Nicole OrgeronI highly recommend Dugas Pest Control and especially want to recognize Aaron for performing the most detailed pest inspection I ever had!!! He listened to my concerns, recommended appropriate actions to take and quickly got to work! I’ve been having spiders in my house and he knocked down every spider web around my house and even wasp nests! We also have been seeing mice and he quickly set up traps and discussed preventative measures to take! It was so refreshing to have someone take so much pride in their job and take the time to really understand the needs of their customers.
Jennifer ShoubI had two occasions to use Dugas. Mr. Chris Perkins responded both times, first for an animal under the house (pier and beam) and second for a rodent in a wall.
I was completely freaked out both times, but Mr. Perkins responded calmly, with good humor, confidently and professionally. He put me at ease and was able to address the issue both times.
Should I ever have need again for this type of service, I will definitely use Dugas, and will call on Mr. Perkins to come to my rescue!

I really loved that you receive a photograph of each man that is coming out to your property and I felt very safe with them around my home and my dogs.

We purchased an older house that had been sitting empty for 6 months and found that palmetto bugs/southern cockroaches had gotten comfortable here during that time. Dugas reduced the problem by probably 95%. Now, if we see a bug (rare event) it is dying or dead. They’re consistent, friendly, and fairly priced. Definitely give them a try.

ElizabethChris at Dugas helped me set up a preventative maintenance powder-post beetle treatment for our house. We had recently purchased our house and there was older evidence of powder-post beetle damage. He inspected under the house and recommended a treatment every 5-7 years. A technician from Dugas came several days later and spent 45 min under the house doing a detailed and thorough treatment with a long spray hose attached to the tank on the Dugas truck.
Prior to contacting Dugas about that issue, I had a different company come out and they spent 5 minutes under the house with a small three gallon backpack sprayer on claiming they treated the whole underside of the house. I was so frustrated with that other company that I contacted Chris Perkins at Dugas and he was easy to work with and very reliable. I wish I had used Dugas from the beginning! They will not disappoint. Extremely professional, and both Chris and the technician who did the treatment are clearly passionate about what they do. You can trust them and they did a fabulous job. Highly recommend!
