows up but it's because of the field next door, they have taken care of them. I called Pointe Pest Control yesterday to start new service. Based on the reviews, I made the choice to discontinue my service with Terminix for several unfortunate reasons and start with a local company here in WA. Chelsea was super helpful and even went to extra lengths to help price match my previous service. Thank you! As promised, they notified me this morning when the technician was on his way. Jeremiah showed up on time with a smile. After reviewing the service and reviewing some of the ground rules, he asked me if I had any questions. He listened intently and then set about the service. He was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. I also like how the invoicing was all done quickly and online. This was the first service of many and my hope is that Pointe can retain my loyalty by showing up when promised, good communication, and service with a smile. So far so good.

I have used several Pest Control services in the past. In the end, it comes down to the technicians as well as the company policies. On my last service, Kaillee and Zoey did a thorough job and were personable. The larger companies seem to increase prices regularly and it gets out of control. I would rather do business with a small regional or local company than the big players. I came to Pointe on a recommendation. I see a lot of complaints about canvassing. I can say that every pest company (and their brother) has been at my door (along with the window guys, solar, cable, and the like). I would not put down Pointe for this.

Michela, our technician was very polite and knowledgeable. She took her time and in my opinion maybe even a bit longer since we were having such a bad flea infestation and nothing that we had been doing was working. She treated for the regular stuff but focused on the fleas and spent quality time at our home. This wasn’t a quick visit like our other pest control company who didn’t even treat the yard for such an issue nor did they spend the time inside our home treating it. I was very unhappy with my last company which made me look toward Pointe pest control. I went with the “big name” company that everyone knows and they failed. Isaiah was with us for about 2 hours maybe longer at no cost. Just to see what his company can do for us that the “big name” company failed to do. Just with the time both Isaiah and Michela took with us, going over every inch of our home inside and out, not even caring about how much time they were spending meant the world to us. We weren’t just a number on a sheet to them, we were people that needed help and they were there to do just that. So far, I’m very impressed with this company!!

James has come to our house for pest control a couple of times and he's been professional each time and has shared his wealth of knowledge. He treated both inside the house and it's perimeter today. My main concern was the sugar ants. James was thorough so hopefully they'll be gone in the next couple of weeks. James also sprayed an unlucky spider as he was exiting the house, picked it up with his hand, and took it outside. Nice touch as now I don't have to vacuum up a spider corpse. I also saw a bee going into bamboo chimes on the front porch and James informed me that it was a "good" bee and great for pollinating gardens. He said mason bees won't build a hive in my chimes and won't sting. He took care not to spray over the flowing bushes (where the bees were busy collecting pollen) when he treated the house so the good insects wouldn't be affected. Great to know he distinguishes the good insects from the bad pests. Long post, but to summarize, James with Pointe Pest Control is great.

Usually I don’t care much for unsolicited visitors selling products or services and try to avoid them but my wife hates spiders so I thought I would hear them out. Ethan was very knowledgeable and informative, described and did a great job selling their services. Weary to make a commitment without researching them first, Ethan allowed me to schedule an appt for an inspection/spray without providing my payment info, which I appreciated. Ryan contacted me the next day and asked if I would feel comfortable with him coming earlier than scheduled to check out the perimeter of my house and start the service. He was professional, explained the process and answered all of my questions. The actual process was quick and efficient, seemed thorough. The verdict is still out on the success of the spray treatment as it was just completed but it seems reasonably priced for 5 treatments over the course of a year to keep pesky bugs and pests away so I can enjoy my porch and relax.

We were freaking out after hearing rodent sounds in our attic in the middle of the night. The next day Pointe was able to send out a specialist who did a thorough inspection of our house - free of charge. Fortunately, he found no sign of an infestation. He could have played into our fears and pushed an expensive remediation program, but instead gave us a few measures to first try ourselves (trim trees and shrubs away from the house, look for and seal obvious entry points, make sure to clean up and seal any potential food sources in the house etc.). Even if he had lied about the extent of our problem and tried to push a contract on us that night, we would have waited and considered all of our options so I hope that the Company doesn't see his honesty as a lost customer. We now have a level of confidence in Pointe and would most likely choose them if / when we choose to sign a contract.

We walked around the house and he noted areas of concern, including the location of a bird nest that I wanted to protect. He asked me several times if I had any questions, which I did not. Over the last couple years, the spider and aunt population in our neighborhood started to get out of control. Our house was starting to become so over run with insects that we decided to call Pointe Pest Control. The service is easy and the techs are very friendly. Zack was very helpful in explaining the whole process and checking up with us on how the insect repellent was working. The process takes less than 10 minutes for them to spray around the house for months of protection. We started using their service for about a year now and it is one of the best things we could of started for our home. He discovered and marked two areas to our crawl space with broken grates, allowing critters access underneath our house. Yipes. He marked them so that we could make repairs ourselves or we could have Pointe Pest Control take care of it. I chose the latter. He spent over three hours scrubbing spider webs and egg sacs off of the house and then treated all surfaces with a repellent. Making the appointment was easy, with an immediate reply from Isaiah to schedule a time to come out. I received a reminder call the day before the appointment and a follow up call after the job was done. You will like working with this company. They have a good interpretation of customer service. First treatment was completed in a timely manner as well.

UPDATE: I'm upgrading Pint Pest Control to 5 stars. Even though I've had communication issues with them in the past, they have made up for any short comings with better service in the past 6 months. I'm going to chalk up my previous experience to bad timing and staff shortages due to COVID. This last experience was excellent. The call with the scheduling rep: - I got ahold a rep as soon as I called. - She scheduled my additional service for a rodent infestation within 2 business days. - She took the time to book a rodent specialist. - When she could not immediately get me in the schedule, she promptly called me back with a time. The service from the specialist. - Anthony was polite and knew his business. I showed him where the problem areas were. - He removed the dead mice - He placed additional traps of different types for extra effectiveness. - He placed traps under the house as well as inside where the were suspected to have entered. - He placed additional traps in the garage. There was no additional charge for the service of a specialist. ______________________________________________________ PREVIOUS REVIEW ______________________________________________________ I've been using Pointe Pest Control for more then 3 years. When they are on site, they have been great. Each inspector who has come to our house has been respectful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Unfortunately, when they are not at your location, they are near impossible to get a hold of. They do all their communication through an answering service. You can't call them directly. This means that you'll spend 15-30 minutes punching through their menus, and the menus at their answering service, only to leave your information an hope someone calls back. I've called them 3 times in the last 5 days and tried to contact them through their website. Still haven't heard back. I have a quarterly service contract with Pointe, but they never showed for my June service. Their website says they moved the service out to July, but never asked me if that was ok. Now, I have ants everywhere and they are ghosts. When I needed a refresh service earlier this year, it took 2 weeks for them to come out and service me. At this point, I'm looking for another service to come and take care of my ants because if they even get back to me it will probably be 2 weeks before they can come out and perform their regular service a month late.

Pro's: Their customer service is amazing, every technician we have met with has been extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They are super affordable, and offer complimentary touch ups indoors and outdoors if straggler bugs appear between services (nature, what can you say.) They are very careful about placement of products and methods, which has been helpful for our kids, indoor pets, chickens and garden. They used every precaution in the book throughout covid to remain safe. Today we received our service from Zach Daw, who is polite, professional and knowledgeable. My kiddo was so excited that Zach was clearing the spider webs from the house that he followed him from window to window to watch everything Zach was doing and we could tell that he enjoyed it too. My 3 year old wanted to grab his "spray gun" in order to help Zach exterminate the spiders lol. Definitely recommend this company and their staff 10/10!

Super informative crew that came on time listened to all my comments and concerns and took the time to answer all my questions. Ryan and Christian went above and beyond to make sure that property would be properly treated. Our pest problem can't be fixed overnight but with that being said we saw a difference in just 24-48 hours after the grounds were treated. The pests are finally the ones being pestered! All I can say is that I would recommend Pointe Pest control and that I can't wait for them to come out and treat the grounds again. With the results after the first treatment I have new found hope that maybe one day my house will no longer be ant and spider mill.

He proceeded.to clean all around the front porch eaves and around doorway and light fixtures. He also inspected and cleaned around windows and other doors all around the house perimeter. He then sprayed chemical around the house about 1-2 feet high and out. At the conclusion of Mike's visit he showed me pictures of areas that I should be aware of for needed trimming. I was very pleased that there will be a follow up visit in one month.
