I called to ask if they could come back out a couple weeks after the initial spray because we were still seeing a few spiders and mosquitoes, and Matt Miller literally showed up at my door less than 15 minutes later. He was very polite and friendly, and as luck would have it we were wanting to get the house sprayed and treated anyway. They quickly got me set up for service, and within 30 minutes their technician was at my house treating the house in the yard. While the technician was working on the home, The other owner guard employee actually helped me unload some boxes. These guys did a great job, and I appreciate their friendliness and speed of service.

Great company and service! Started using HonorGuard in 2016 as I began to renovate my condo. During renovation demo, my contractor found hundreds of brown recluse spiders and their nests. HonorGuard technicians were at my condo within 48 hours to treat the problem and I have not seen any spiders since!. I have continued to have them service my condo for monthly pest control with no problems. My service technician calls each month before he arrives to let me know he is coming to treat my home and asks me to call him if there are any problems. My experience with Honorguard Pest has been terrific! This is the first pest control company I have used in Nashville that actually did what I asked them to do; get rid of the spiders and don't harm our pets. When we first discussed our spider problem they told me what normally worked and that, if it didn't, all I needed to do was call and they would adjust the treatment to make sure the spiders were taken care of. So far, I have not needed to call. The technician always calls ahead so I can have the dogs inside when they arrive and the gate unlocked. He has always communicated with me when I have had any questions and even checked out a snake in the backyard this spring to assure my wife it was not poisonous. I can highly recommend them!
