My issue required a return visit, and that was very easy for me as I didn't have to do anything! Sue and Ben were great, professional and answered my numerous questions. We have not yet had Rove do a treatment, but the thoroughness they have used in the assessment process has made me certain we will being going with them. Sam came out and did an onsite assessment of a neighbor's house that has been having ongoing flea issues for years, with half a dozen other exterminators out to work on this problem. Sam was the first to identify that (1) there are spring tales as well as fleas, (2) check for bed bugs, and (3) identify the root of the issue was the attic which has evidence of rodent history. Sam did not try to convince us to go with the (significantly more expensive) heat treatment but to manage this issue first and then go with their chemical plan. It amazes me it has taken so many contractors to get to the root cause of this issue and I am grateful for the thoroughness so we can get my neighbor's house healthy for him again. Sam also explained to me the process of treatments in a way none of the other half dozen exterminators have. If this level of customer service continues and the toughness of treatment matches the assessment, I am confident we have found our best match for this tough problem.

After trapping my 7th mouse I decided that things were out of my control. I have used Decon in the past but with dogs I was leary of using it now. On a neighbor's recommendation I called Orkin and they failed to show or even call to let me know they were running late. In the meantime I learned that two neighbors were using Rove and extremely happy. I now thank the Lord that Orkin didn't show. I couldn't be happier with Cory and your service. I made the appointment thru Jesse at the office and that conversation was so helpful. Then when Cory showed up yesterday and did a complete inspection and answered every one of my questions and was just so professional and polite it has put our minds at complete ease. Updated review: I had experienced terrible customer service after I had canceled a visit but the technician still came and I was charged. I called Rove and the customer service members handed me around and eventually told me I had to pay because it was my fault for canceling over the weekend when no one was in the office. However, upon posting my review, I was given a call by the office manager who listened to me and promptly reconciled the issues. She was very empathetic and said the issues I experienced will be used as training examples for the employees. I greatly appreciated that Rove not only corrected the situation but also indicated this will help train the team so others don’t experience the same thing. I highly value continuous improvement and hope to see this in the company the next time we need their services.

I spoke with Jesse over the phone to inquire about Rove’s services; he was thorough in his explanation, benefits and outcome of their service! Having explored other options, too, I felt that Rove was a good value for what they’ll provide. Jesse made it easy to set up, and they were able to schedule service within a week. I spoke with Chelsea over the phone today who informed me my technician had arrived, to ensure we didn’t miss each other. Matt, who performed my inspection, set up bait stations, and sealed gaps where mice are likely entering the house, wasted no time getting to work but also took the time to get from me some data points (how many mice, for how long, where we’re discovering them). He sprayed the basement for bugs and spiders, he set up multiple bait stations, sealed gaps, double checked to make sure I didn’t need anything else, and gave me next steps for what Rove would be doing in my service plan and that I could reach them anytime I needed service before that date. We’ll see how things go but I’m already happy!

Nick has been the technician at our home several times. He is very efficent and thorough, all while being very pleasant and careful! He listens to any specific information and responds as necessary. He explains thoroughly what he is doing, and also recaps that when done. He emphasizes to let them know if there are any unresolved issues after a couple weeks (of letting the treatment work). He seems to sincerely care about his work and the results. I've been pleased with Rove, and any contacts I have had with phone calls, reminders, etc. Nick is also a great representative for them.

If you see a lot of reviews mentioning technicians by name, it is because Rove is sending out texts with directions to leave those reviews here on Google and mention those technicians by name. They start by saying, "My boss really wants me to get feedback..." and to fill out a review here in Google Maps. I don't remember hearing about other companies using Google Maps for employee evaluations, so I'm going to go ahead and guess this is mostly marketing. And just be honest. It's fine. I don't mind being asked to leave reviews, but don't try to tell me you are using this for making determinations of technician performance, I don't buy it. "Boy, this fella reads a lot into this" is what you're thinking right now. And sister/brother, you're probably right, so let's move on. Thankfully (and luckily for them), I have been a customer for quite a while, so I will leave honest feedback about Bryan and other technicians. They have always been very polite and willing to help, and helped me in the beginning with some mole/vole assessment and carpenter ants. Very pleasant to deal with and professional, and their service has been very effective keeping pests out, we have definitely seen a marked decrease in invaders during the warm months. I definitely do not mind giving them my money, despite the odd choices for marketing.

I needed a follow-up visit for recurring ants (which happened after some other work done at my home after the Rove's last visit). They quickly scheduled a visit and even called back to get me into their queue sooner. Alec was on time and professional (mask on before I opened the door and booties on immediately after entering). He sprayed all possible areas inside and outside, placed an additional trap inside and seemed genuinely interested in resolving my issue. My usually very shy dog took an immediate liking to him and he was patient and kind with her too. (She's a very good judge of character!) I am very pleased since signing on for regular service since this fall.

The technician was amazing! When he arrived, I was standing on my couch screaming as I watched a mouse scurry across the living room floor- it really couldn’t have been more cliche. He came right in took care of said mouse and then made sure to place bait and sticky traps around as needed. Dan answered my 800 questions and went above & beyond given how embarrassingly ridiculous my behavior was from seeing one mouse. Not only that, but Dan was at my house within 45 minutes of my call to the main office. I was thrilled they sent someone out so fast. He assured me if I had any other issues they’d come out again, but regardless someone would return in 30 days. He located the broken vent outside where he believed the mice were coming in and I was able to get that fixed too! Never spent better money in my life.

He arrived during the time slot and took the time to look around my basement and exterior and found the likely point of entry for the mice. I’ve had Rove services for 1 year. They have always been always very responsive each time I called with questions or needing something. We purchased a fixer upper home with a mouse problem - the first guy to come was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We have not had any issues with mice ever since. After 1 year I called them to ask about the moles in our backyard and the carpenter ants that seem to be making their way into our house since early in the spring. The very next day Sam was here to assist us with those new challenges. The office failed to tell me that he was coming (like they normally do). I was totally unpresentable, in inside out pajamas holding my 3 week old baby, but Sam was really professional and jumped right to the issues reported the previous day. He sprayed the ants nest, searched for more, sprayed all house entry points and added bait to the mole holes. Will report on the results in the future.

They offer to come back for free if you have an issue crop up between treatments, which I love. I think I have only had to take them up on that offer once though, as the stuff they use must work really well.

REVIEW UPDATE: They handled this like professionals, got back to me, fixed the issue, and went above and beyond to make sure that everything was working smoothly and apologized for the mistakes they made. Happy with the response. I called the day of an appointment to give instructions, I was confirmed for the appointment, and I had my tenants call in as well to give the field rep instructions for their units, and the rep told my TENANT that I hadn't paid a bill, without informing me via email or phone or any other method that I hadn't paid a bill, and that they would not be performing the service, even though I had just called them that morning. I called to chat with them about this problem and they just said someone would call me back and then no one ever called me back. Would not recommend using this company.

I had Rove come out after noticing voles tracks in my backyard. They were prompted about getting out and on time within the window they gave me (1500-1700). The technician was Thomas Ortiz and he had Nick a trainee with him. They did a good job assessing the problem, outlining a plan, explained the plan and excecuted efficently. It is still pretty early in the treatment phas but I am hoping and expecting good results based on the recommendations I received from my neighbors. I know and understand that the problem won't be fixed over night, but it's nice to know that Rove as a company will honor their work if thing stay the same or becomes worse with the pests or insects they are trying to rid my home of. We hired Rove Pest Control to handle the ant problem we were having in our home and on our property. They were very knowledgeable about why we were having the ant issue and other pests around our home. We were concern about the chemicals used and were extremely happy to find out that the products they use a environmentally safe, non-toxic and safe to be around as we have children playing in and around the affected area daily. The staff is super friendly and explains the process and why the pests are present. They also have a great yearly service package at an extremely affordable price and we will continue to use their services. Since Rove Pest Control has been to our home we have not see one ant around.
