I found them doing a google search for pest control near me. They’re not very near me but I had same day service!! It was really fast. The technician was so great! He was professional and very informative. This company does a fantastic job!! I’ll use them again for sure and I hope more people use them too, they’re great! AND… I don’t have Asian beetles anymore;-))

Friendly, prompt, and solved my carpenter ant problem at a reasonable price. I’ve noticed carpenter ants in my cabin for a few years (they like the spray foam insulation) and did various things to get rid of them, including a treatment from the internet, which got rid of most of them, but not all. Turns out I was using the right stuff, just not enough, and not in all the right places. Several years ago, I’d investigated the national chains of pest control, and didn’t want to enter into a monthly contract. This year I searched again, and found this locally owned business that will customize their service to your needs - one time, once a year, or more. Last month, the owner came out, did an inspection, and then returned a week later to treat it. I waited a month to write this review, to make sure ants were really gone. The first week, I vacuumed up dozens of dead ants each day, and that lessened with each passing week. No dead ants for the last week or two. He treated inside, including the ceiling edge in a 2 story high stairwell, and outside the house, including the second story. He listened, and was very pleasant. I consider it money well spent, and wish I’d found them sooner. I will definitely use Madsen again if ants find my roof insulation again next year.

Madsen does a great job and offers wonderful customer service. We had a house with mice and squirrel issues which is now mostly pest free! Anytime there is an issue however, they are quick to schedule service and rectify. The techs are great and we also appreciate the spraying of the house for bugs which has helped the boxelder, Asian beetle and wasp infestations we had.

Madsen's are great, we paid quite a bit to control our mouse problems, but I feel it is well worth it. They stand by their work and what they do is very effective. Mosquito and tick control in the spring is also very effective for our needs. We are grateful for their services.

When I bought my house, it had sat unoccupied for a few years and was located in the woods and next to a field. When I moved into the house it was full of spiders, and I could hear movements of other animals in the ceilings. This team came in, cleaned up the spiders, and then begin the task of exterminating mice. We did not realize the extent of how many mice I had in the house. Once we figured out how many mice there were, we started investigating how they were getting into the house and found two major entrances into my house. They were immediately closed up. I would have never found those myself. Now I do not have any mice and my house is clear. Beyond satisfied with this company and I will always have them as a member of my team.

1) Got MOLES? the "poison worms" sold by MPM were effective for us in ridding our large yard of moles. He does an awesome job of educating me on how he protects the trailer against ants and bees – while still ensuring it is safe for my 4 grandchildren. He shows up on time, is a professional and always ensures that the customer is happy prior to him leaving. There prices are reasonable and their quality is top-notch. Wendy at Madsen Pest Management was wonderful and helped me establish a schedule for mitigating our carpenter ant infestation (long distance) for our summer cabin 1,000 miles away. They came out to do their inspection and subsequent treatment in a timely fashion and provided me with excellent documentation of the on-site treatment they provided. I am now on their schedule for two more treatments in 2022. I would highly recommend these folks to anyone looking to address their pest control issues by a group of honest, efficient, customer-oriented professionals.

They sprayed my neighbor's yard but came back and sprayed mine 5/28/22, but they didn't spray the hill to the lake, or the woods between the road and my garage. My property is about 3/4 of an acre and the price was for 1 acre or less, so they sprayed about 1/3 of an acre, charged me for one acre, and had to come back to spray the correct property. I'm not impressed and we will see if the mosquitos and nats are back within a month. If we have bugs in June, I'll buy my own fogger and do it myself. The guy that sprayed it was very friendly and apologized for them spraying the wrong yard. I was there when he sprayed. He did not do the hill and said the winds coming off the lake should prevent the bugs on the hill.

I don't write many online reviews, but feel I need to let people know what a gem Madsen Pest Management is. You will not regret supporting this local family business. We had a mouse issue at our cabin that even our cat couldn't put a dent in. I initially signed up with one of the large pest companies. They promised to seal up our place and cure the problem. Their technician came out and said it was too much work for them or me to find the mice entry points, and to just put poison boxes out. I was let down. After 6 months of no improvement (and other communication issues), I fired the large company and chose Madsen based on Google reviews. The owner, Shawn Madsen, came to my house and he was shocked that the other company did not attempt to seal up our place as apparently that's the #1 step in solving mouse problems. Shawn is amazing. He spent 3 hours crawling around our foundation, in our bushes, and in our crawl space. It's easy to tell he loves what he does. He has the enthusiasm of a child, touching crawling things and going into scary places I wouldn't dream of 😂. We pulled up rows of deck boards around the cabin to check the foundation for points of entry, and voila, we dicsovered 5 huge holes in our foundation, 2 were basically the size of missing cinder blocks, allowing mice direct access into our house. He used an incredible amount of materials to seal and protect those voids and stop the points of entry. He also put down 4x the amount of bait that the big company did. I feel ripped off by the big company after seeing what Shawn provides for less $. I learned that Shawn's family members are involved in every aspect of the business from phone scheduling to technician service. They are awesome! 👍👍 5+ stars🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I am very impressed with the responsiveness and thoroughness of Madsen Pest Management. I became aware of a big mouse problem in November after I had left for Florida for the winter. I worked with Chaz over the phone and he quickly remedied the problem -- a new air conditioning conduit. That was a great relief since we weren't coming back for 6 months. Shawn came out today to help us sort our mouse issue. Every fall a few mice find their way into in and scamper about on the basement ceiling. Shawn thoroughly inspected the entire exterior bottom and top until he found one little gap. He also placed the needed traps and bait stations to take out any stragglers. He even made my cats feel tough, one caught a straggler tonight and was very proud!

Where to begin with my story and this amazing company! I purchased a home that had sat vacant for over two years. Mice, crickets, wasps, BATS, you name it, my home had it. Shawn & Chaz went above the call of duty in particular with our bat infestation. Not only did they get the bats and mice out of the home, they found a solution for the future as well (sealing gaps in the home, siding, etc). To this day Shawn & Chaz service the house and my place of business semi annually! Never once have I thought to use another provider and would recommend their service to anyone!

I had Chaz from Webster location of Madsen Pest Management come to my house last evening (10/10/16) because I have had a major hornet/wasp problem. They were coming into my basement and then got up to the main floor and we were dealing with these critters 24 hours a day and certainly not getting ahead of them. Chaz sprayed inside and out and they were starting to die immediately, even though Chaz said that it would take a couple of days. If you any kind of a bug, rodent problem call these people asap. They are WONDERFUL
