We use this service for routine spray, and it has dramatically cut down the number of stray spiders and bugs finding their way into the house. Ryan came out to do our routine treatment today and was very responsive to our specific needs. Joe has been a life saver with spider treatments — general and brown recluse. The automated systems make it easy to have rolling appointments and payments. We have had challenges from time to time with service appointment logistics, but the customer service folks are very helpful in getting things back on track.

I have been using Ecoshield for about two years now. When issues around our house started to arise Ecoshield was able to send one of their inspectors, Joseph Wright to come help us define what was wrong with our house. Unfortunately due to the nature of our house, bought from a flipper, there were many things that Joseph found that were lacking. But he ensured us that it was fixable and that Ecoshield had amazing people to come help us with it. So we set up a time for two amazing technicians to come and help us. Rory Causley and Trey Bruce the two amazing technicians who were able to come and help us with our problems. Not only did they work amazingly they were able to help us understand the issues and know what to look out for in the future. All three of these people were knowledge, helpful, and one of the big reasons I will continue to do business with Ecoshield. All in all these wonderful human beings were super helpful and made what could very easily been a scary, stress filed situation into a a wonderful time where I knew I was being taken care of and treated right. If I needed help again I would go to these three gentlemen again in a heart beat. I want to say everyone who helped was amazing but I want to give some shout outs. Shout out to Joseph who was so thorough in his inspection, that it was easy to trust his knowledge and caring for serving us to the best of his ability, and for explaining the pros and cons of each issue and action plan to fix it. Also, ecoShield requires you to sign a contract and you owe them money if you end up canceling. They claim to trap animals but they don't actually do it you would have to hire another company to trap animals.

He then went on to say that we have to treat the exterior so that they don't go INTO the house...which makes sense...but why not continue to do both? I mentioned what we had issues with -- waterbugs & cockroaches...and started to get specific on bugs that Ecoshield does not cover on the quarterly visits. :O He also used the word "toxic" which is probably not the best word as you are an eco-friendly company. The way I understood his meaning was that if we were requesting the inside to be sprayed every quarter...we were over toxifying the house?! :\ Of course, with 4 dogs -- I don't want to harm them as well as myself. Information/communication/relationship with your customers needs work.

I used to use All American when I first moved into my home and was seeing a very high number of brown recluse. Coming from a high rise apartment this really freaked me out especially because I have a 10 lb dog. We did some renovations which I understand could have stirred them up. I had over 40 brown recluse on glue boards and would see live ones in my closet and even found one crawling on my stove. Since Ecoshield took over I see one or two per glue board every few months if anything and if there are any off glue boards they are dried up and dead. Jason is really great and informative. He explained everything to me when he came out and was very thorough. Everyone I've worked with from Ecoshield has been really great also.

I have had nothing but a wonderful experience from over the phone with the office to the technician(s). Everyone's goal in this company is to put the customer needs/wants first to make sure they are happy with their service. My skin is very very sensitive to all different kinds of products but what EcoShield uses, I have yet to have a problem!!!! Which is a game changer. Reacts well with my health but keeps the bugs away! Overall, can't say anything negative about EcoShield.
