He explained everything that was going to get done and not to mentioned he helped by removing a dead rat in our attic. The price is affordable and scheduled me asap! Have had a contract with Arrow for termite since March. The bugs are getting really bad both inside and outside since summer, spiders in the house is a big NO for me. Called Arrow and they were able to come out the very next day to spray. Chris was super friendly, fast and professional. Hoping they don’t need to come out again anytime soon but so glad they offer treatments in between the scheduled Quarterly visits and the prices are really competitive. Thanks Arrow!

Used these folks for a home inspection. Inspector (unfortunately, can't remember the gentleman's name) was informative, professional, and friendly. If I can find his name, I'd gladly recommend him. The inspection for a 1600 sqft, single family, raised home in Harvey was $75, iirc. Inspector told us the report would be ready in two (2) business days. That fell on a Monday. Called that Wednesday to be courteous and give some time in case they were busy. On site, the inspector took down my realtor's email to send him the report, as well as our receipt and certificate for our VA loan. I also provided our personal email when the initial appointment was made. When we called that Wednesday, provided it again. Was told we would receive it later that day. It took us over a week, between me, my realtor and my fiance', calling every other day asking for the documents we needed. It was something we had to have for our VA loan. The ladies on the phone were kind and most definitely not rude, but it seemed as though they were either unorganized or incredibly busy. Fortunately, they got it to us at last second. We almost had to file to have the closing date pushed back because of this.
