Our tech Mike is very nice and knowledgeable. He assured us that our pest issue will be dealt with accordingly. We felt confident with that. Thank you!!! It's just that the call center had given us a wrong info with regards to what is included. I called the call center I believe 3x, all of them gave me the info that Exterior was included, and that a 2 massive trap will be place outside, but that was not the case. Mike said that's a different package. I know the company wants to lure more customers, however, as a paying customers we deserve the right info!!! We got the years package, and I asked them several times, if inside and outside is included. And the call center re assured me it is. Pls re inform your agents. This is part of good customer service.

Cannot recommend this company enough. We had a big pest problem and they offered the best solution. Great prices - friendly service - SAME DAY appointment. Even if you have a pest control provider, I would consider giving these guys a call to see how they compare. Thanks Bluesway!

This was a great experience. I had scheduled my service for something that would be very expensive but the person who came in today checked my Gazebo and told me in fact there is more like fly bees and that would be much cheaper for me. So professional. I could not believe that there are still people who are fair, caring and professional while doing business. He completed the job and then did mosquito and tick treatment for my whole home perimeter. What an outstanding service. I would highly recommend this company and their service!! They just got themselves a new customer

Joe was great! He was friendly and knowledgeable. He was persistent in finding the bees and the source. He wouldn’t give up! He climbed up into attic spaces, checked the roof and searched outside and inside until he was finally able to find the evasive bees. We’re very pleased with the service and professionalism.

The representative was very professional and promptly arrived at the time scheduled. He clearly explained options and also gave some insight into the behavior of the rodents, which was helpful in preventing future issues. It’s been a couple weeks since the initial visit and I am happy to say we haven’t seen any more mice. I will provide an update in the coming months to speak to the effectiveness of service long term.

The company's explanation of services was clear and precise over the phone. The technician, Mike, was on time and did a thorough inspection for mice and termites. He clarified the terms of the contract in understandable terms for my 91 year old mother in law to understand. He then treated for the rodent and termite issues quickly and efficiently. We could have chosen a national chain, but decided to go with a local company. We have not been disappointed!

Happy with the service we have received and continue to receive. Hello Pest Control took care of our biggest issue we had since moving into our house last September.
