We moved into a new home over the summer and have encountered quite a few issues since taking over ownership of the property. I spoke with quite a few local companies and Green Pest was by far the best value for the service provided. From my first phone call, everyone that I have encountered along the way has been top notch. Martin Wentzell performed my initial inspection and immediately notified me of and then addressed any/all issues he found along the way. He was prompt, professional and knowledgeable. Great first impression! A few weeks later, Dani Dalessandro visited my home to take care of a yellowjacket nest after my husband was stung twice. While she was here, she also placed some bait inside our home in an area where we have noticed a lot of carpenter ants. Dani was very friendly and knowledgeable. She thoroughly explained everything that she was doing and ensured all of my questions were answered before finishing up the appointment. The following week my son was stung twice from another nest on a different part of our property. Dan Kaluhiokalani was dispatched to remove the nest within 48 hours. He explained how he was going to remove the nest and once complete, he was kind enough to take a walk around my property to ensure there were no other nests that posed an immediate threat to my family. Dan was courteous, professional and thorough in the removal of the nest. I placed another call to Green Pest, as I have noticed an increase in what I believe to be wasps along the back of my house. I was connected to Laura DiMatteo in Customer Service. Laura was polite, friendly and able to schedule an appointment within 24 hours to address my latest issue. Dan K arrived again to treat the back of my house and upon his arrival noticed swarms of wasps around the entire perimeter of my house. He quickly got to work and treated my property. Dan did a great job and it was a pleasure speaking with him. We are so glad that we decided to go with Green Pest and highly recommend them to anyone who is interested in pest control for their home!

The techs that come to the house are great. The office on the other hand , I have asked more then once if they could give more notice that they are coming. I receive a email the afternoon before. So if you don't check your email you wouldn't know their cong or if u already have another appointment. And they never five a window of time. They last I just got up out of bed and he was here before 9am. You need to be more considered of people's time.

I called Green Pest Solutions to perform some preventative pest contol. I heard a rumor that a neighbor had roaches so I wanted to get ahead of the issue before they came to my home. Henry came out and sprayed my home, inside and outside. He is very experienced, knowledgeable, and professional. He used humor to explain what he was doing, which put me at ease. From receiving a quote, to having to reschedule twice bc of issues on my end & to finally receiving my initial treatment yesterday afternoon. I can’t review the effectiveness yet but my technician Dennis was super kind & explained what he was going to do & even removed a wasps nest near my bedroom window I had no idea was there! I also appreciated the fact that he was going to put on shoe covers to protect my floors. Very impressed with the service I’ve received thus far.

The initial sales phone call was misleading, but after expressing my concerns about the information I didn’t get, the Sales and Operations Managers were both very nice and helpful in making sure I was satisfied with their services. I had a lovely experience with the Technician who came out. He was very knowledgeable and understanding of my frustrations from being misinformed. The technician (Robert) was friendly and accommodating. He also answered any questions I had diligently. I would recommend this company, just make sure you get all the information regarding contracts or a one visit that would be quite a bit more money than reoccurring visits.

Although he didn’t see any activity, he took necessary precautions so that we wouldn’t have any issues in the future. Green pest solutions was unprofessional and careless. I had contacted this company Monday about a hornets nest in a low bush in front of my home. I was quoted 200+ and was told Wednesday was the day they would arrive. Wednesday comes and I am being called by the tech asking if I still need the service ( If I did not call to cancel why would I still need to reconfirm my scheduled appointment) Thru a misunderstanding I told them I was waiting for Moyer which I meant to say was Green Pest Solutions. I quickly realized I had made a mistake and not two minutes later I called the tech to no avail. After several calls that went to voicemail I tried the company itself. I was told I had just been cancelled and the tech had moved to another job (this was five minutes after my cancellation) The operator did not even try to help me when I said I had just cancelled by mistake, however I was told Monday of the next week was when I could be helped. I felt helpless and dumb so I said I'll just shop around. I called Moyer and they scheduled a tech to come that very afternoon after I explained the issue. I may only be another number to Green Pest Solutions but I will now refer all my business and will urge more people not to go with this company. Take care of your customers and do not be so robotic when it comes to policies and procedures. Update: I have changed the star rating from 1 to 3 stars due to to Green Pest Solutions management having contacted me personally to address the issue. Further, I appreciate the time they took to formally coach their CSR, and improve their service from public feedback. Although, I had already resolved my hornets nest issue elsewhere, I feel that their concern toward how they run their business deserves an updated customer review. Thanks again.

These guys identified the issue, explained in detail what it was and the process they were going to use. Within a week the issue was gone. Then a year later I called them back for another issue in a completely different area of the home. Again they had the issue resolved after a week from them coming out. I'm soo happy I found these guys! HIGHLY recommend them!!

On my end, there are simply no complaints with this pest control company. Rarely do I need to wait for response time with calls. As for service? My local exterminator ( Martin Wentzell ) does his job consistency well inside the home and property wise. If you're dealing with rodents or insects of that nature, Green pest will eliminate them guaranteed. They know what they're doing.
