HUGE THANK YOU again to Ashley and Isaiah from the Orkin team. Called on 9pm on a Friday evening and explained my issue. Ashley had a tech arriving to my house the next day within minutes. We had a wonderful chat while she set up the entire service for me. Isaiah was so kind and went above and behind for us during the service! Extremely knowledge and explained everything he was doing and the process. It’s no fun having mice, but it was really nice to work with people who really cared about helping me. Thank you!!!!!!!

We used another service before and weren't satisfied. A neighbor recommended Orkin to do it right. Orkin did an excellent job. First thing he did was move the oven and boom! He found the holes. He sealed them with wire mesh and caulk. He went around the house filling all the holes the previous pest control company missed. Orkin played a few traps and a bit of bait (not too much). So far very satisfied.

So I moved into this home last month and it’s been issue after issue. I’ve had many companies and services that have had to complete work on this home and orkin was the last company I needed to call. The man who came to my house (I wish I remembered his name) was the most professional, patient and kind worker I have encountered. He was comforting and assuring, listened so well and you could tell how experienced he is. He had me by his side step by step as he inspected and explained absolutely everything in detail and answered any questions I had along with offering advice. Follow up visit (Matt) - we reviewed the original infestation and treatments. Matt answered my questions and discussed the progress. He sprayed all exterior locations and spread granules around the perimeter as a preventative. Again, excellent and thorough work. Great interaction. (1st visit) Came to my location within 24hrs. Explained clearly what they could and would do. Sprayed for the immediate problem and applied some preventative measures. Answered all my questions clearly. Tech was friendly and engaging. Excellent experience overall.

We had an Orkin man visit. He was very courteous, and explained everything he was doing/applying. He will come back in a few days for a second application. Now the yellow Jackets are invading the house and it is very upsetting. I am sure that this is a process and hopefully the second visit will reinforce the first.

I had a nest of yellow jackets under my roof (in the attic area) and called Orkin to be rid of them. They came out within a day and treated both inside and out. After treatment it got worse, they now were inside my house. When I called back, they came out again and found another area where they were entering the roof. They treated my house three times and I'm happy to say, the yellow jackets seem to be gone! I'm happy with Orkin. They didnt quit when things got bad. I'd use them again. M C

I’ve been using Orkin at my apartment for a few months now and I’m very happy with the service. I’ve noticed a dramatic reduction in the number household pests. I’m averaging 0-1 pests per month whereas before using the service I’d find 4-6 bugs in my apartment per month. I wouldn’t mind if the price were a little lower for the service but the value is there so Ill still recommend orkin. I would also like to mention their technicians are amazing! I don’t remember my first technician’s name but he really went above and beyond and chemically treated areas in my apartment I wouldn’t even have thought of. I’ve also had the pleasure of having my recent follow up treatments done by Harold and he is on time, professional, fast, and charismatic. Give these guys a raise because it’s their exceptional service that’ll retain me as a customer.

We have a chicken coop which attracted mice and rats. Andrew came out and was very thorough, sealed all the holes they were using to get in and made sure we knew we can call any time for anything we need. They're great. Also used them for ants a year or two ago and they did great and never came back.

I had a mouse issue. The exterminator inspected for holes, plugged what he found and laid down some traps. Only time will tell if the issue will be resolved but I was satisfied with the time taken and service rendered

Service was what was advertised. I did have one hiccup - I had an exterminator and I guess he moved or quit and I didn’t receive any correspondence and had to call to get it figured out, but when I called the person on the phone was super helpful and they were out the next day.

We have been using this service for nearly a year. Though we have continued to see some issues, they come out immediately and are very thorough and extremely professional. The gentlemen servicing our home knows exactly where to go and treat. The consistency is very good.

Not too pleased to be honest. Was quoted one price on the phone then when the service man got here was given a higher price when in fact on the invoice was my original quoted price. He just crossed the prices out and added an extra $20 to all monthly services. Said they forgot to add a flea service. I called specifically for fleas. Should be noted on the account. Called customer service. Management was supposed to call, never received a call. Not very professional in my eyes. Will not use them next year.

Getting a return call was not done initially. When I continued to call 3 weeks later, a technician was sent out promptly. After assessing the problem, he scheduled a return visit in a few days. The gentlemen that came to the house did drill into my driveway and issued insecticide into the soils. They repaired the holes so well you could not even notice them. The treatment seems to be fast acting and hopefully will do the job,. The Orkin guys were very professional, courteous and patient with this very concerned customer. Also having the contract already, I did not have to pay for this service. Better service than I had with a previous company. Thank you.,

We had 2 services performed. Orkin cleaned and sanitized our crawl space and installed all new insulation. All inside and outside access points around hoses, pipes and spigots were sealed to prevent mice from entering our home. Then snap traps were strategically placed in case there were some in the house already. The guys were very thorough. Very happy with the service they provided.

We had our first visit with Orkin. The scheduling was easy and our technician came on time. He was respectful, friendly and took the time to address our concerns with a rodent issue. Unfortunately, upon assessment, wildlife control services have to be utilized. However, it is a separate service and requires another appointment. Overall, we are extremely pleased with the service we received.

Orkin can be hit or miss. It all depends on how knowledgeable and patient the technician is. Most reps have been good but there were a few that seemed like they only do the minimum and not much more even when asked. There was a time when I considered cancelling the service but the business was saved by one fantastic rep. I'm glad I gave Orkin one more chance because this guy was so thorough, patient with his work, answered every question, that I didn't even know that this type of service level existed. Unfortunately it seems rare that the same rep comes back but the service level has certainly been consistently good over the past 2 years. Today, Nick did the work and he has raised the service level bar once again. I will certainly request for him to come back if that is possible. Reps like that will help keep me a satisfied customer for a long time.

I’ve been a customer for over 5 years now - home and mosquito protection. Yes, their prices are competitive and their product is safe and effective like many other options, but what has stood out for me, as outstanding, are the 2 technicians who’ve been taking care of our property - Geomer and more recently Ernest. They’re friendly, personable, professional and dedicated to their trade. This morning, Ernest took care of a hornet/wasp nest in a bush next to our front door. Anytime you need them outside of your scheduled service, they’re there at no extra cost. Thanks guys! You’re the best!

Orkin manages our quarterly maintenance for pest control and they are great! The technicians are friendly, efficient and professional. They come by do an exterior treatment and don’t push for interior treatment especially because it isn’t warranted. But they always ask if there is a need or concern. Very pleased with their service.

I had to reschedule my first appointment and they made it very easy without any hassle. Today we had a severe storm and ORKIN DID NOT CANCEL do to inclement weather but traveled through the storm and serviced my home (while social distancing). Every time our technician comes, which has been Paul over the last several visits, they are courteous, on time and text if they are running late. They listen to the concerns that we have and take every step to ensure that the issues we are having don’t return… Which they never have. The few times we’ve needed in between service work and has been fantastic and sending somebody out. The main issue are massive crickets - which I had never seen before until I moved here. Very happy to report that the few that we see scattered are dead. And I mean truly only a few here and there

Very professional and affordable. I've used Orkin before and always had a good experience but just moved to this neighborhood and needed some pest control. Excellent service and very happy with the pest control. Administrative office has issues (calls not returned for WEEKS) which is why I'm changing this to four stars but the pest controls pros are awesome.

The exterminator came within the time window given. We have a bed bug problem and after telling him what was going on he did a thorough inspection and recommended for treatment right away. He was very thorough with the application of chemicals he used and told us next steps would be to wait 7-14 days to monitor for anymore bed bugs and they will come back for a second application of chemicals. He was professional and moved most of the stuff without assistance even though I offered to help.

Dwayne Wright the Orkin Technician provided outstanding service and was very attentive to my concerns. During his initial inspection he explained to me possible causes and what I could do to eliminate some of the problems I was having. He was very thorough and careful as to how and where he applied pesticides he took his time didn't seem rushed and kept me informed the entire time he was here and at the conclusion he even did a review of everything he had done. I was very satisfied with the work he performed. It is my hope that he is assigned to my home on his route but if not I hope that any other technician that is assigned to my home is just as thorough. He has raised the bar I know what to expect from any technician that comes to my home.

Very professional representative came to my home and explained everything to me, he was very nice and thoroughly treated my home for stinging insects and ants. He sprayed around the entire perimeter of the house and outbuildings. He explained if I need retreating after 7-10 days if there are any issues they can return to retreat. We had carpenter ants that actually borrowed their way into our house. One call to Orkin they sent someone out and they were gone in about two days. I have not had an ant problem since. Same thing we had wolf spiders in our basement and I spoke to them once when they came to treat they couldn't treat inside since I just had a baby but they treated outside and I have not seen one wolf spider or cave cricket in a year. There were hornets nests under my awning and they took those down and I have not had a hornet/wasp issue since they treated. I also used to have a carpenter bee issue and they sprayed where they were and I have not had an issue with them either. I will always recommend Orkin for any pest needs they get the job done successfully.

Your website clearly states that fleas can live in mattresses. When I signed up for the service the rep told me that the service person would treat the mattresses if he thought it was needed as well as the upholstery in my house. When the service man came he told me the exact opposite. This part of service was not performed. Also we did not get the outside of our house treated because it was raining. Will this be done on the follow up service? It was my understanding from your company as well others that I spoke to that this is a necessary service to make sure we get rid of the fleas. I was told by your rep and others that we had to mop / vacuum before service. Your serviceman said it was not needed. He said to clean after the service but did not give any specific directions. Your competition told me to clean every day for two weeks after service. The only reason I did not go with your competition is because of scheduling. I hope your service works. Right now I am not sure if it will or what I am being charged for. Also, not sure what warranty is since outside was not done. Competition warranty was better. Maybe that’s why it was harder to schedule and appointment with them. Follow up. The fleas have returned. I called your company with the concerns above and the customer service person could not tell me anything and said she would have a manager call me. It is several hours later and I have not heard from anyone. They charged us for the service that day and we still don’t know what we were charged for Update the manager came and did a whole house inspection and explained the issues we had and how to treat them. Our house was treated again so we had to go to a hotel again. We were given a rebate to cover cost. Manager was in touch with me and answered messages to make sure everything was ok. In the end our problems were solved.

The tech called in advance to let me know that he was coming over to provide treatment. Upon arrival he rang the doorbell to let me know that he was there to provide treatment for ants and insects around the exterior of the house around the foundation. He sprayed a liquid insecticide around the lower and upper part of the foundation. Afterwards he spread insecticide pelllets on the ground in the area by the foundation.

I'm pretty sure that I started to see Termite swarmers outside of our kitchen sliding glass door. I called ORKIN because they have excellent reviews. Konae K. and Paul R. for termites and pest control came promptly on a week day and were swift and to the point. They did not waste my time and they even saved me money! A couple of days later Ronald F. came to place the termite traps in the yard. He was as delightful and efficient as his co-workers. A couple years ago Terminix did the same work, but the service does not come close!

I suspected Hornets in my finished basement. Turned out to be harmless carpenter bees. The guy that came knew it before I did. He took money off the initial bill, and did a sweep of the house just to be sure. The amazing thing was they answered the phone on memorial day.
