Mr Lima was cheerful, educated articulate and with the training to explain everything and fully address every curiosity question we had. If all service providers could be so strong in every area of a service. I've been a lawyer for some number of years and would not expect to have any question about anything he told me. Is a simple process, not dangerous to humans, and I fully expect them to fulfill their obligations in the upcoming year as I settled into a long-term termite protection contract. All American exterminator , Peter came to my home for a moth and gnat problem. He was very courteous and professional explaining everything he did to address the problem both inside and outside the home. He took care of covering his shoes when entering the home each time. All American, and one specific gentleman in particular, John O, went above and beyond for us. The customer service was unrivaled working with Karla and then John on the home call was incredible. Went above and beyond. Not only addressing our rodent issue but identifying a dead animal that needed to be removed. On his own accord he got Oder removers and spent hours identifying where and what was causing this. Then he removed It for us. He could have made us call another service but he could see my distress and took care of It himself. If that wasn’t enough then he cleaned The affected area too. I am beyond impressed and will not only continue to use as we are on their monthly plan but tell everyone we know. This level of service is far and in-between these days and It warmed my heart to see a company care so much about their customers. Well done All-American, we will be customers for life!

Robert with All American Pest Control was at my house yesterday to help me win my battle with mice that has been going on for months. He educated me about the way mice live and move about. He told me it might be a week or so before I would see results…I don’t know if he scared the mice or worked some kind of special magic on them but I have not seen or heard another mouse since yesterday afternoon! Super professional, came right when they said they would be here, quick, easy, thorough, and they even waived the initial fee for me which was my barrier to entry. Jim knew his stuff, I described a specific bug to him and he knew right what it was and how to find the nest to truly take care of the source of the problem. I feel relieved knowing I can enjoy my backyard now with the kids and the dogs! Also loved that when they took care of the yard, it was only about 20-30 minutes until I could let my dogs out again, usually it’s several hours or even a full day. Super happy!

We have been absolutely thrilled with All-American Pest Control after having some not so stellar experiences with two other local companies. All-American is always friendly and helpful when I call the office as well as accommodating with my schedule. The two techs that have come out have been fantastic! Both gentlemen were professional, friendly, and very well informed. With a baby, I was happy to hear about a "green" option for our ant problem. The last tech to come out was an absolutely lovely young man named Larson. He was tremendously courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. As a stay at home mom, it can sometimes be awkward having service people come out when it's just me and my daughter but I was completely comfortable with Larson and the other tech who came out. Their staff is great! This is a fantastic company and I highly recommend them! They are effective and budget friendly!

I've had a great experience with All-American Pest Control. As a new home owner, this was something new for me but also something I wanted to get right. That said, I feel like I scored in finding All-American, because the first pest control agency I went with didn't work out so well. As far as what's been great with AAPC, their customer service side was solid from the beginning. They were very helpful when I didn't know what package I was looking for, and I also felt like they explained everything clearly so I could make educated decisions. Where they shine though for me is in their techs (the guys that come and actually do the pest control work). I don't know if I just lucked out or if they're all like this, but the guy that does our servicing is just really good at what he does. He's professional, courteous, super knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain what he's doing as well as answer any questions. Each time he comes around it's just a consistently great interaction. As a whole, they really make me feel like someone knows the state of my pest situation and is staying on top of it for me. For new a homeowner like myself, that's a big win.

All American did my initial inspection and I contacted them thereafter for the first treatment. My reason for needing pest control was for spiders and evidence of mice in my attic. The rep was very professional and thorough in treatment process and what to expect as a follow up. I agreed to their pest control with misting this covered spraying inside around baseboards, putting mice traps in my attic and misting the outside perimeter of my home to include my patio. An extensive treatment. I was very pleased with the professionalism and service I received.

Out of every company I’ve ever dealt with in any industry, All American Pest Control has hands down been the best. The customer service is always extremely helpful. The techs have been fantastic. Being new to Nashville and not being a fan of bugs but also being pretty horrified of spiders, they’ve always answered all of my questions and given me honest feed back. They’ve never made me feel silly for being nervous about the types of spiders here that I’m NOT used to. If ever we have an issue the scheduling has always been easy and they take great care. I’m so glad they were the first pest control company that we used because there has been no need to look further. It’s incredibly cliché to say that I never write reviews but I don’t. I’ve been meaning to write this one for over a year now. Service is still just as excellent!

I am so happy I found this GEM! We built a new house in Tennessee- we are from Chicago and never had to deal with bugs or rodents like here- anyways All American was the company partnered with our builder. They have been FANTASTIC in taking care of all of the bugs with quarterly visits. And then when construction started up again Mice invaded! Gross!!! However, they said no problem when I called and came out. Keith, who is FANTASTIC, set traps, and even alerted me to a problem with water in our crawlspace! Keith has taken care of everything and always with respect and a smile! All American should be beyond proud to have him on their team! Give that man a raise, he deserves it in my book!

I am a very picky, type-A person. I am one who needs to understand exactly what I am paying for. I am reviewing my first preventative initial service, and do not yet have data on the results. However, I feel optimistic about the service and that I am receiving a good deal at $39/mo + $129 initial service fee. HQ answered all of my phone calls and many questions. The technician, Keith, was exceptional. Friendly and on time, which is a rarity today, he completed all services efficiently and with a smile. I definitely appreciated Keith's expertise. He explained how everything works, from sprays to mists and what to look out for in the future.

Overview: Knowledgeable, thorough, very kind/nice, and affordable. We received a 60 minute window for the visit. Morning of, David notified us he would be there in 15-20 minutes. Love the heads up! Upon arrival, David gave rundown on what he is there to do but then also asked me for an explanation on what we were experiencing/seeing. From here, he asked very thorough questions and gave even more thorough answers - guy knew his stuff. For those who are concerned about COVID, he also practiced CDC guidelines very well. Mask, 6 feet and verbal agreements vs. hand signing documents. After his services, he gave me another very thorough rundown on what he saw and what to expect moving forward. Again - he knew his stuff and was very knowledgeable! I would suggest this group to anyone experiencing issues around pests. They’re not fun to deal with and he made the experience easy going while giving me confidence that his services will take care of issue at hand. Time will tell on effectiveness but I personally believe they will get the job done. 10/10!!!

We have used this company for many years and they have always been great. When rodents decided to take up residence with us we called and Jake came out and knew exactly how to handle the situation. Every person that has come to my home has been frighteningly professional, thorough, and polite. Our first baby was getting some bites on him a couple years ago. We were freaked out to say the least. They came out that day and took care of everything. I mean everything. As a freaked out new parent I'm sure I was a little high maintenance to say the least. Every time I said "jump", they said "how high?" with a huge smile. I was so blown away with how great they were, I even felt compelled to leave the tech a tip. A good one at that. I have never felt the need to tip one of my old pest control guys. Heck, I would have paid to keep them away. LOL. If you're ever considering calling someone else... I am sorry for the lapse in time to complete it. Mr. Jonathan Lima was the one who serviced my home. He was thorough, and most of all patient with me. That Tuesday, February 11, 2020, I was bombarded with robo calls threatening my arrest, another one stating Microsoft would shut down my computer if I did not pay a particular sum of money. So, by the time Mr. Lima called to say he was on his way to my house, I was livid. I didn't even give him time to talk; I stated, "PUT ME ON YOUR DO NOT CALL LIST, CEASE AND DESIST ALL CALLS", and immediately hung up on him. Although I did not recognize his personal cell number, I then remembered All American Pest Control Company was supposed to be coming that morning. So, I decided if the same number popped up, I would answer it, just in case it was your company calling. Lord and behold, the same number popped up, and Mr. Lima started talking, real fast, so I would not hang up on him. Needless to say, it was both comical, and most embarrassing at the same time. I was very apologetic in which he accepted, while we both were laughing. He was so professional and mannerable, and as I stated above, thorough and most patient with me. KUDOS to this employee!

I first got their service around December of 2017 for flea and ant problems.The tech came out on time and took care of my flea problem and set stuff up for the ants.The tech was courteous and knowledgeable from what I could tell.The fleas went away almost instantly but I still had ant problems.I was paying a monthly fee for quarterly service.I had to call tech out multiple times between quarters because of ant problems still going on. It’s been about five months and the ant problem is still there.I’d say around the same amount if not worse.Idk if i’m just living on a huge ant mound or if this is normal.But I decided to cancel my monthly fee membership because I wasn’t seeing any results.I was told they would cancel my monthly draft and forward my situation to a supervisor to call me to see if anything could be done with the issue I was having.It’s been five days and I haven’t heard anything back.I wasted around 200 dollars drafted in monthly fees and my problem with the ants still isn’t fixed.I wouldn’t recommend this company if you’re having a crazy ant problem.For fleas I would.
