This is the best exterminator services ever hands down!!!! Don’t bother calling any other place. Great overall experience and very reasonable prices. I had a severe roach infestation. Had another exterminator coming in once a month to sprey with no results. The owner of Bug Tech came in did a thorough extermination. Followed up on the results and came back for a follow up. The roaches are almost completely gone after two treatments. I was shocked to see a rat in my home late Sunday evening 12/26/21. I called Bug Techs at 6am Monday morning. A tech arrived promptly at 9 am and found a hole in the cement basement floor bored by the rats. The house was baited and Bug Tech returned three times to assure me that the rats were dispatched and the problem was solved. Bug Tech comforted me through the entire process. Bug Techs is the best! Before Thanksgiving of 2021, I was terrified because I had seen a few mice in my basement and my kitchen. I panicked and went online and found Bug Techs. I called them and immediately got an appt with Shaquil. He came promptly to my house and covered any holes and put poison on the most popular mice spots and gave me valuable advice to get rid of them. 3 months later I called back for a follow up and Shaquil returned and inspected my house. No more signs of mice. I am so happy that I found them online. If you have any pest problems of any kind give them a call. You won't regret it! My problem was solved on the first visit! I had a problem with cockroaches in my home which I first started noticing in late August 2019. After some extermination and my use of boric acid and “no-pest strips,” the problem appeared to be resolved, only to manifest itself with a vengeance in 2020. I had no idea where these disgusting creatures were coming from. I used three exterminating companies, including Orkin, but the issue was not eliminated until I hired Bug Tech. I note that I did discover that the infestation emanated primarily from two locations: underneath and behind the stove, and from a long undiscovered radiator leak in a recently renovated room on the second floor. I had a company move the stove and clean underneath it, and a heating company fix the leak (which had begin to drip from from the upstairs floor down through the dining room ceiling). Nonetheless, the infestation issue could never have been resolved without Big Tech’s thoroughness. No other exterminators spent time (over 1 hour!) examining the cabinets and cupboards and near the kitchen appliances as Bug Techs did. Other exterminators are more interested in making monthly or periodic visits to spray pesticides without doing a deep dive into the reason for the infestation. I have seen no crawling roaches in my house since December 2021, shortly after Bug Tech first visited. And since January 2022, there haven’t even been roaches caught on sticky traps. I highly recommend Bug Techs!

I currently live in Jamaica Queens where the area is known for rodents and disgusting insects. I keep a clean home and unfortunately I had a bad case of Roaches and Mice. When I say bad case I mean EXTREMELY BAD. Every where I looked there was a roach. Baby roach, adult roach and even roach eggs. My family and I tried to resolve the issue on our own but it just kept getting worse and worse. I finally reached out to Bug Techs because of their awesome reviews and now I honestly understand why so many people took the time out to write reviews because these guys are WORTH IT. I reached out to them, got a response right away, set up a date and time that was convenient FOR ME, which I really appreciated. The Bug Tech specialist came on time and started examining my two family home and saw exactly where the issue was. This specialist went through every nook and cranny, every cupboard, every crack and crease there was on each floor! My house is huge, and he did the entire basement, first floor and second floor. He also exterminated the exterior of my home, this Bug specialist was sweating and still kept going. Within the next 2 days I saw an instant difference. Dead roaches everywhere which I was obviously happy about, I would rather them dead than alive. 3-4 weeks later I see maybe 2-3 crawling here and there. It is now 2 months later and I can honestly say that my roach problem is 100% GONE. I have never been so satisfied with a service especially in Jamaica Queens. I would highly recommend Bug Techs and no they did not pay me or offer a discount to write this review. I genuinely am so happy I found them and they are worth it. FYI - My family was against hiring an exterminator and once I hired Bug Techs it changed their whole mind set.

This is a great company to use for all your pest problems. I called them and the next day they showed up to assist me. They were even willing to come that same day, but it was getting dark out and I wanted them to see where I was having the issue. Shaquille was prompt, courteous and very attentive to our needs. He came out several times to check on the traps that he put out and disposed what was caught. I highly recommend them. Bug tech services has to be by far the most professional and reliable as well as effective company for all tour worries. I specifically had a rodent problem with mice and the representative was so good at making sire the mice didn’t come back. I was even considering getting a cat but after Bug Tech came along they’ve really took care of the issue. It took a couple of times for them to come to my home and service me but when I tell you it worked .. trust me it work!! I called Bug Techs after we started seeing cockroaches in our house and another exterminator had done a terrible job. We were seeing them all over the house. Shakil came to the house and he was great. It was a reasonable flat fee for the initial visit plus any needed follow ups within 3 months. He confirmed the problem was German roaches, looked at the bathroom and laundry room, pointed out where the roaches were breeding and went through every inch of both floors with gel and spray, as well as putting glue traps. Shakil very patiently explained how he thought they had gotten into the house and also explained exactly what he was doing and lots of backstory on how German roaches behave abd breed. The next day I saw 4-5 roaches in the kitchen, all dying. After that we did not see any for over a week. We saw a few more after that, and Bug Techs sent over another technician after that to do a second treatment and a first treatment in our tenants apartment. After a few weeks, we had seen one dead roach in our apt, and the upstairs tenants had seen a few. I called Shakil again and he came out specifically for us on a Saturday. He did another thorough treatment for all three floors as well as taking a look into the boiler room for a source of a few American roaches we had seen and also did a thorough treatment in there as well. He was extremely thorough, patient and was happy to explain what he was doing and answer questions. Highly recommend all around!

Not only professional, but very friendly service. I live in a basement apartment, when I moved in roaches were literally everywhere, there was also a rodent problem. One visit, and I haven’t seen so much as a spider in 6 months. No roaches or pests whatsoever, and I have not seen one rodent. I wanted to write the review after seeing the results which were positively great. Best exterminator experience ever. I called Mr. Shekil last month and explained him the roaches problem at my house. Next day he came to examine the house thoroughly. He gave me very competitive price compare to the other quotes. He explained me in detail how the treatment will work. He spend almost two hours to make sure all the hidden spots and corners being treated well.He gave me do and don't "s tips to avoid the future problem. I've owned my home for about 11 years now and for almost that same amount of time I've had roach problems. During those 11 years I've hired exterminators including terminex which I thought would get rid of the roach infestation, but they didn't. I went on google and found bug techs and decided to give them a call because of their 5 star reviews. I set up an appointment and they came out to my house within a couple of days and serviced my house. Within the first week the roaches were almost completely gone, fast forward 5 months, my home is 100% roach free and it feels sooooooooo good. Bug techs pest control company is the real deal, the 5 star rating speaks for itself, the way the internet works nowadays is that if a business has a 5 star rating on google or yelp, it is top notch and that's what bug techs is. I HIGHLY recommend bug Techs!! I called them in an absolute terror while standing on my bed, after seeing a mouse in my house - on a Saturday night no less. Shakil answered my call and was at my house less than 30 minutes later. He found the source of the problem, plugged the holes and setup baits and feeding boxes. Needless to say he was the ONLY reason I slept in my house that night. Not only was he thorough but he was also very patient and explained everything to us. We saw a mouse in our kitchen and needless to say knew there had to be more than one and we were scared . We first called Orkin who told us it would take at least four days for a technician to come to our home. That was unacceptable. We then called BugTechs and they sent a technician the same day. He performed a thorough inspection put down the appropriate bait and traps and assured us that if we see any further signs to call them. Maybe two days later another mouse decided to visit. I immediately called BugTechs and the owner promptly came out, inspected and applied additional bait and traps. That was nearly three weeks ago. They worked with our schedule and were in and out within 1/2 an hour. The first experience, we noticed the ants were gone by the next day. I had the best experience with him. I spoke to him Friday set an appointment for Saturday morning, he came in placed the bait and traps for the mice. That very same day 2 were caught in the traps. I got the dreaded mice infestation in my house recently. After catching about 20 mice I was getting frustrated and close to becoming unhinged. My local bodega owner, at Alba's, recommended this store to purchase an appropriate solution. The owner, Shakil, suggested a reasonably priced solution. He came to my casa and did what he had to do to solve my problem. The problem went away and as I was getting relaxed (about two months later) I noticed, to my utter dismay, two mice in two days. I called him about this. He showed up at my door and remembered exactly where all the traps he had laid and proved to me that it was working and that it was not a mass infestation but that the two I saw were probably gone. What is impressive about him is the knowledge he has and the ability to convey clearly his method in resolving the problem. There was no charge for his return visit. I recommend Bugs Tech Pest Control.
