This company is above and beyond. They gave me peace of mind and saved me hundreds of dollars if not more in extermination fees. I called for several phone consultations and Jeff talked me through things to test out at home to verify infestation prior to an on-site visit. I thought we had bed bugs but it turns out we did not! They do not take advantage of their customers - they will tell it to you straight. Great friendliness, professionalism, and responsiveness. Most importantly, I respect this business for their HONESTY in customer service. I would 100% recommend using them!!! Thank you SO much

Jeff was our technician and he was a life saver. From the initial phone call to the service he was knowledgeable, displayed professionalism and was truly one of the best contractors I've ever worked with. Jeff took the stress out of a stressful situation and I highly recommend this company. my home is currently under the heat treatment so results are still pending but, if the results are anything like the customer service I've gotten then I'm sure they will be nothing less than perfect. Nashville Bed Bugs is hands down one of the best, if not the best, companies I have ever worked with! They came out to our house the same day I contacted them, which happened to be on a weekend. They even scheduled our treatment to start on a Sunday night. Jeff was incredible and took the time to answer ALL my questions. He even took a late night phone call when I was having extreme anxiety about items left in the bedroom during the heat treatment. I literally can’t say enough good things about our experience with Nashville Bed Bug Company. I made a phone call to their pest control service in the middle of the night. Jeff was beyond helpful. They care about their customers and future customers for both sides of their company! Who else can you call in the middle of the night on a Friday and get a response. Luckily, I ended up not needing their services. But for anyone who does, I recommend this team of experts. They are wanted nationwide and we have them right here in middle Tennessee! They care! In today’s time, that’s rare. They knew I didn’t need their service and they didn’t try to sale me services I didn’t need like most companies! They are honest. If you need their service they tell you. And if you don’t need their service they tell you! They want all their customers, (current and future), to be taken care of in every aspect. Jeff is great! But I’m sure the rest of their team is just like him!

Being from the Philippines it’s hard enough to find who you can trust to do businesses with here in the states that will not take advantage of my poor knowledge and English which I think happened to me! I had being taken advantage of and using money With first company that tells me I have re-infestation because I call them and still have bedbugs! Then I call Nashville bedbugs and talk to Jeff who is patient with me and understanding to my needs! Now bugs are gone and I’m so thankful for him to solve my problem! DO NOT USE ANYONE BUT NBB We used two companies which cost us a total of over $4k in 2018. The first was another heat company in Nashville and the other was one of the BIG TWO {"O" and "T"). The first was the heat company which gave us a 90 day warranty needless to say they Did Not solve the problem after the 90 day warranty we still had bedbugs and we were charged again for treatment. The second was one of the Big Two Pest Control Companies. They came out did a chemical treatment this time which also came with a 90 Day Warranty. After a Month and a half we still had bedbugs and was told by them as well that it was a Re-Infestation but in fact was just the same bedbugs they failed to eliminate. So I called NBB again (called a year ago but hired the other heat company because NBB was a little more expensive) Again NBB was adamant about us doing our own research on Bedbugs BEFORE HIRING them or Any Company! Best advice I can give you is to BEWARE of ALL OTHER COMPANIES WHO GIVE YOU A 90 WARRANTY! They do it KNOWING THEY ARE NOT GOING TO SOLVE YOUR PROBLEM from the beginning. Once I did my Research and found out that bedbugs have 7 stages to their life cycle and can Live up to 400 Days Without Eating it was clear this is not a bug to take lightly nor could it be completely Eliminated in 90 days with just chemical. Long Story Short (I know too late lol) NBB came out at night, treated out home, and we have not see a bedbug since. Now almost 3 months later we are Still BEDBUG FREE! Take it from me, someone who thought the same thing you are right now and don't hesitate to use NBB any longer
