Jose was pleasant, even in our rainstorm, efficient, and explained the products. This company is respectful of the fact that we want only extermination of ants to prevent entry into our home but not total. Let them do what they need to do out in the yard. The last treatment was July 15 and no problem until this week. However, be sure not to invite them with the leftovers they like!

We especially like that they offer optional "natural" products, which we always prefer for anti-insect maintenance since our pets and grandkids are not adversely affected by the natural sprays; things like concentrated rosemary, spearmint, cedar, etc. We appreciate their automated communication to select service days and their responsiveness if there's ever a problem.

Never had to hire a pest company before and I am new to the Natomas area and noticed some bugs/spiders in my back yard that I was not thrilled to see. Contacted EcoGuard Pest Management and they were wonderful. From booking with Jeffrey (I believe was his name) to Ryan, who came out and sprayed and cleaned up webs and let me know exactly what he was doing and what to expect. Definitely would suggest this company as they are super friendly and willing to work with you on pricing and what fits into your budget not to mention everyone was uber friendly and made this as painless as possible.

EcoGuard works!! We had a lot of spiders in our home, and we used to see them hanging out on our walls and ceiling almost daily. We dragged our feet on hiring an exterminator, because we were afraid of how the chemicals would affect our dogs and baby. When we learned about EcoGuard’s safer spray, we decided to give them a try. Our expectations on the spray’s efficacy were low, so we were shocked at how well it worked after just one treatment. We only saw 2 spiders after a month, which was a HUGE improvement, and neither of our sensitive dogs had a reaction to the spray. Additionally, the tech that comes to our house, Devin, is very friendly, professional, and courteous. I highly recommend this exterminator.

The tech who came out today was great! I want him to get the positive credit he deserves so I put five starts for him specifically. He was awesome!! Otherwise I would have put less because my fiance took Monday off with no pay to help me with our new baby and dogs expecting our original appointment to be honored. That tech was a no call no show with no ability to reschedule same day so we lost out on much needed pay and had to do it all on my own today because Randy couldn't take another day off.

These guys are our regular pest company and we pay for them to come out quarterly. But we're having some house painting done and yesterday our painters discovered two wasp nests we didn't know about. I called EcoPest that afternoon and they had someone out this morning. And at no additional charge! Everything I think well until after you left and a hour later let our dog and come to find the gate was left open. This is not good because our dog does not follow commands so my wife had to find her and catch the dog. Please remember to close all gates before you leave and check again.

Ryan was able to find out why a weird ant infestation had appeared in my garage. I had never seen ants congregate like this. The ants were milling about randomly in a tight space at the corner of the garage. My experience with ants is that they either form a long trail leading to food or they are spaced out fairly randomly in the vicinity of food. Anyway, Ryan looked outside the garage and found there was an ant nest just inches away from the spot I was looking at inside the garage. I told him I would like to get rid of the ants using the least toxic (to humans) method possible. He recommended pouring diatomaceous earth, which is non-toxic to humans, over the nest. He also mentioned another option using a product called Essentria IC3, which I believe is a low-toxicity mixture of essential oils from plants and flowers. I really appreciate Ryan's help and will be looking forward to his next visit!

Five Stars for Caesar***** Caesar was the technician who came out to button things up so to speak. He got on the roof and secured all the areas that may be giving little critters access to my attic. He also climbed up into the attic to inspect all areas and set 5 more traps (just in case).
