Additionally, they spray around the wheels of my trash bins, and they even caulked areas where insects may enter near windows. First contact was with Justin who did a home inspection and thoroughly went through our rental home and showed us all the openings where pests can get in. Very professional and showed up on time. Next we had Joseph Hunt come out to do the services. Joe was absolutely awesome. Text the night before to give arrival time and showed up on time. Joe walked us through every step of the process and explained things we can do to better seal our home from pests. Having moved from another state, Joe's positivity was exactly what we imagined when we came to Oklahoma. He had stories for days and I'd swear I've known him for years. Great job Joe. I have used this pest control company for several years. They are always courteous and professional. But just now we had an ant problem in one of our childrens rooms and I called to see if they could drop by an ant solution trap and they are dropping it off within an hour! Carry, the general manager, said they didn’t have any exterminators in the area, but immediately just sent out one of the guys in the office to get it to us as soon as possible. If you have kids, and have an ant issue, that is a great service to have it taken care of as soon as possible!

I've used Massey for about a year and although the bug problem has diminished as expected the customer service and struggles have not. When initially setting up service I requested to be called a day prior to anyone coming out and to be provided an estimated time window. I have dogs and work from home so I wanted to be prepared to put the dogs away and stop working while the exterminator was doing their job. Never got a call. My dogs are going crazy and I see someone climbing over my fence to get into my backyard. Now I don't live in a terrible neighborhood but I wouldn't put it past anyone, I ran out with gun in hand to confront the person who decided to just be on my property without my knowledge. The issues just went downhill from there. Like I mentioned the bug issues went "away" as expected, but customer service never improved. Eventually I'd get a call the day before, but no time window, or they wouldn't show at all. Recently they called to let me know they'd come out, I called back to cancel and of course have to call some call center in Florida and placed on hold for 5 minutes for a simple "hey don't send anyone out," but what happened, someone is knocking on my door at 7:30a. Poor communication and bad customer service are the reasons I no longer use Massey and why they received only 3 stars. It's amateur hour over there.

We have had Massey a little over a year now. Initially, we had them treat for scorpions, which are very difficult to get rid of... they did the job great! I had them come out a couple times in-between quarterly sprays and each time, their employees were polite and thorough. The technician assigned to us, Bill Cooper, is the BEST! I'm shocked to see all the bad reviews on here. We were with Ecoshield as well before Massey took over. We were pleased with Ecoshield and didn't notice any drop in service after. Every time I've called the different receptionists have been super friendly and we've had no issues getting stuff retreated for free if a problem remained. They've even come out for free between treatments if a new problem cropped up.

Although we hit a few bumps along the way between the EcoShield to Massey conversion, things worked out. Our home is pest free (new build), and the team gives plenty of yard to house management recommendations to ensure that we see the best results. Occasionally, we'll have to call in an extra service call because of more than moist weather, or things are becoming a bit wild between sessions. We're happy with the level of service, problem solving, knowledge and care that our home receives each time they come.

I'm really surprised there are so many negative reviews for Massey. I've been nothing but pleased with their service. They leave a message to let me know they're going to spray...if I can't be home they still spray the perimeter of the home. They leave a bill on my door and charge my credit card. It really couldn't more simple for us. If we see an ant or other creature they will come out free of charge any time and spray your home. It's one less thing to worry about for our family.
