I have been using bi-monthly services from ABC Termite & Pest Control for many years and just met with Aaron today. He is awesome!! Aaron understands my busy schedule and knows that I only have my lunch hour to complete this service. Not only is he on time, but he answered all of my questions and provided options for me instead of trying to sell me additional services. What really makes Aaron so awesome to work with is that he actually remembers who I am and has patience and understanding on what I want to accomplish. Also has patience when it comes to my pets. He is so thoughtful and caring and does such amazing work, I would highly recommend working with Aaron for all of your pest control needs!

I am on a bi-monthly plan and have never had any issues with this company, it's been a great experience. They routinely ask me if I've had any issues and remind me that if I ever do, in between scheduled applications, that I can call them and they'll promptly take care of it. They give me a run-down/reminder of the applications they'll be performing based on the current season and are always on time. I highly recommend!

Great, quick, quality service. Called as a new customer and had a technician at my home the same afternoon. Gave me several options for service frequency, all competitively priced, and walked me through the servicing itself. They were even able to perform a full service on our home that same day. All of their bi-monthly service work is warranted and I can receive additional service free of charge should the scheduled services not take. I appreciate the low pressure sales technique (and the fact that I found them and they did NOT come knocking at my door)!

I manage a large property and we switched to ABC several years ago. They had a better approach to preventative service which has worked well. They are more affordable than my previous national chain company. They have been responsive and are always very punctual. I use several vendors for various things throughout the year and ABC is by far the most consistently punctual. Mason Hamby is my current tech/rep that I am working with at ABC and he is great, just like all of their employees have been over the years! I highly recommend checking with ABC if you are in the market for pest control.

ABC came back out quickly & got the job done, at no additional cost. Their pricing is very fair for the services they provide compared to other local companies. We had a huge cockroach problem in our last house, and we found ABC at a fraction of the cost of some of the "big names" in Omaha. They were able to resolve the issue super-quickly, and we had them come by monthly from that point on to do preventative spraying. We moved, and they moved with us! We continue to utilize them to do monthly sprays of the inside and outside, and our house is bug-free. I would highly recommend ABC to anyone!

I have been using their services (annual plan) for a few years now and they have always done a great job. If I notice any bugs/creepy crawly's after a spray, I just call ABC and they come back and take care of it. In the last servicing, i had Mason stop by. He did a thorough check of the perimeter and noted 3 wasp nests that I had no clue were there and took care of those as well. I very much appreciated him being so thorough and diligent.

We hired this company to treat our house for the fall, to prevent spiders and other creepy-crawlies from invading. Not only were they on time (unlike some companies who give a 4 hour window and never show up) but the technician was actually 10 minutes early, which was refreshing. He asked a few questions to assess our needs, then made a recommendation which actually saved us money. I feel like usually it's the other way around -- companies recommend something you don't need. We appreciated the honesty and consideration for our needs very much. Additionally, he went above and beyond to treat for some ground digger wasps that have plagued us for years. He was honest and stated they could come back next year, but even getting rid of them this year is a huge bonus. Overall a delightful experience! If the bugs stay out, even better....stay tuned!

I used to regularly (read obsessively) spray around our house myself with store bought product but we still had so many large sized spiders regularly inside. Even my non-spider fearing husband was creeped out with the unwanted guests. The spiders in our yard could be the size of small animals. A friend recommend ABC Termite and Pest Control and this recommendation was the best birthday present ever received! Since working with ABC the last couple years we have not seen anymore spiders in the house, ever!! The technicians are always on time and always very friendly and professional. They send us reminders a week before they come as well. They even spray the kids little playhouse section of the wooden play-set for us without hesitation. My daughter is so grateful to play outside without fear of the spiders and wasps in there now! Highly recommend this company!

We had a cricket problem and called ABC to schedule the extermination. Very easy to make the appointment. The exterminator Mason Hamby came and did an excellent job. After the first treatment, the problem was 95% solved. High efficiency and very professional. Today we had the second treatment. Mason helped addressed the new risk and offered new treatment. ABC pest came out so promptly to address a carpenter ant problem. They sprayed and we haven’t had an issue since. We signed up for their bi monthly service and they always address any other pests we notice around, and come out if needed-which we’ve only had to use once in two years because their treatments work so efficiently! Tried ABC Termite & Pest for a yellow jacket infestation in my old wood retaining wall. Two people (independent of each other in my social network) recommended ABC. They have been happy with service for years in both Omaha and Lincoln. My technician, Mason, was on time, respectful of Covid restrictions, extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Service took about 15 minutes total. Results were immediate. Will be getting a whole home maintenance program from ABC going forward.

In the past we had service with one of those companies that send out their "door knockers" that weren't even certified technicians, only sales people, and promised the stars but fell way short when it came to actual performance. We felt duped! We like a preventative service and called quite a few companies and found ABC to have the friendliest staff, most responsive, and very attentive to our needs from the first phone call to the time we signed up for their program 2 years ago: very professional all the way around and the quality of service has remained that way since day 1. Had our initial inspection and treatment with Ross, the owner. I have to say, I'm super impressed so far. Our new-to-us home had been kind of neglected for many years. We had constant spider webs on the exterior and saw some insects in and around the house. The webs would be back just a day after knocking them down. After just the first treatment, we've not seen a web reappear.. Ross took extra time to de-web while he was inspecting and spraying. Made some great suggestions about areas that could be rodent entry portals and to be on the lookout for what may be carpenter ants.Two big thumbs up for our first impression and our experience so far! I have been with ABC for over half a year now and I have to say they have by far exceeded my expectations. I recommend them to everyone that mentions a pest problem to me. I had them come out when someone gave us bedbugs. They told me what to expect and a month later they were gone for good.Theprice is very affordable for their contract services and I was having a problem with roaches coming in my back door and the problem was gone after a few times of coming to spray. I was so satisfied that I paid the whole year of services after my 2 month. If you have an I festations of bugs it will take longer to get rid of them. That is why we have to be vigilant and get rid of them when they start or we end up spending more time getting them gone. I have had several companies that have came and sprayed my house but never resolved any of my problems. ABC is not one of them. The technicians are great and they work to remove the problem not cover it up.

I always appreciate doing business with an owner that is willing to do everything that they ask their employees to do. I emailed about an appointment, got a response within an hour and set up an appointment. Ryan(owner) came to my home and laid out all the options and associated costs in an incredibly low pressure manor. I opted for the bi-monthly application, which is very reasonably priced, to keep my wife and children from seeing large spiders roaming throughout our 3 month old house. Made my payment, got my interior and exterior applications and had my next 5 appointments scheduled all within about 30-45 minutes. A day later, all I see is dead spiders. Thank you, ABC Pest!

Mason came out earlier this week and did our Fall application. He was courtesy, professional and on time. I was worried about the possibility of having mice this year since much our subdivision was a cornfield only a year and half ago but the products that ABC uses and the proper application of those products have kept the field mice to a minimum. These guys are family owned and they actually care about earning your trust/business. I have used other local "big name" companies and it seemed as if it was only what I would call "spray and pay" type of service. When I hired ABC, the Technician actually "interviewed" me to understand my concerns/expectations and then customized my program based on my comments.....crazy eh??!!!
