First I apologize for not being good at remembering names. I was very impressed with the young woman who came to my door to explain what your business had to offer.Not only was she very kind she was exceptionally knowledgeable about the product and services your company has to offer.She answered all my questions and concerns very professionally therefore she got the sale for services I was in need of.The service was rendered the next day by another member of your team.He was a young man who was just transferred here from Ohio.Wow…as with the young woman yesterday this young man that was absolutely at the same level of expertise for customer service and knowledge.Both were very patient and I give them both a 11out of 10 and unfortunately in today’s world these 2 employees hardly exist anymore.I commend your business so far for hiring employees like these that have an awesome work ethic and are passionate about the job they were hired to do.Can’t comment on product yet however if it’s of superior quality as these 2 employees I will be a customer for a very long time and recommend you to anyone that needs your service.Thank you!!!

They completed their first inspection/treatment. I cant yet speak to how effective its going to be but they were here for quite a long time sweeping the house and spraying (35 minutes). One of the reasons I switched away from the other guys is because they would be here and gone with in 5-10 minutes. It was a good first experience.

Hello Joshua's. I'd be happy to leave a review on Google as well if you'd like. Your technicians came today and they were delightful! Lance was the main technician and he was very knowledgeable! He had a new recruit with him, Jonathan, who was nice as well. I didn't watch them apply the application but they did so in a what seemed like a short amount of time, however that's because there were two of them. All the questions I asked about mice, ants,etc were answered quickly and with knowledge by Lance. He emphasized that if I had any problems to contact the office and you as a company would take care of it! I tell you from being skeptical from Pete coming to my door ( although he was top notch too!) so far you have proved to be remarkable! Proof however is in the pudding so we'll see as the season progresses. You're hired employees are definitely #1

Today my home was treated and inspected for ants. This was the first time the technician did a thorough job with the application and did a great job communicating with me. Each time my home has been serviced a different technician comes out and sadly to say doesn't do a complete job. This time by far I'm extremely happy with Joshua's pest control because of this technician this time cared about my concerns and his work.

I’ve had Joshua’s service on a regular basis for about a year now. I only called them once asking for special help for a swarm of bugs at my front door. They flew and were black with red stripes. They knew exactly what they were the minute i described what they looked like. The flying bugs didn’t disappeared immediately but they were gone in 2 days. I’m happy.

A pleasant young technician came to my residence earlier today. This was a first time pest control visit, and so far I'm impressed. We shared what today's outside objectives and expectations would be, and the technician went straight to work with a very positive and professional attitude. (I also noted a freshly pressed white shirt and crisp uniform... totally made he and Joshua's pest control appear top notch at what they are committed to). I was surprised at the speedy and sizeable removal of spider webs and wasps debris on the exterior of my home. (Very nice, thorough cleaning... just that was a great help! Looks so much better). Then he sprayed, put out granular treatment and rodent traps. And that's HALF of what the technician was ready to accomplish for this appointment. I had asked if the inside treatment can be scheduled for a different day and was pleasantly informed that was no problem, just schedule when it's convenient... customer support 24/7! So... for my very first day employing Joshua's pest control, I feel I am going to be more than pleased with their professional experience.

We had a nice young man show up early.in the morning for an out-of-town appointment. He was courteous and respectful in our conversation. I told him there was a lot of vegetation around the house. He.had to trudge through that to do his job. I.have since cleared a good portion of the area so he can work unimpeded the next appointment Even though it had to be very difficult, he did NOT complain.at all He also found and removed the paper wasp nest so they weren't a problem after that. .

Initially I admit I was hesitant as the sales guy showed up at my door. But he said they were doing a house nearby and offered me a discount to sign up. We have had issues with ants taking over our yard and random bugs inside. A few sessions later though I realized how rarely if at all I see any insects, I don’t even have to think about it anymore. Overall I am satisfied and recommend them.

I do not believe ANY service should have an employee come to the door and ask for payment! I pay online and was very offended when the person performing the service asked for a check upfront before performing the service! NOT GOOD BUSINESS when I have had this service for 2 yrs. Not only that but poring rain wind blowing and 1/2 hour discussing payment the dog got outside and ran away. Please DO NOT send this service tech out to my home again.

WADE is Awesome! He was very knowledgeable and professional. He listened to all of requests and was very thorough. We have a leukemia patient in our house and he was very good about wearing a mask and keeping his shoes covered! We liked him so much we almost had him come in and join for dinner! My son is autistic and loves to play outside in our backyard, so I’ve been thinking about hiring a pest control service for a while now. Door to door sales is really hard - so I wish people would give these industry members an easier time ... the young man who initially set up the service with me was very nice and knowledgeable, and the young man who completed our first spray was equally as nice and knowledgeable. The price seems fair. So far so good.

Love this company. Jordyn, the sales lady was very polite and new what she was speaking about and very down to earth. Pricing was very reasonable. Wade, the technician who came out to my house to spray and release granuals was very professional and courteous. Spent time with me, listening to my questions and was on time. Also described to me the process of the services and what he would be doing to control/ eliminate my issues with the pests. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs their pests to be eliminated.

This is my 3rd service by the company. I'm going to give it a neutral star rating because I haven't seen any results yet from their services. Like I said it has only been the 3rd time they came out. I'm giving it a chance to prove what I paid for is worth it through the summer. I will provide another rating at the end of summer leading in to fall.

I've been using them for around a year I guess. They come every quarter for service. The last service they performed was the third time in a row that I had about two hours notice they were coming, and this was after I had asked them repeatedly for at least one day's notice. They claim that they now have a note in my file to give three days notice. We will see. The service has performed satisfactorily, although the box elder bugs were out of control this fall.

I don't usually hire contractors from door to door sales reps. The two reps were not at all pushy and did a great job of explaining the services. The worker who came was terrific. He was thorough and helpful. He cleaned off a number of cobwebs and hornets nests, spread the outdoor barrier product, and sprayed along interior dashboards. The service was fast and easy. Living next to a pond means quite a few creepy crawlies. I hopeful that this service will eliminate that. Thank you to Richard, the service rep who will soon be managing a branch in Elgin!

I forget the gentleman’s name at the moment, but I have never ever actually purchase anything from a door to door. Low and behold I guess it can work. He was professional, courteous, and many people in the comments say the salesman wasn’t wearing a mask, but all I know is the salesman I spoke with was. He also caught me at a good time, was doing some lawn care around the house and just disgusted by the amount of spiders and webs around my house. Easily the worst year my house has had yet. Not to mention the two hornets nest I need to take care of. He assured me they would take care of all of those problems and on top of that was able to schedule me the next day. I’ve never done pest control before but, for the first time, can say I’m excited to see the results!

Highly suggest Joshua's pest control!! The guys that come out are always very polite and respectful. They are very knowledgeable of the products they use. We just signed up with Joshua Pest Control a couple of months ago and so far, our experience has been very good. We recently noticed an increase of wasps in our backyard as well as noticing two different nest areas. Joshua sent out a service tech by the name of Ryan who took care of getting rid of the nests. One of the nests was in an extremely high spot on our home and Ryan kept trying different approaches to get to the spot. He finally succeeded by taping two poles together. UPDATED -(8/12/2021)-> I've update the rating levels for this review from one star to four stars based upon further discovery. After speaking with the AG Department about licensing practices, this person did actually what they would expect, before spraying the applicator looked up the labels and understood what he was spraying. The AG department was very happy to hear that the applicator was taking the time to review the current labels, as they can change. The applicator is fully licensed, passed the tests, and was in good standing. It appears it was my mis-understanding of what the applicator was telling me about training. Over all... Services were okay, leaving me a couple of questions about some services actually being done, but I'm not an expert and the person worked very quickly. MOXIE SERVICES MINNESOTA LLC DBA JOSHUAS PEST CONTROL Service in Anoka county - MN The kid stated he did not have any training what so ever, but he was super nice and shared the facts in an honest way. (See update above added on 8/12/2021) Actions conductions: (15 minutes at max) Sprayed insecticide around the outside of the house, put down granular insecticide around the house, put down a couple of mouse bait boxes in the garage, spray some chemicals inside the home around the basement. After he left a report came back.... There were a bunch of services listed that were not even conducted: perimeter of the lawn, treated baseboards, treated plumbing access, treated mulch areas, and inspected property for pests. We immediately called to cancel future services, customer service gave a run around, had to escalate to a supervisor, good news is they cancelled the future services.
