Giving 3 stars for the excellent customer service. Everyone I have encountered has been so kind and accommodating. They are truly gems. That said, it's been 6 months and I'm still hearing scurrying in my attic every night. I've been told that these things take time which I understand but at this point I would love if further recommendations would've been provided or perhaps a change in methodology such as laying traps vs poison. I also would've appreciated them educating me on how beneficial hiring a professional for an exclusion could be instead of constantly being told I need to locate and close entry points myself, especially when I later discovered that this is a service they offer. Looking at the company as a whole, this makes me feel like they are more concerned with having the monthly contract vs actually eliminating my problem. Due to these reasons I cannot currently recommend them for rodent extermination and look forward to switching companies when my contract is up. Update: After posting the above review I was contacted by the company which was a pleasant surprise. Again, the customer service is excellent. The person I spoke with was not only empathetic but took action on my behalf. Someone came out shortly after who was able to offer me a really simple (& FREE) solution to my problem which appears to be working!! Its unfortunate that it took all of this to finally resolve the issue but i'm just so grateful to no longer hear rats running around in my ceiling and walls all night. Fingers crossed that it lasts!

Treatment was pre-scheduled with a three-hour window. Tech called with a 15–30-minute arrival notice. He has been here often and knows the house. Service was professional and courteous. "Happy Thanksgiving, Merry Christmas, 'See you in January' "

This morning we witnessed the Godly kindness of LaJaunie’s Pest Control! Their service rep Chris Clines came out to put the bait stations into the new concrete parking lot. While he was doing that our Electrical Contractors at Powerhouse Electric noticed that they could use his help in drilling for our ground wire service for Entergy. Without hesitation he said, I can drill that !! It will be my good deed for the day! How kind and generous. He literally doubled his work without thinking twice. I have been with LaJuanie’s for about 2 years and I don’t know why I haven’t written a review before because they are THE BEST! From the office staff who will respond to my late night emails requesting someone come save me from a bug, to the guys who come out to do the saving(they should wear capes)… like Logan, our most recent exterminator, professional, personalized service. I always feel better when the house is treated, the difference is obvious. I can’t remember the last time I’ve seen a roach in the house, that’s pretty remarkable in this area. Oh and the best part, the price. There isn’t a single reason not to use LaJuanie’s.

I had a major Bee problem that put me in the hospital and killed my 7 year old Service/ Therapy dog. My dog went outside in the yard for a very short time as usual . My daughter was sleeping in the house. I went inside and came back to retrieve my dog within 5 to 7 mins. My dog was covered head to tail with bees, I approached my dog and was attacked by more than 200 bees. I was hospitalized and made it. La Juanies Pest Control, came out and eradicate a neighborhood threat. This was in the Gentily neighborhood of New Orleans. These guys a truly knowledgeable and dependable.

This company on short notice removed a dead possum from under our house after probably being there for days. Really bad smell and situation for our family. Fantastic service and highly responsive and knowledgeable. Walked us through all the steps, treated the removal area, told us what the animal was, etc. Highly recommend this company if you ever need help with pest control or animal removal.

Ms. Natasha helped answer all of my many questions and got me scheduled right away when I called the main number. Mr. Anthony is a rockstar pest control tech! I had been dealing with a few different pest concerns that seemed to worsen after Hurricane Ida (carpenter ants and spiders in the shed, wasps nesting in the attic and behind loose vinyl siding). Not only did Mr. Anthony treat the exterior of my home and shed, but he also climbed into my attic and treated key areas throughout the inside of my home and shed. He even went above and beyond by screening in my exposed attic vents, using materials I already had, which saved me from a solo DIY project. I felt very comfortable purchasing the Healthy Home service and am looking forward to having quarterly scheduled treatments at an affordable price. Thanks so much LaJuanie’s!

Happy that they have someone on weekends now ... Affordable I still see roaches but not the over load like before...but I don't see dead ones... I called on Monday, June 26, 2019, to report that I had an infestation of some kind of flies around my residence. There were literally over 1000 of them that swarmed my residence. When I called I spoke with Matt and I explained to him my problem. Matt was able to get Ryan out to my residence on the same day. When Ryan showed up he was very polite and he advised that the flies were Midge Flies. Ryan was able to take care of the issue that day. I just wanted to say I recommend this company and keep up the great work!
