I love Proof! We have over an acre of land they do monthly tick and mosquito treatments which is so helpful and they do quarterly maintinence for all other bugs. They do indoor and outdoor and I have yet to be disappointed. We just had a wasp nest taken care of and was very pleased. Always the nicest people coming out and helping answer any questions I have and offer advice. Couldn't be happier!

A+ service! I signed up for a membership last month and my first visit was scheduled the next day. After a month I asked for a return visit, which there is no addition charges or hidden fees for that. Which is another plus! My first exterminator was helpful. My second service, was with Sandy and he displayed so much empathy for what I was experiencing. He throughly expected my home which coincided with the first visit. He gave us so many tips and spend time inspecting which was so assuring! Thank you so much Sandy, I will sleep better tonight!

Ray was excellent to work with! He arrived timely and was very patience as I transition everyone out the house. He explained what he would be doing and from the first treatment he provided we did not see much of any activities from our flea visitors after the extermination. Ray also conducted a 2nd treatment which he was even more pleasant and personable then then the first time around. No activity at all at this point. Prices are very much affordable and the team at Proof are always willing to help! Thanks Proof for your wonderful service. Daven has been excellent! He assisted us with our rodent problem and during his inspection found that we had termites as well. He's very thorough, knowledgeable, and responsive. He explained each of his actions and what he thought would be best to resolve our pest issues. We have kids around the house and he was very careful and cautious to make sure the traps and stations were out of their reach. Very glad that he was our serviceman for our pest problem.

We called proof because we have noticed rats living under our front porch. Mason, our technician, checked out the area around our residence and was able to identify several entry points that I wouldn't have otherwise noticed! He set out bait and answered all of my questions about safety, rat behavior, next steps, etc. He is very knowledgeable and gave me helpful tips for the future! We were able to contact our HOA to complete the necessary exterior maintenance and as part of our service we can call for additional pest control as needed in the coming months. Thank you!

The tech Daven texted ahead and showed up right on time. It was an in-house job and it was raining out and he put covers on his shoes to not mess up the floor! I was impressed right away with the service. Turned out the issue was passed but he gave good advice and reminded me that we get a re-treat soon anyway. I don't write reviews often, but proof is the best exterminator company I have ever dealt with. 5 stars!

Ryan did a great job helping me with the inside, organic spraying of insects. I have a phobia of spiders and he walked me through the best places to spray and listened to where I had seen spiders in the 18 years we have lived in the house. He sprayed those places he normally wouldn't to alleviate my concerns. I appreciated all his help in keeping me calm while going about his business. He came back after spraying around the outside of the house and gave me an update with a little too much info about a spider he found, but I'm glad he gave me all the info. Thanks so much Ryan. Fantastic service! Ryan V was amazing as always! Very knowledgeable and kind. We discussed the different type of method for the winter service and even started discussing the coming seasons and additional services that could be beneficial. My family loves being out in our back yard but with the woodsy area i worry about hidden pests like ticks and pesky mosquitoes. We're very happy with proof Pest Control. We live in the forest and therefore get spiders, ants, mice, wasps, stink bugs, Asian beetles, etc. We used to use stronger chemicals for pest control, but 3 months ago, we decided to try proof due to a more environmentally friendly approach. Jake Walney of proof was very friendly, knocked down old wasp nests, and treated the interior and exterior of our home. We have not had pest issues since. Jake just completed the second (3 month later) treatment and was professional, as always. We are happy with proof Pest Control and will stick with them.

Great company. Great service. We signed up for the maintenance plan and they come every quarter like clockwork. Since then we have not had any of our previous problems with ants or crickets. They even take care of the wasp nests we get in the shed. We Recently saw a swarm of termites at our front door and they came right away. Sandy explained everything and helped us take care of it. Every summer I would have someone knocking on my door to advertise pest control. I usually do not have any issues with pests till I had my toddler leaving crumbs everywhere attracting ants. So Mike showed up at my door advertising. I was sold when he called me "brother." Sandy at proof was thorough and clear in explaining the treatment being applied. Most importantly the treatment was effective. He apply treatment in our mud room where we were having an issue. He identified that the crawl space beneath the mud room may be contributing to the issue and applied treatment there. He then inspected our basement and applied preventative treatment to prevent issues as we enter late summer/early fall.

The organic stuff was really evident because I could smell it. Really made me think that the last people who did organic maybe didn't do it. Jarod was very respectful and sweet and took care of everything around the house including some hornets nests. I'm really pleased with the overall service and I'm glad to have him as my team. Can't post pictures of the scent but it was very pepperminty, fruitty, all those organic scents that I know repel pests so I knew they were real.

I am sure you all remember my review from last year, which was one of their first customer reviews: “I want to thank Ian for coming over here and spraying inside and out for us today. In fact, I want to thank Proof and the entire company for how incredibly efficient, professional, and PLEASANT they are. They were the only company that responded to us and effectively treated the stink bug problem we had when we moved into our new home. Everyone online told us that was not treatable and we should just pick them up and flush them as they showed up, but this company was able to get rid of them for us (at least for now they seem to be gone). The level of customer service is also unparalleled. From the moment you call them, and they also text you by the way, from the moment the person comes to your home, it’s a stress-free professional and pleasant experience. I can’t say enough good things about them. I wish them increasing success and I hope they never change their fantastic business model.” Well, unfortunately their business model must have changed - a lot. They now don’t always call ahead before they come (leaving you to have to leave your gates open indefinitely or wait like a hostage for them to arrive), and sometimes don’t come at all when scheduled (and we are the ones who have to call to check where they are and often are told their vehicle “broke down”). Their mosquito and tick spray no longer works as well, or perhaps it’s the fact that their technicians apply it regardless of the weather (so if you are unlucky to get an application on a rainy day you won’t have results). And even if you let them know the application was unsuccessful, they ask for you to wait and see a couple more weeks before sending someone out to re-apply, and if you are a normal busy person and forget to call, you’ll just have to be attacked by mosquitos until the next application. Waste of money, time, and huge dissatisfaction factor. Their customer service agents are still very friendly over the phone, but not very resourceful or genuine about their care for you. It’s a fake apology and feeling of “you are just one of many customers so too bad so sad you’re unhappy” sort of thing. So we are simply no longer going to trust them for the mosquito and tick spray. Since we haven’t had the same issues with our indoor and perimeter spraying we will continue to have that contract, but only until they disappoint us again and then we will have to part ways completely. It’s sad because they truly were wonderful. But most great things don’t last forever. Maybe they will change and improve again, and return to what they once were, although it seems like a long shot.
