What a great company with great employees. Brent came out in 107 degree heat in Edmond and did an exemplary job. He was very helpful and was quick to answer all of my questions. My kids absolutely loved him. I recommend them to everybody.

He was on time, conducted the service in a timely manner, very knowledgeable, asked questions and allowed us to bring up issues and concerns during his visit, and overall was very helpful and pleasant! Definitely 10/10 customer service! We were very impressed with Branhan ! We were with Romex while we were in another state and although the service got done, I don’t even remember the last guy and he didn’t go out of his way to truly make a connection. I just switched to Romex from Ardent and am definitely happy with the switch. The salesman, Hunter, came to our door and did a great job selling me on the differences between Romex and their competitors. He was then able to match what I was paying and covered the contract buyout as well. This made it a no brainer. What I was then most impressed with is when the technician, Justin, came out. Attention to detail was awesome, took care of all my concerns and i could tell he was going above and beyond. I love that they go spray a perimeter around the house and apply whatever product to my yard as well. Great job Romex, and most of all, great job Justin and Hunter.

I had a salesperson, Nate, come to my door on a very cold day. He was very kind and enthusiastic and an amazing smile and also had knowledge of what he was talking about…Very persuasive too. I appreciate his drive to get sales but we must of had a miscommunication and I tried contacting him twice about it and he never responded. Made me feel like I’m just another number to add to his customer list. The person that came out to do the treating, Branhan, was wonderful and communicated with me through everything. There was also a misunderstanding between him and the person coordinating the scheduling but it was quickly resolved. Overall I think the product is great but there needs to be organization and better communication between the salespeople and their customers. And better communication between the person that is coming out to treat and the person that gives them direction/schedules.

Ray (the spray technician) was polite and professional and answered all our questions. He said he has about 7 years experience in this business including about 2 years with Romex. I trusted his knowledge about the products he was using. He seemed to do a very thorough job with the treatments. He was very honest and kind. Dean was our salesman. While he's not a local (from Utah), he was polite and personable. I'm not crazy about the cancellation fee and I wish Romex would be more upfront about it from the beginning. You can expect to sign a 1 year contract. There is some bargaining and price-matching available in their business model...so don't feel pressured to take the first offer. It seems they want your business and want to compete with their competitors. I will write an update to this review once I know how effective the treatments were and how responsive Romex is if I have issues that need to be addressed. Hopefully we'll get Ray as our technician again next time.

UPDATE:: They came out today, expressed concern for the previous treatments that were not as promised. The gentleman that came today, was very professional, and seemed sincere in his apologies, and completed everything as expected and then some. Hopefully this continues to improve. Do NOT recommend. Satisfaction promised, nothing but dissatisfaction provided. Insects galore with no correction noted. The staff is very friendly, but they never give you a time frame for arrival nor call you before they arrive. You pay for interior/exterior insect control and they don’t come in and spray the interior of the building. Even immediately following treatment there is typical household bugs keep coming like they never treated. Only reason this company gets a 2 star, is the staff is very friendly. But the quality of insect control/prevention is absolutely ineffective.

I moved into a new house in April 2020. My house backs up to the tree line, so I had a lot of bugs and rodents around the house. I contacted Romex and they were quick to respond and help me get this problem under control. I enjoy their Bi-Monthly sprays and inspection and they installed weep hole protection and termite traps after finding where mice were entering my house and termites were causing damage to my fence which meant it wouldn't be long before they started causing damage to my house. Everything is under control thanks to their help and inspections. I am very pleased with their service.

Once we explained the bug/insect issue he returned to his vehicle and selected the application necessary. As he was finishing up he explained what we could expect. This is way more than the normal. We are generally not interviewed. I sensed a general concern for our need. I was certainly impressed with the way he handled our extermination start to finish!

Kyle came out for our bimonthly service today. Treated both inside and outside the house. Came to the door to let me know he was here so I could bring our dog inside. He was also kind enough to carry a package into my house since I was unable to due to having knee surgery the day before his visit. Have been using Romex for Almost 2 years now and have been very happy with the service and all of the service techs that have been to our home. Would highly recommend them!

Justin is a great guy! He sprayed the inside of the house and was careful to not leave a residue on the baseboards. He also removed spiderwebs and wasp nest under the eaves of the house. Romex is a great value for the price! They'll have my business for years to come.

My air conditioner broke, so I had to spend it on that instead and first and then just saving money for the next disaster. We have needed help with wasp nests for a while and just other bugs and creeps and critters. They had a special! 99$! Dude. This came at the time I needed it most. Cause my garage door opener is the next expensive thing, Brent the acct rep was so nice and personable and listened and just cared. They are doing all my neighbors now! I've been using Romex for a year now and usually I don't have any issues with the service. However, on 6/2 I sent an email requesting them to come after a certain time (after 12) since I had to take my child to an appointment. This was sent after receiving their confirmation email the day before they're scheduled to come. The technician arrived around 10am. Which isn't a big deal, but I wanted to have the inside of my home sprayed as well. Also, there was a wasp nest near my front door that wasn't knocked down. From my understanding that is part of the services I'm paying for. I'm not too happy about that, especially since the technician noted that it was knocked down. I even checked my cameras to see if it was done and it wasn't.

I found this company by happenstance, and I’m SO glad I did! With a brand new baby, I had been panicking about the spiders I was seeing in the garage and occasionally in the house. I assume they have always been this numerous, but my anxiety about the baby getting bit pushed me to finally consider having a company come address the issue. Brandon got me set up for service within the week. He was SUPER friendly to explain the process and all of the insects, and other critters, that the company helps eliminate. On the day of service, Michael was SO friendly! I can’t explain how refreshing it is to interact with someone who seems to enjoy what they do and who genuinely wants to help! Michael made sure to review the process and asked me about my specific concerns. He also reminded me that after the service, I may see more bugs for a couple days as they are trying to leave the treated areas. So far, I’ve seen an increase in DEAD bugs around the outside of my house (which is my favorite kind of bug). I would definitely recommend this WONDERFULLY friendly and informative company.

We have not seen so much as an ant in, or around our house since moving in. The only insects we find are curled into a crispy ball 6” from the foundation. Wonderful service and prompt response. He provided all the information needed and the price was to go to pass up. Our Technician David came out the next day to spray. He made sure that we understood everything and answered all my questions. He made sure to spray thoroughly and placed the pellets in the yard. He let us know when he was done and made sure we didn’t have any questions or concerns. Advised that if we see any problems arise to give them a call and they will come back out and spray again for free. Service was great I’d definitely recommend.
