We've used On The Spot several times in the last 6 months. Over the summer they were really helpful in removing several wasps nests we had around the house and our shed. A few days ago we discovered a raccoon was living in our attic and Laurie quickly had a tech come out to investigate. Damian was extremely professional and timely. He understood our concerns and talked us through all of our options. When he returned a second day he was just as enthusiastic and eager to find a solution as we were. I appreciate all the time he took to help us seal entry points to prevent any critters returning as well.

Definitely hire this company! They don’t disappoint! I’ve used them for 2 years now. We had them at our old house and now have them at our new one. They are the absolute best. I've used On The Spot pest control for a couple years. The pesticides used did help keep the mice away for some time but then I started to see roaches and ants and all other kinds of 8+ legged friends around. I paid a good amount of money for initial treatment and inspection, which I didn't get the inspection or clean out as promised. Initial inspection just came with laying down a bunch of traps and boxes from attic down to basement but a full inspection wasn't done as promised for the money paid. My husband and I wound up cleaning up the dead carcasses of rodents when we found them. No follow-up was done either. After about 3 months a different inspector came out and saw some issues that weren't done right by the first inspector and he fixed it. I also paid an extra fee for treatment of the garage. I finally ended services, after not being able to afford it. I started doing my own treatments and I am pretty much getting the same results as far as keeping the mice at bay.

I recently moved into a new apartment and after a couple nights of sleeping there I woke up to a little mouse in my bedroom. My landlord gave me the number for On the Spot Pest Control and they were able to come out that same day! The technician, Matt, was able to plug up any openings in the walls where they could possibly be getting in and also set up bait/traps for any that were already inside. Greg came in and right away started explaining to us why we had this situation and how he was going to start the remedy. On the spot pest control is absolutely amazing. Their general service is great, not to mention their customer service. The technicians who came by my house and worked on it were very professional and kind. They also seem very informative about what they are doing which makes me feel so much better. When I had a question or concern, even after they already serviced my house, they answered promptly and with grace (which is great because I'm a chronic worrier). They treated my house for ants on the windowsill (don't ask me how, I really don't know), termites and flies within the general vicinity. Although I had to recently cancel my contract with them due to some financial issues, I would absolutely recommend this company to others.

Techs are friendly, answer all questions and go out of their way to address issues. They took down several wasp nests for us when we moved in. Their communication can still improve though. I occasionally receive email or phone alerts about upcoming visits, but sometimes miss those. I wish they *always* sent reports of what they did, including the exact treatment formula.

If I could give this business a 10-star rating, I would. I called On the Spot Pest Control yesterday panicking about "possible" pest in my storage unit. I spoke to Kayla (who was very knowledgeable in this space) and she educated me on how to clean/inspect my furniture and the different ingredients used in pesticides so I can buy my own until I can visibly confirm a pest problem (if there is any at all). She was so generous with her time and must have spent close to 45 minutes on the phone with me to patiently explain everything in detail. She could have easily taken advantage of my anxiety and convinced me to sign up for their service (which most businesses would have done), but instead she was very honest and genuine, and taught me how to take the more cost-effective route until I know I have a real problem. I left that phone call a lot more calm and prepared for my move this weekend. It is very rare in this day and age to find businesses with this mindset. If I do end up having pest problem in my storage unit- there is no doubt that On the Spot Pest Control will be my first phone call!

We purchased our home early in 2021, and we contacted On the Spot Pest Control to come and inspect our basement monthly. They are very professional, on time, informative, and helpful, especially Joey Chetrancolo. My husband and I had a mouse problem at our home when we first moved in. We booked On the Spot Pest Control through a third-party online site. The exterminator arrived on time, and was refreshingly courteous and professional. I followed him around as he inspected our home, and he was happy to explain everything he was doing and give me tips about dealing with mice. By the time he left, I felt like I had gotten long-term value out of this one-time appointment. There was a mix-up between On the Spot and the third-party site we booked the exterminator through, and we ended up getting charged twice. I called On the Spot, and Laurie and Crystal helped sort things out right away. Within a few hours, they (presumably) settled things with the third-party site and refunded us the second charge. I was very impressed with how friendly and helpful everyone I talked to at On the Spot was. If I have future pest control issues, I would happily engage them again.

I was doing demolition today in my house and pulled a piece of drywall... behind it was a great big yellow jacket nest. I called On the Spot Pest Control on a Saturday afternoon and they had a technician on location to help me within the hour. Pete was technician and he took care of my yellow jacket problem. He was friendly and professional and quickly removed the nest and made it safe to reenter the house. Excellent customer service! OTSPC was recommended by our vet after our pet turned up with fleas. A tech arrived the day after we called and spent at least an hour touring our entire house and garages, and discussing the recommended treatment in detail. I previously had Terminix treat our home under our current contract and they'd come twice, sprayed several cans and left with the problem unsolved. OTSPC office staff was also very responsive and I made the first available appointment for the actual treatment. I had a ton of questions about how to prepare our home for the treatment and the tech answered each and every one of them with knowledge and courtesy. The actual treatment took several hours and after we followed the prescribed follow up instructions, our home was free of fleas within a few weeks (yes, it takes weeks!) I'm very happy with OTSPC and highly recommend them. I've since dropped Terminix and now have OTSPC for my ongoing pest control needs.

We heard noises in our attic and feared that an animal had gotten inside. We called On the Spot and they sent Neil to investigate. He went up into the attic and set a trap. He accommodated all of our requests and did a very efficient job. Dear All, I normally don’t write reviews but in this case I must. Chris and his team are amazing. I was having my sons 1st birthday party outside and during set up at 730 am I noticed there were bugs all around the tree next to the tables . I called On the spot left a message thinking I’ll need to wait till Mon and we will have bugs all over the place at the party at 1 pm. Nope not the case. Chris (the owner) called me back in 30 minutes and had a technician come to my house with in a couple hours be fore the party. Chris and his team saved the day and the party. I called OTS after spotting an unwelcome visitor twice. Neil from OTS Pest Control was awesome! He arrived during the agreed upon timeframe and immediately got to work. He checked out all areas where there could be evidence of pests and laid bait where appropriate. At my request, he also closed up several holes with steel wool. I got half off the service because I signed up for a monthly plan. I called Neil my "dream man" because I am petrified of mice and he was very helpful, courteous, and professional. I highly recommend!

While most companies we called said they could only come out on Monday, three days away, On the Spot came out the next day to our relief. They spent as much time as was needed for our comfort. We called about a mouse problem in our basement. Greg arrived at the time promised and did a thorough job identifying and blocking their path to the garage and basement before setting traps. All though it is too early estimate how fast the invasion will cease, we are already seeing a decline after less than a week. Btw... After 25 years with our former pest control company it was recently taken over by On The Spot Pest Control. Last May Chris treated our home for carpenter ants and noticed signs of carpenter bees. He recommended treating this problem, but for various reasons we were not able to do this. Now, in the fall, my husband took steps to alleviate a new infestation of yellow jackets. You replaced mice bait, added new traps, inquired about any peanut allergy in the home, asked if finding the body would make us queasy.
