Cameron recently came out of his way (from his scheduled route) to retreat my yard. He did a fantastic job and was very thorough. I'm so appreciative that they really care about their customers.

I am writing this company 5 stars for customer service, & will have to post again once I see whether the treatment truly works for 3 weeks. My customer service experience is that the spray team came when I was home (today). It was very fast (under 10 minutes) and I thought they only did our front yard. It was that fast! We called them right away, and our rep, Jenny, was super nice. She said they'd come back to re-do it if that was true, and meanwhile would call the manager AND check the service person's body cam! That's right! They ended up showing us the footage and of course I was totally wrong-- they did our whole yard. Handled the entire thing with great professionalism. Nice!

We love Mosquito Squad! You guys have been wonderful-- in every single way. You made our unusable backyard and wonderful place to be! We thought the only way we were ever going to be able to spend any time at all out there was with a screened in porch. Now we're out there from sun up until sun down, in the pool and out of the pool, and there are NO MOSQUITOES! As if that weren't enough, we also get the flea and tick spray-- and have no problem with those pests either. We've got two boys with special needs and pets and a crazy life and you guys are always understanding, accommodating, and kind-- punctual and professional too. We recommend you to all of your neighbors, family and friends. Thank you for all that you do! (And thank you for setting it up so that we can make monthly payments all year long.... It's a wonderful service!)

I live on the lake and have a lot of mosquitoes and other biters, I used other company's and they were unable to leave my yard mosquito free. Mosquito squad has done what they said they would do (get rid of mosquitoes). Thank God for them I have now been able to enjoy the outdoors, the sad thing is I wasted two years using other company.

I am reviewing the Mosquito Squad based on 2 months of service. We have mostly a shaded backyard which normally is infested with mosquitoes and every other biting insect known to Middle Tennessee. I am thrilled to say, I don't have one bug bite. We have a new puppy and we are outside more than ever with him. But no bites. The Mosquito Squad has made it fun to be outdoors once again. The Mosquito Squad sends you an e-mail to let you know when they will be spraying. They ask you to keep pets away from the area for an hour. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants to enjoy their outdoor living space minus the bug bites.

Before hiring mosquito squad, we couldnt be in our one acre yard due to chiggers and mosquitoes. We also have a cat, and have deer wander through our yard, so we were worried about fleas and ticks. I just realized I havent even had to think about those issues in two years. Last May we hosted a middle school graduation party in the late afternoon and evening. No reports of bites or a need for bug spray. This is some of the best money I spend every year, for myself and my family and friends. I always get a notice when the tech has been here, they are quick and efficient, and if I ever feel like I need a supplemental spray for a special event or due to heavy rainfall, they always make it work.
