Edwar was the technician who arrived on time for my inspection. He was very thorough in his explanation of what he going to do. He then went ahead with the inspection and pointed out one or two points of concern which he took care of. Edwar was very professional the entire time I highly recommend Fox pest control and if their other technicians are like Edwar you will not be disappointed.

When they come for my scheduled maintenance, they always ask if I have any concerns. If I do, they take care of it on the spot. They used to be fairly rapid in answering phone calls. The last year or so they seem to have installed a new system and you often have to wait on hold endlessly listening to bug news before someone responds. Definitely a bad business practice.

What I like especially was the technician. He gave me information I did not know about the treatment. We recently switched to Fox. I had known about them from last year when their salesperson David came by our house - I wanted to switch then but we had a contract with another company. Spring is right around the corner and we wanted to beat the bugs before they get any ideas about trying to make themselves comfortable at our home. I wanted to be very thorough and clear on what their service entails since we were unhappy with the previous pest control company. Danny was patient in answering all of our questions and explained everything clearly. He was also very thorough with the treatment, and gave us helpful suggestions. We've just started our contract but so far we're happy! I'm glad I did my research and chose Fox! They are honest and detailed with their services, everyone I've dealt with so far was professional and nice, they always answer the phone and respond to messages promptly, and they seem to cover a lot more than other companies at a better price! I look forward to having a pest-free home with Fox!

The office sometimes is literally impossible to get in touch with and no one answers the phone. However, when technicians arrive, they do a great job. We've had Danny, Michael, and Alyssa come to our home. Danny is always very professional and spends time targeting the correct issues. He also always makes himself available via phone and calls before he's on his way. Alyssa was unbelievable when she came and spent nearly 2 hours addressing issues we were having that day. We'd recommend giving Fox a try, but you may have issues getting anyone in the office on the phone.

Technician Daven serviced my home this week for a termite inspection follow-up. He checked the bait traps, and replaced one that showed active infestation. I followed him around, and he was more than courteous, and explained everything regarding the termite life cycle and what to expect. It's a little odd to have a door to door salesman during a pandemic, but anyway the guy showed up at the exact time I needed some pest control. The salesman was very smooth, but we got to where we needed to get during the negotiation. We signed up for a 1 year contract, which is 5 services. They did the first that night. I just had my second application. This one was much better and more thorough than the first and I thought the first was just fine. We had some yellow jackets that had moved into our exterior siding. He put on a beekeeper outfit and sprayed, then sealed up where they were getting into the house. That was top quality service. Then he sprayed the exterior. I also had him spray our basement and swap out the rodent traps. I asked for feedback on both and he provided a summary. We are very pleased with the service.

New 5 star rating for Tribert. I called Fox because I saw what I thought was termite activity in my shed. Tribert text messaged when he was on his way with a time frame and again when he arrived. I showed him the area of concern, and he was extremely thorough in examining the area I pointed out, as well as the rest of the shed. He explained that I had ants, not termites, and told me the differences between the two and what to look for in the future. He treated the visible areas with immediate success (no movement on final inspection with Tribert). He also checked the roof peak, the studs, the floors, the exterior - he examined everywhere. He was very patient and able to help us with ensuring that we get continuous coverage throughout the year to ensure that all pests remain eradicated. My entire property was treated foot by foot. We received great service with no shortcuts and unlike other companies he didn’t skimp on chemicals required for treatment. Yes, Fox works on annual contracts but under reasonable prices. Long term treatment is required to ensure that there are no recurrences of infestation and ensure that my neighbor’s bugs do not make it into my home. I had wanted spot treatment only to keep costs down but after further explanation, I realized Danny was right. Annual contract gives me full coverage and peace of mind. I received a knock on the door and saw a man with a clipboard. We all know how those conversations go, but this was different. No nonsense and straight to the point was what I got from Fox Pest Control. They were at my neighbors spraying and they think it's a good way for them to increase business by canvasing the area where they are already spraying. Because they are int he area they reduce the initial visit by 50%. Those words took all of 1 minute for the sales rep to say. I love it, finally a business that is honest, straight to the point and informative, without wasting my time. We then talked for a few minutes about our specific problems and I hired them. That is not the end of the story. The exterminator went above and beyond to review, clean and treat the outside of the house (especially for wasps ad ants). It is rare for me to give a five star rating. I highly recommend Fox for best Value, responsive customer service, quality service, stands behind warranties. I own a home in Hauppauge. I was approached by Salesman Spencer who was serving several of our neighbors properties. I was very pleased at his detailed outline of services. I have a severe dislike for bugs, far more then your average person. So I attempt to handle a lot of bug control myself from a prevention standpoint. Typically I also have a pest control on contract but I was not happy with my last companies rising prices and slipping service. I like to pick the brain of the service man because in the cycle of life if you kill off one bug you often invite another or your getting the pest because you have a welcoming environment to them. I see other reviews where they complain about the detailed nature but if you work with these guys as a team you can really make a big impact on pest control. I know very well the costs of pest control and their prices are very fair for the quality you receive. You can call the two other guys who advise best prices on Long Island .. but I can tell you their contracts are filled with loopholes for additional charges. I brought in Fox for ant control and hornet control. I personally found three nests they found an additional 2. I have not seen a hornet since. I did have ants reappear but that is somewhat expected with ants especially on a property as large as mine. But true to word they came and did a complete property treatment for ants again,,, not just in the one area they came back. I called Spence freaking out after we got a hurricane, I instantly had a massive tick problem. We came in from cleaning up the yard and my 3 year old had ticks in her hair. As a bug a phobe I lost my mind. They had a tremendously busy schedule but Spence worked his magic and was able to squeeze me in the next day. When the tech Mathew arrived he was empathetic to my tick freak out. He was so detailed in the application. He did not miss one spot in a two acre lot. So when I see reviews about late appearances please take into consideration that the lateness may be because they are trying to do the right thing for another customer. And you’ll be happy if that day comes and you need them quick The technician who came advised that he found bee hives in some of the fallen trees while doing the tick treatment and since they were included in my original contract. That’s doing the right thing!

While we aren't a huge fan of that method since we get a lot of solicitors in our neighborhood, it REALLY worked in our favor this time! Each time we've gotten sprayed, we definitely see a difference. I called yesterday to have someone come back to spray for fruit flies - we hate those pesky little buggers! Enrico called me before he got here to make sure his timing worked out okay for us and did a thorough inspection of our problem. Before he even brought any spray into the house, he helped me move all of the items that my son uses far away from the area to be sprayed. Fortunately, it didn't look like we had a nest anywhere to be sprayed, but Enrico left us with some fruit fly baits just to be sure and to monitor. He asked if there were any other issues we were having and sprayed proactively for crickets (as we started noticing a bunch). He also walked around our house to make sure that we didn't have any places for rodents to enter since the weather is starting to get cold. Enrico was wonderful, thorough and exceptionally professional. He made sure we were happy with the service and truly did a fantastic job answering any questions I had. Once Again Fox Pest Control has not let us down. We have been with them for many many years so my review is from a long relationship with the company. Luis always makes sure we are happy and have no issues when he arrives and before he leaves. Luis also always makes sure the safety of my dog and grandchildren are addressed. They are always so customer friendly, They call the day before they come and are there when they say they will be. I have not had an ant in my home for years. Plus I just heard they can help take care of those dreaded stink bugs that have invaded Long Island. I dont have a stink bug problem yet but Im sure its coming. We have a dog, they make sure to remind us not to let her in the yard, Luis is the young man who usually services our home he is so polite and respectful, always comes to the door when he arrives to ask if there are any issues we needed them to address and when he leaves he always make sure we are happy. I had a huge wasp nest in a tree above my driveway which I never noticed until my mailman told me. I called Fox and they had someone out the next morning took the nest down no mess and done. We are on a reasonable service plan and all is included. If were to see anything of concern just give them a call and they will do their best to take care of it. Its my opinion you will be very happy with their service.

I used Terminex for years to maintain my property for termites, mosquitos, tics, etc. I had new renters move in and bring roaches. Terminex did practically nothing for 2 years. I called about 8 different exterminators for prices and to see who could get to me quickest. Fox came in very high in price. When the salesman followed up with me, I was honest about the price and they price matched. Within 2 days the technician came and was incredibly informative and thorough. Within a week the technician Mario came back to respray and monitor the problem. Within a month it will be taken care of.

Let me first begin with Kudos to this gentleman Danny !! What a real gem this gentleman is !!!!. I hope I can hire him personally to do my pest control Now comes my issue with Fox. I had been extremely happy with Fox services but over the last week I made 3 personal calls to the customer service as I had yellow jackets infesting the soffits of the back of our house and they have started to squeeze into the interior of my home. Day 1, I was told that someone will be there in 2 days. No response. I called them again and I was told it was a miscommunication and then someone will definitely be there on Saturday. Again No response on Saturday. I called the customer service on Saturday and the guy tells me he cannot touch base with the technician. He even told me that this is not the regular service and its a free service. Is he trying to imply that since it's not a regular service, the technician and the customer service can do what they like ??? And I told him that all pest companies have an agreement and almost all pest companies have unlimited call services in the event of any issues. He repeatedly apologized and also he said they could deduct 50$ at the next payment schedule.. Very unprofessional response in terms of him indicating that interval calls are free services and therefore I got to expect this type of delays and behavior. Needless to say, I had even taken days off from my work waiting for the technician to arrive. They do not even have the courtesy to call and tell me the tech will not be able to come but I had to make the calls. MATTER RESOLVED. CUSTOMER SERVICE HAD SEND DEREK JENSEN TO TAKE CARE OF THE YELLOW JACKETS AND HE DID A PHENOMENAL JOB....BRANDON FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE SPOKE TO ME TODAY AND HE SAID "NO MATTER WHAT, SOMEONE WILL BE THERE AT YOUR HOUSE" THANKS DEREK AND BRANDON !!!!!

We had been dealing with an ongoing silverfish problem since we bought our home 6 years ago. Particularly over the last 2 years, it had gotten even worse upstairs by my kids bedrooms and bathroom. My initial thought was they were coming from the attic. I couldn't get rid of them myself, so when Fox Pest control knocked on my door, I signed up. I had as many as 4 servicemen come inside the house, and follow the same usual procedure of spraying. They peeked and spayed from a distance in the attic as well. Within a week or so, they would come back. I was about to cancel the service, but figured I will give them one more chance inside the home. The next appointment "David" came to the home. I expected the same type of service and answers to my concerns as usual...but David was different. He immediately went to his truck and came back determined to put an end the the silverfish problem in my home. He not only thoroughly sprayed, but also threw down pellets and glue traps throughout the attic, particularly above the bathroom. He had them set up a follow up visit two weeks from then as well. The next day we were seeing silverfish stumbling around all over, like they had a little to much to drink. A few days later...nothing. When David came back to follow up, we found a small graveyard in the attic! David's professionalism and determination to go above and beyond had solved a very big problem for us. we are very grateful, thank you!
