Service has always been helpful and we see results. Hardly ever had any insect or spider problems. If small insect issues arise, they are quick to respond when we report it. Have had the service for 3-4 years now and will continue to go through Spidex!

For our first visit, the technician and the supervisor came to our house. Wow! They were on time, very polite and explained everything. They completed the inspection, swept for cobwebs and treated all areas. Awesome experience. After many years with another company, my sister recommended Spidexx. Really happy with the switch so far.

Overall I am pretty happy with this service. They never git rid of my carpenter bees but everything else has been good. Just did our first interior treatment and the ant issue from our back door has stopped. Very friendly technicians as well.

We live by a lake where there is a problem with spiders, spider sacks and mud wasps. Spidexx came out and performed the initial treatment inside and out. We have not had an issue inside but thought it would hurt to be proactive and put down product as a preventative. However, the spider sacks outside are terrible. He worked to remove the, along with the mud wasp adhered to our soffits. He worked very hard but ran into difficulties where the stucco walls meets the eaves. I like that they retreat without an nectar cost. We decided to have them treat again in a month to ensure we have gotten the spider sacks under control.

This is a local business and we’ve been customers over 2 years now. They are very responsive and come back repeatedly at no extra charge when the ants won’t go away. Recently we needed their services for drain flies. Unfortunately this pest is a specialized service and cost extra. Glad they’ll be back for a recheck in 2 weeks. They’ve helped with critters in the garage at no charge.

Door to door salesman who came and explained the service was friendly and not too pushy. The service tech that came and did the removal of a few hornets nests and sprayed explained everything and completed the services in a timely manner.

I have been so happy with Spidexx! The techs are super friendly and punctual and the treatments don't take long at all. It gives my bug-phobic husband peace of mind and that is priceless. He noticed a wasp by the gutter the other day and was like, "Call them now!" but they'd already scheduled our quarterly treatment and were out within the next couple days. It was awesome! I definitely recommend Spidexx!

I feel this company does a fairly good job, however, they are very expensive and according to the agreement I signed it is difficult to cancel once they start without paying a significant penalty. Also I have found it difficult to contact the office to request follow-up action to remove several mud wasp nests from my home. I asked one of the sprayers if he could clean them off and he told me that I needed to contact the office. I gave up and still have the mud wasp nests.

Derek was so professional yet friendly when he initially came to our door to offer Spidexx services. We already had another Company treating our home off & on for the past few years and were not completely satisfied. He broke down the pricing and explained Spidexx method of treatment & had me on board!! My husband has been working from home during Covid & was unable to come to the door to speak with Derek due to being on a long phone call. I asked if he could come back in about a half hour once my husbands shift was over so he could share with him the details. He kindly agreed & I want to thank Derek for his patience, kindness & professionalism!! Matthew arrived promptly today and was also very Professional & friendly! He treated both inside & outdoors! Everyone is extremely professional, helpful, and responsive. I never have an issue with scheduling or having them come back. We replaced siding last summer and carpenter ants were found by the siding installers, one call and Spidexx was back out to help us treat the area before they put the siding back, even though they had just done the quarterly treatment the week before.

Didn't want to really give them a rating until after I used Spidexx for a season as we tend to have serious problems with outdoor spiders. Let's just say I was a bit reserved. Well..... the season is over and we saw like a 90% improvement. Granted you cannot kill every last one especially as we live next to a lake. I will say I am impressed with their service and plan to continue using them. Thanks guys!

Not a big fan of door to door salesmen but I gave the spidexx guy a chance to give me some of his offers. He piqued my interest at Japanese beetles and even mentioned their unlimited warranty if you notice any beetle activity. They’ll come out and spray for free in between sprays if you notice any beetles on your plants. Price was reasonable and includes indoor, outdoor and even garage. Had our first technician out today and she was here at 8am sharp. I believe her name was Cierra? She was so helpful and really took her time doing good work. We will see how this company works over time since I have a serious Japanese beetle issue most years

I signed up for the Spidexx service on July 27, 2021 and they did exactly what was promised. I was with Terminix since April of 2021 and was not satisfied with their customer service (or lack there of) or results. I have had ant problems in my home for most of the summer and Terminix has come out twice to spot treat after the initial application when I started my service with them. After the third application, I still had ants in the house and my wife and I were tired of it. A Spidexx representative showed up on my doorstep and I figured why not give these guys a shot? Terminix was not meeting my needs anyway. GLAD I DID! After the initial application, I no longer have ants in my home. So glad I gave this company a chance and highly recommend their service.

It's a little early to provide a review on the product but the service was outstanding. Corey was way more thorough than I expected. He treated areas of the house I would never have thought of. He did a great job of recapping everything he did and what to expect over the next few months. Just so happened it was trash day when he came over and he even brought our trash can back to house after pickup. Can't beat the service and I don't think the product will disappoint either.

Did a great job getting rid of the spiders we had all around the exterior of the house. The yellow jackets we had which apparently are notorious for being difficult to get rid of, required them to come out for a second treatment to rid us of the ones who escaped the first time. They succeeded in getting rid of them. I can't tell you how happy that made my entire family. I would highly recommend them, they were friendly, courteous and very professional.

The SpideXX service technician was polite, clean cut, efficient, and clearly communicated what he was doing. The only negative aspect of the experience is that the spray left a visible residue along all the edges of my wood floors after it dried. I’m not sure whether to clean it off or leave it in order to maintain the effectiveness of the application. Cleaning it will be a lot of work if I have to do this every time they come.

The outside of our home has been plagued with spider webs for the 20 years I've lived there. I'll be honest, I really didn't expect this treatment to work. I am AMAZINGLY surprised that two weeks later not one web has appeared since the treatment. I'd give them a 5 out of 5 rating, but its only been two weeks. However, they gave me a guaranty and so far their customer service has been excellent! I would highly, highly recommend Spidexx Pest Control!!

They come quarterly and spray the exterior of my home. They always ask if I've had any problems and/or if they should spray inside. Super friendly. I have had much less spider webbing on and in the house since we started the service.

Professional, reliable, and trustworthy! Any time I have had an issue in between my regular services, they have ALWAYS responded immediately. I have been told their pricing is a little higher than another local company, but it is definately worth it. A person answers EVERYTIME I call and I never have to wait to get great customer service!! Prompt and courteous. Pricing competitive with other major companies and even a bit less. Sounds like a small item, but their vehicles are clean and they always dress professionally. Technicians are good about special requests such as doing landscaping or staying away from certain areas. For example, we have some shrubs that honey bees love and the spray will kill them, so we ask not to spray around. They are good about these special requests and even give tips on protecting areas (or bees). Only had them twice, but they have been good so far. We do see a difference with fewer ants, spiders, and wasps.

I have service plan but had ants in my house- seems it was a long time between applications- winter thru spring. Also see millipedes worms in the house and many many outside. Need more frequent or higher dose applications to control.

We’ve used Spidexx for the last 4+ years, and have always been happy with them. They are very flexible and responsive, and will come back for a secondary service if problems persist. We’ve had a lot of crickets and clover mites the last few years, yuck!
