Friendly and honest staff. They made a house visit and made a quick assessment of the situation--that we were doing the right thing to get the book mites under control. Apparently there was nothing else that needed to be done so they left after 5 minutes and didn't charge us for the house visit. We hope nothing comes up again, but if so we will be giving them a call.

Called Plunketts after a few weeks of increasingly maddening struggle against mice. George got assigned to the job, and was all around great! He was very communicative and showed up right when he said he would, which has not always been my experience. He did a great job identifying where mice were sneaking in from and solved a problem within a week of his first visit. He was right on time for the check-up appointment 2 weeks later. My daughter had Yellow Jacket infestation in wall of her house. I called Plunkett's on a Sunday and left a message. Received a call back on Monday morning that they would be there Tuesday between 1 and 4. Technician called me at 12:30 on Tuesday and said he would be there in 1/2 hour. Jacob, Steve and Tod met me almost exactly at 1:00 and assessed the job. They explained what they were going to do, what i could expect over the next couple of hours and days and what to look for. They were an extremely personable crew who put me at ease while the job was getting done. I will definitely use them again for any pest issue or inspection in the future. (not that i am looking forward to another pest issue haha)

We are in a suburb of St. Paul, MN. Plunkett technicians have always been very thorough. Our scheduled service is three times per year. We have had an occasional mouse in our house. If there is an issue, Plunkett follows up with extra visits, if necessary, and at no extra charge.

Plunketts Pest Control is the best pest control Company I have ever been in contact with. I was in contact with the company when I worked in a bank. Plunketts had an account at my his bank and I would take their deposits for them. They required extra work. With their deposits that contained over 100 checks to deposit. I had to run a adding machine tape on their deposit to make sure we both came up with the same totals. I enjoyed going above and beyond my normal duty when waiting on the Plunketts deposits. They appreciated it too so they didn’t make a deposit with an error in it and have to try to find it without the actual checks they deposited. I had the opportunity to have one of the service men come to my apartment and spray for what they called Pantry Moths. The gentleman was very courteous and performed his job just the way it should be done. He did his job and left to take care of the other service calls he had scheduled to do. I will hire Plunketts to take care of any pest control I have in the future.

I loved the ease of setting up the appointment and getting an estimate all online - responses were quick and I was able to get on their schedule in just a couple of days. Zach came out to my house, he was professional and polite. He listened while I told him about the mouse issues and provided me with education on why/how mice come in the home. He did a free inspection and was able to find the small hole they were coming up in - which he quickly closed off from future mice. Hopefully I won't need pest control again, but if I do, Plunketts will be my first call!

We were able to get an appointment quickly. Eric arrived on time and gave me a phone call ahead of time to let me know he was on the way. He wasn't able to get to one of the wasp nests because of where it was located on the roof - it sounds like they don't use ladders, at least for residential work. He had a long telescoping rod that he used to spray the nests and we could see the wasps flying out. He also answered some other questions about insects, and informed me that they do not kill bees (the good pollinator kind of bees). That was nice to hear from a pest control company. If I have any further pest control needs, I'll call Plunkett's again.

Technician (Dennis) called me to inquire/clarify service agreement after the initial call to Plunkett's. He then offered additional information, education and options. And then, Dennis fit me into his schedule within 48 hours in order to get prompt relief from the boxelder bug infestation. Prior to his arrival to my home, Dennis called to let me know he was on his way - sooner than he had estimated. Dennis was kind, patient, nice to my kitty cat and thoroughly explained the options and each process with each option. The boxelder issue was resolved within HOURS! It was such a pleasure to vacuum up so many dead bugs that very evening! I am still noticing a couple of dead bugs here and there so am confident knowing the process is completely successful - after only one interior treatment! I was not inconvenienced having to leave the home with a pet for the treatment. I will note that my kitty cat didn't run and hide or hiss at Dennis so that was a sign that calling Plunkett's was good decision! I did notice a faint aroma initially upon application but opened a couple of windows for few minutes and it was fine. Plunkett's is lucky to have Dennis on their Team!

Isaac was very professional, but took the time to talk explain our options and best treatment for price. We live in an old farmhouse that had yellowjackets move in as it got cold out. There were too many point of entry to effectively treat the outside, so he treated the inside. An hour later, the bees were gone and even though we had a warm up, we never saw another bee flying in the house! 2 weeks later, he called back to ensure everything was still good! We will have him back for any further needs and next fall regardless, because as an additional perk he also killed the Asian Beetles!

Plunketts did a great job finding the way mice were entering my attic on their first visit. They sealed up that entrance and I have not seen any evidence of more mice in the attic. However, they are still coming into the basement. Plunketts service people sealed up possible mice entry holes into the basement but the mice are clever and continue to find their way in. The service people came to my house four times after my initial payment. They suggested I sign up for their service plan, but they werent pushy when I hesitated. I liked working with them and would call them again if I had pest problems in the future.

The other thing we like is that after 3-4 weeks of the treatment, Tim always checks-in to make sure we are still satisfied and not in need of a redo.

We have previously used another company to come take care of the massive mouse problem we have in our basement. Finally, we ended up just redoing the basement because we couldn’t find all the holes the mice were coming in. To our astonishment, after redoing the basement, we found evidence of mice. With a quick call to Plunketts, Jordan came out and found a handful of entry holes where the mice where coming through. In just his first visit, he did more for us than the previous company we had hired! Looking forward to (hopefully!) being mouse free!

Great experience with Plunkett's even though there was no need for the service. I called different companies for the treatment of what I thought was carpenter bees in my deck, but all of them refuse to check because they do not have bees in the pest list. When I called Plunkett's, the person answering the call was so kind and understood my concern, and said that they were able to help me, she proposed a window of time for the technician to visit me, and Nate (tech) came exactly at the expected time. He checked the deck and also saw the bees, and identified that the insects were no carpenter bees, he explained to me the difference with the regular bees, and showed me pictures from his ipad. Jon McKusick does a great job with fall spraying for box elder bugs . Completely eliminates box elder bugs coming in to the house.
