I requested Thrive to service my lawn for moles. I’ve never had them before. Cansin was the technician sent and he was amazing! He was very professional, knowledgeable, and took time to answer my questions which were plenty. Prior to him coming, I was completely stressed about the moles destroying my yard after investing so much money to get the yard looking nice. However, when Casin left, he had put my mind at ease. I look forward to continuing to work with him and strongly recommend him to others.

Although, I called twice to have my house sprayed due to seeing an increase number of spiders in between routine services, there was no follow up. But today when Jared arrived for my routine service he was amazing, he is always so professional and knowledgeable about treatment.

I have really appreciated the staff at Thrive. Cason came out and helped me create a plan to tackle a brown recluse issue. He really knows what he is talking about, and so does the whole staff. Even when the sales team didn’t have an answer about something, they got me on the phone with someone who did. Cason is great at explaining everything, quick to answer questions, address any concerns, and gave me some peace of mind even when dealing with brown recluse spiders! After one treatment and all his recommendations on how to address some structural issues and landscaping issues we’re heeded, I had very little activity within a few weeks. I highly recommend this company and Cason, as he has been personable, knowledgeable, friendly, and just great to work with.

Great service- sent a message last night and got a call forst thing this morning, and a technician out this afternoon. Jacob was great too, very thorough - explained things as he went. Update: We felt after the first spray we really didn't see a reduction in pests - we called the company and they sent out another rep free of charge. This time we got Trent and he was excellent. We showed him our problem areas and he was extra attentive there, really getting into the nooks and crannies and around our electronics. I highly recommend this company for its customer service

Very good experience with this company. They can handle a wide variety of pests; I've got moles, voles and tons of holes all over the yard. Spiders, wood bees, wasps and ants.I ordered the works and am happy with the service and the price tag. I highly recommend them.

Our problem is chiggers and mosquitoes. Careful treatment of all flowerbeds and grass and overhanging bushes and everything. They are especially careful about wildlife and pets.

I like that they show up and do what they should. I kind of hate paying a chunk every few months because it's hard to find the $, but it's a good company and a good value, and they were kind enough to juggle a day once to wait for our check to hit. I like that they will show up and spray between their regular rounds for ants because we get them all the time with new construction and the Tennessee seasons. They're local, kind, thorough, and professional. You truly can't ask for more.
