We have been using Spidexx for over a year now and we have nothing but good things to say. When they first serviced our home, we had an ant problem in our kitchen (among some other bug issues). No matter how often we cleaned or set traps, we always had ants. After the first visit from Spidexx, we haven't had a single ant ever since. Any time we start noticing bugs in our home, Spidexx is here within 48 hours. Their team has always been professional, prompt, and effective. We will continue to use their services and recommend them to our friends and family.

Not overly enthusiastic about this company nor their service provided. Multiple technicians came out never the same one and they didn't really seem to know what had been done previously. Today one showed up wanting to spray toxic chemicals in my house while we were there. No mention of this previously. The last visit was supposed to be remediation for the entry points they found going into the house that the mice had potentially used but that didn't happen. The tech today pointed out one place he said they did remediation with copper mesh and caulk. Considering there were multiple entry points and no other remediation nor mention of this previously I am hesitant if the problem has been eradicated. And then today the guy was here for less than 15 minutes didn't give me any update got in his car and left and I get an email saying they noticed mouse activity still on their external bait stations. What ... ???? So you just leave and close out the case ? I thought the goal was to eliminate the problem not leave it half way done. Definitely not going to be recommending this service to any of the neighbors who are looking for similar services. And it looks like I just threw my money away on a company who doesn't stand by their promises. Stay away from spidexx. I wish I could tell you differently I had high hopes.

I am a resident of a small town which is generally a fairly trusting place where I know all my neighbors. A door to door salesperson came to my home and gave the pitch; we have a house that nests in the side of a hill so we do have bug issues, and I was interested. He did not have a business card to give me, stating that he had given them all out, and instead got my husband’s phone number and scheduled a call. He then requested to use our restroom. I like to believe the best in people and allowed him to use it—but Spidexx never called my husband, and I have no business card to ask if this person truly works for this company — and I am quite nervous that this person did something to my home. I would encourage Spidexx and their hired representatives to ALWAYS have cards available, as I am now digging through my security camera footage to try to confirm this person works for the company. I have no idea who the representative was that I let into my house and never received the call we scheduled to talk to someone about services. I’m disheartened that this is apparently a common issue right now, so I’m posting this publicly and also sending an email to Spidexx to cover my paper trail if something happens to my house or suddenly a new species of pest appears.

He had detailed answers to all my questions and made sure he was providing the services I needed. The actual treatment was quick and I feel comfortable that it's exactly what I needed.

I’ve used Spidexx for almost 2 years now. I will never use anyone else. They are extremely thorough and even explain things to me when I have no clue about something. They are amazing at staying on track with how often they come out for treatment. We had a huge carpentry ant problem when we first moved in, had one guy come out and even after 2 months we still had problems. Spidexx came out and they were gone within days. They are amazing and I refer everyone to them. Great prices too!

Spidexx has been great to work with. We have their quarterly plan where they come out and spray the yard and interior as needed. They will also come out to do the interior more often if needed, but we haven't had any issues. We used to have a lot of spiders and occasional mice, but have seen hardly any since using their service! I would highly recommend them. The technicians are always on time, courteous, and friendly. We wish we would have used them a lot sooner! 3/8/22 update: We are still receiving the same great service! All of their technicians have been very knowledgeable and thorough.

Spidexx will be the only exterminator I will ever use! They are professional and very helpful getting rid of our ant/wasp problems. Pablo Was their sales representative who came to our house. He was very very professional he was not “pushy” in terms of selling their services. He explained their services very well. I understood all of the terms and conditions and was very very pleased to hire them. We have a three bedroom two bathroom Split entry home in Brooklyn Park. We have had multiple ant problems every year and also issues with wasps building their nest in the eaves of our home. We had four nests prior to them servicing our house. I was able to sign up for services and also they were able to come out the same day. Nick was the technician who came out to our house. He was very professional and thorough and listened to all of my concerns. It has now been almost a week and I have yet to see another ant or wasp. I will update here as to inform others that their service is exceptional. Also their price range is very competitive to other exterminators. I’m happy to continue my contract with them and will update here if anything changes!!!

I was at a friend's house and she referred me to you. I needed beetle and boxelder bugs to be gone. Benjamin came and we talked about what I wanted to have done. He explained your services, the payment schedule and set me up. I thought he was vey knowledgeable and professional. I also asked about outside rodents and he examined the house and made recommendations. I referred your company to my daughter because they also had an invasion of boxelder bugs. She had you come out a few days later and is also set up for service. I look forward to not have 100 or more boxelder bugs to pick up every day.

I am usually never one to jump on paying for a service that’s offered at my door just because I prefer to take my time researching and choosing the best company before I hire someone but Connor made me step out of my comfort zone today and take a leap of faith, I hope the services are up to the reputation he sold me on. Connor took the time to answer all of my questions and go through every detail with me and was very kind. Yes, he is a great salesman meaning he knew how to close the deal and redirect me anytime I would question services but the reason this review is positive and 5stars is because despite having no expertise in sales I can appreciate different job roles and how those roles operate to make a business. I know what the point of being a salesperson is and if the product you’re selling and the services you provide are top-notch then you need a salesperson like Connor who knows how to close the deal. It’s unfortunate reading through some of these reviews to see that every negative thing someone has to say is about sales tactics and not about the business whatsoever take a glance at the positive reviews and everyone raves about how good of a job Spidexx does. I have Brad, a technician, out here working now. He showed up with a wonderful attitude and asked for details and special areas of the home to pay attention to. I will update you with a review on how bug-free our home is in a few weeks.

salesman come in about 2 weeks ago and surprisingly it was something my family and I was looking for. Cole told me that during this time of the year, around my area and neighbors would have so many ants and sometimes it would come inside not just for sweets but just appear. We saw ants all around the side of the windows in the living room and bathroom. After the first service done by Romney, I don’t see anything anymore! It works just like magic! I believe they did use the best products and quality for their service! Glad to use this service and Highly recommend!

Salesperson led us to believe we were buying a single treatment when in reality he signed us up for a recurring service. When I found out I was pretty mad. But I called Spidexx and they took care of the problem, removed me from their accounts and gave me a refund. Apparently the salesperson I dealt with was not a Spidexx employee but an emoyee of a company they contracted to go door to door. The treatment did work and they fixed the account issue so 4 stars. It would have been 5 if the salesperson didn't lie.

We had been noticing stink bugs in our home. As soon as I contacted Spidex they scheduled service. The tech arrived on time, explained where he thought the bugs were coming in and treated that and surrounding areas. So far we haven't seen another stink bug in the house.

I recently switched over from Terminix to Spidexx and so far it's been a fantastic choice. With Terminix I had kept seeing wasps and spiders up in my entry and I just figured "oh that's just how any pest control is" but I was pleasantly surprised when McKay from Spidexx came and knocked on my door telling me they could fix it. I was skeptical at first because of course they want to sell in any way they can, but he sounded legit so I decided to try them out. It was amazing. The first time they came out and actually solved the problem! The technicians were on time and took care of everything I asked them to. The technicians worked with me and we got it all sorted out. They really got at the roots of my spider problem and I havent seen one since! I would highly recommend anyone sign up with them for their professionalism, customer service, and their fair prices.

Nick was Awesome!! Very professional and friendly. EXCELLENT People person!!! My daughter even said "Hey he is a cool guy" Lol!!! He let us know exactly what he was going to be doing before he started working. He didn't do a rush job, this was NOT a 5 min job! he worked very meticulously and made sure all areas of concern were addressed and some, before I even pointed them out. Spiddexx you did a GREAT job training your guys! I went and inspected his work afterwards and all 36 areas of concern (call me crazy if you want, yes I counted them Lol) were all taken care of (I only pointed out a few areas to Nick)...Nick is an Excellent Communicator!! He was prompt, on time and although we didn't have to be home for him to do the work, he asked if it was ok to do the job or if he should come back, and he came back at the specified time(he communicated through phone calls, voicemail, text message and our security cameras speaker phone and we weren't home)......If you guys keep up this Awesome work AND service!!!! You may have just earned yourself Lifetime customer!! AND all of my friends!!! Nice Work!!!

Had such a mouse problem due to construction and woods, but they have managed to get rid of them from coming into the house. Felt like every time someone opened a door, the parade started but our tech was able to stragetically place traps to stop this influx of mice.

A rather neutral score at the moment because they haven't really done anything yet... Isaac came to my door (twice, my husband answered the first time and told him no). Other reviews have said this, and this is absolutely true, he is incredibly pushy, won't take no for an answer. Honestly, I don't mind that all that much. I currently use Aptive for pest control and they don't do anything for ants, but Isaac said that Spidexx does. Honestly, the was enough for me to try it out and see how things go, I have carpenter ants that are just tearing my back deck to shreds, so I'm willing to try this out. Some red flags, though... First the pushiness, and just the fact that he's going door to door gives me pause. I've been hurt before, and I was worried this might be some kind of scam like with Forest View Tree Services (no, my crusade against them will never end). I would have just flat out refused, but if they can do something about the ants, that would be fantastic, so I'm more than willing to give them a shot. The next red flag was some of the other reviews I've read that said he told people that other houses nearby had just changed over to them, but then later those people found out he was just flat out lying. He certainly fed me that line, but that didn't really matter at all, but if he'd been lying to other people it stands to reason he was lying to me too. Next, I checked Better Business Bureau. They're not accredited (though then again a lot of people aren't), but I did find out that the company is stationed in Iowa... I live near the twin cities, Minnesota, and my buddy Isaac here told me SEVERAL times that they were locally operated, family owned, yadda yadda yadda. Iowa is one state away, but I'd hardly consider that local. Still, none of that will even matter if the service is as exceptional as Isaac promised. Time will tell, and I'll be updating this review at some point... They'd better not touch my spiders and garder snakes... I want pest control, not pest of pest control...
