After we hosted a sleepover our daughter noticed a bug in her room. We identified it as a bed bug and research began on how to eliminate the threat. The only conclusion was to use extreme heat. Not all exterminators have the equipment needed to perform this procedure, chemical treatment is a waste of money, time, mental distress. I checked around and contacted Kip at Bed bugs Inc and they provided me with knowledge they had about bed bugs and how to get rid of them, I scheduled my appointment and Charlie and his crew showed up as scheduled at got right to work. I appreciated their professionalism and could tell they had done this many times before. I felt very comfortable with leaving them my house for a couple of days, and when they were done they called me to inspect everything and I was extremely pleased with their work. I highly recommend them and would advise anyone who has to use their services to spend the extra money for the insurance. These things are a nuisance and can happen to anyone.

We never thought this would happen to us. Bed bugs!!! We called Bed Bugs Inc and they came out to exterminate the nasty things. Wes was super nice and informative. He called and texted with information and was very responsive to any questions I had. He kept me updated throughout the evening and in the morning. He let me know upfront of any issue that could happen because of high heat and his experience in those instances. Thanks for your help in making our house bug free again.
