We noticed a bees nest near our gutter and were experiencing bees in the home via holes in the wall. Superb was able to send someone out within 24 hours (had to wait a little due to rain) to come over and take care of the issue. Malik was very calm and confident in assuring us he could fix the issue. Would recommend!

Sam is such a personable guy. From the moment I called to schedule an appointment, he treated me like we had known each other for decades. He came on time, extensively explained how everything would work, and made sure everything would be safe for our dogs...what more could you ask for! Very professional and has been in the business for a long time, as this is a family owned and operated company. Reasonably priced and will get the job done when it is most convenient for you!

I had a water bug infestation that got worst with time for the last few weeks. I called and not only did they do a through evaluation over the phone, unlike some of the other companies that I called, he also followed up with a text message. Fast forward to today, when the technician by the name, Malik came to exterminate. Malik was extremely pleasant, patient , did a through evaluation, diagnosed the problem, exterminated and within hours, I was able to return to my home as there was a significant reduction in the amount of bugs flying around. I’m so thankful to this company ! I got my peace of mind back. Thank you🙏🏿🙏🏿

Sam is amazing. Our apartment had a huge roach infestation. He came monthly to treat it and within a few months of his treatments the roaches were completely eradicated. He went above and beyond to ease my worries. He is always on time and very friendly. It is also very clear that he knows his stuff. He always gives great recommendations of things we can do in between treatments. Whenever I am worried I give him a call and he is there right away. Very accommodating and always on time. If you have any sort of pest issues, don’t look elsewhere… Sam is your guy!

Superb Pest is a great company! I started to hear noises/movement in my attic on a Sunday night. I called them on Monday morning and got a quick response from Sam. He was able to get to my house the very next day for an evaluation of mice and squirrels. When he got to my house, he walked around my property both outside and inside to look for any points of entry that the rodents may come in through. We ultimately discovered that there was a small opening on my roof where squirrels were getting in. He installed a one way tunnel for the squirrel to get out without any coming back in. He has even offered to come back and close up the hole on the roof for us. Sam was great to work with. He was professional throughout and is really skilled at what he does. He will be honest with you and tell you what you really need for what you are dealing with. I found his prices to be more than fair for job. I would definitely use Sam again if I ever have a rodent problem again (hopefully not). Highly recommend!

I love that it’s a small family run business which prides itself on making each customer comfortable by always sending back the same exterminator and building a relationship. I wish I never had to write a review about an exterminator! Nobody wants these experiences, but unfortunately they come along. I cannot recommend Superb Pest Control highly enough. Our technician Sam was awesome. Keeping my fingers crossed that everything he did worked. I'll plug up the holes that he pointed out to me might be an entry point! I hope never to need an exterminator again, but if I do I'll call Superb Pest Control again with no hesitation whatsoever!

Sam came to help us with some roaches that we unintentionally brought home from relatives. He was very thorough with taking care of them, knowledgeable of the problem at hand, and answered all of our questions and concerns with professionalism. With his knowledge and expertise, he determined our problem wasn't as big as we thought it would be, since we took care of the problem right away, but assured and comforted us that would come back if the problem happened to get worse on the off-chance. Superb came out two times and the problem was completely eradicated!! The technician was professional and knowledgable and explained both the problem and the solution to us. I have a bad infestation of rodents and since they came I saw a huge decrease so far. I have killed 1 since the first visit but there are many that died on the lower units of the house. I plan to keep working with them until the issue is completely resolved.
