I called the evening before, after hours and received a call back within minutes. We had a talk and I was able to get squeezed in the very next day, even though they had allot in their plate for the day. I was super worried (never experienced fleas before)! The exterminator came and was super knowledgeable and professional. He took time explaining what was going on and how to keep watch of future issues. Trustworthy Professionals! Thank You!

Chads pest control products are thus far the best with controlling these nasty indoor brown bugs. He’s very respectful, on time and respectful of property. Mainly, this pest control is very reasonable. J & C provided fast and professional service to me though my needs arose during a holiday weekend. They responded to my frantic request and reassured me that they would be able to attend to the issue as soon as the holiday weekend ended. This was very very appreciated since I had a guest staying at our cottage, and I was able to reassure them that things would be attended to. Also, I was able to relax and enjoy my own holiday weekend. Then the technician squeezed me into his already full schedule and followed through on schedule. I recommend J & C for their amazing customer service and technical response.

Chad is fantastic. Very reliable and knowledgeable. Chad recently helped me with a rodent issue and he diagnosed the issue, had a plan and it worked. Within a quick amount of time he had fixed the issue. He also was in constant contact and helpful during the process. The best guy for pest control

I’ve been a loyal customer for years with this company and the one prior. With many rentals throughout the uptown area there is always something to deal with. Chad is quick to respond to my pest control needs and should the need arise, they come back to ensure that all the work is done. They are very easy and pleasant to deal with on site and with billing at the office.

These guys really know their stuff! I had something big living in the crawl space under my house (built in 1898). Kept people awake at night it made so much noise. We thought it was a possum bc we live near the zoo and possums have been a problem in the past. J&C asked a lot of questions and said it sounded more like cat noises than a possum. They set a live trap and sure enough- next morning there was a giant feral cat in the trap. Great attitude and friendly service. Highly recommend if you need pest control professionals.

We had backyard pests that were difficult to identify. We were able to set up an appointment the next day. Our tech quickly identified and remedied the issue. I contacted them after hours about removing a birds nest that was a source of pests and I was told that it would be done the next day!

I would give 10 stars if I could! One of the properties I work with had a flea problem. I was responded to right away, put on the schedule within days, and all of my questions were answered promptly throughout the two weeks following the treatment. This type of service is rare to come by and I am so glad I found this company!

I found termites last year and Chad and Lee were out here lickity split to take care of things and reassure me that it would be fine. Great customer service and great family owned company, that cares about its customers. That goes a long way these days.
