A-List exterminators performed an in-depth inspection of every floor of my building (4 floors and a crawl space). They sealed any gaps and possible entry points for pests, and treated areas that could be of concern. From the first call, they were courteous and took the time to explain what they do and how they do it. Then, at the actual appointment, they were thorough and took their time to do the work right. One of my tenants had already had a different company come in to do an inspection and the other company was not as thorough, they didn’t seal nor point out several of the areas that A-List found. I strongly recommend A-List if you want the job done right and great customer service.

such a great experience with A-List. we've been struggling to get rid of german cockroaches in our kitchen and bathroom, and their treatment seems very effective so far. the owner was very kind and helpful on the phone, the employee who came to service us was incredibly considerate (even down to wearing a mask and taking off his shoes at the door- without us having to ask) and they were able to answer all of our questions very supportively, and provide a reasonable price for services, as well as flexible payment options. if we need pest support again in future i will definitely be contacting A-List.

A few days ago I found a mouse in my apartment! I’ve never used an exterminator before. Given the circumstances, this was the best experience I could’ve asked for. As a landlord there always seems to be some rodent, roach, or bedbug issues with tenants. I have worked with Walid for over five years, and found that his work is excellent and his price is great. He is a stickler for time, so if he says he'll be there Sunday at 11 am you will see him then. The guys work 7 days a week which is good for flexibility when dealing with so many different tenant schedules. This is the best exterminating company that I know, and you will never be disappointed when you hire this company.

Walid was very flexible and thorough, both in the original consultation over the phone, as well as during our in-home inspection and treatment. We had just moved into an apartment that had been fully renovated less than 2 years ago, and before we began unpacking we realized that there were insects in the kitchen. As we researched services, Walid was the most transparent vendor we spoke to in terms of pricing + process. He arrived on-time and treated not only the kitchen + bathroom cabinets, but also behind all the large appliances (dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, washer/dryer). Throughout the visit, he provided helpful tips on food/cleaning supply storage, preventive caulking, and demonstrated the correct application of steel wool to fill larger gaps in the backsplash. Altogether, Walid provided a superior service to that of our building manager's contracted crew, who simply came/sprayed/departed. A-List Exterminator did such a great job, we hope to never have to call them again - but YOU should definitely give Walid a call, especially if you're just moving into an older building, as we did. Highly recommend!

A-list exterminator is very professional. They are always on time and very respectable. We noticed an increased bug problem after moving into our apartment in 2014 even though it was newly renovated. We had neighbors both below and above. However, we were intriduced by our landlord to Mr. Walid from the company shortly after. Within a few months after consistent extermination visits we noticed a decrease in infestation. Now we can proudly say that we have not seen any more roaches thank God.
