Brad was awesome! Answered my call and gave the best pricing for exactly what I needed. I called 10+ places who kept offering additional services I didn’t need. Brad offered the exact solution I needed and it worked! I called for a Hornet nest removal in my wall. One of his associates arrived promptly and sprayed. Normally it is supposed to take a few days but there was no activity by the next day. Payment was easy too. Would recommend 10/10.

After getting tired of repeatedly wiping away cobwebs around the exterior of our home, we called NBK after we read the numerous positive reviews, and also because they were a local pest control service. Brad responded within minutes of our call, and set up our application appointment for the very next day. He was very accommodating to our schedule. When application expert Chris came out the next day, he was on time and ready to work; however, the wind gusts prevented the application for that day. We did walk around the exterior of our home together so he could understand the scope of work. We rescheduled for the next morning...Chris was on-time, professional, and thorough. He explained the logic for spraying three times a year in our area, and what the billing process would be. We highly recommend the NBK Pest Control service!

NBK was recommended to me by a friend who had rentals and had a bed bug issue. Brad was super knowledgeable and he was very honest. He came on time and communicated very well. I had a mouse problem and he was very meticulous on looking for the issue. I learned that there is a difference between treating the problem vs eliminating the problem. Brad is my go to guy for my rentals if I have any pest problem. Highly recommended.

Chris came out early in the AM to accommodate my schedule, did a very thorough inspection and filled suspect holes with mesh. NBK is professional, accommodating, and more than reasonable on price. I hear his bed bug price is industry leading, but we just had him for centipedes and ants. We had him last year and I realized this spring that we literally didn’t see one ant, spider, centipede, boxelder, ladybug, or bee/hornet the whole year!

I called Brad to come remove a wasps nest that I found on the roof. He came out to inspect my house and advised me that the nest wasn't active and that the wasps I was seeing must've came from another place. After further inspection he found a small active nest and 2 other inactive ones around the property. He was very observant and helpful I was planning on removing the small one myself and Brad kindly offered not to charge me for coming out to inspect the property. I will definitely use Brad again in the future for my pest control needs.

Absolutley Fantastic!! I recentley had a huge basketball size hornet nest in the eave of my house and my wife and children were terrified to enter / exit through our front door as it was near the front door. I was hesitant to use NBK as I had never heard of them. The feedback seemed good and his prices were more than competitive so I thought I'd give them a try. Hired them for interior exterior treatment for spiders on inside/boxelder bugs on outside as I have an older house. Going on my 2nd year using them and the owner was not only professional, but his practices were extremely accommodating and safe for our 3 dogs and 1 cat. Spiders no longer use my house as a hangout, and boxelders fear my home. I will be using NBK for years to come as pests like these require yearly mantainence to prevent reoccurrence. Plus having a stranger in your house from a smaller company can be scary to me and my wife, but the owner was so warm and professional that we feel super comfortable with him in our home. We will be using NBK for years to come without a shadow of a doubt.
