I signed up for the company over a year ago, at 1st everything was going well until they got bought out. Now the spray is very ineffective, it doesn't work. I have tons of spiders and bugs around my house. Whatever product they are currently using, doesn't work and I will discontinue my service. I won't be using them anymore or recommend them.

We've had really great service from Rise. We've had several of their technicians perform quarterly service. Everyone we've worked with has been extremely professional - super knowledgeable and courteous. They explain everything they're doing and take the time to understand what you need. Just today, we had Stephan come out for a service call. He was really nice to chat with an took care of our issues with a wasp nest quickly and gave good advice on how to get rid of our gnats inside the house.

Andrew was so friendly and super quick to get the work done. We disturbed a yellow jacket nest in the ground during labor day weekend and he was able to communicate with me even on a holiday, and got our problem taken care of right away the next morning, and checked in with me multiple times after the service was completed to make sure it was fully solved. Cannot recommend enough!

Brent at Rise was great. This was my first time having a pest control company out, and Brent was very professional while explaining everything he was doing and how it was going to help our situation in addition what to do if anything came up between treatments. Good guy all around and enjoyed our conversation, job well done. **Update 3/14 additional visit** Dickson came out for the quarterly spray around the house, and also to resolve a specific issue with a mouse found in the basement. He was very knowledgeable about what he was doing to resolve the issue and explained it very well so I knew it would get the job done. Great guy all around just like the previous technician. He did an outstanding job and was also respectful of our home with it raining/snowing out by wearing plastic booties. He made sure he did not leave a mess which was also much appreciated. We've been using Rise for the past year and have been very pleased with their service. Xeng came by today and quickly identified and treated an issue in our garage that I just noticed less than 2 days ago. He explained everything thoroughly, assuring me that it's a seasonal issue with others in the area as well, and that we will see results from the treatment very soon. I fully trust that we will have good results since he and others from Rise have done a great job for us in the past. After reading other recent reviews I want to say that Xeng DID have a mask on, and maintained good social distancing.

Got a knock on my door Friday late afternoon by a salesman walking the neighborhood. Had thought about having a service, but never got around to it. Salesman was courteous, and very knowledgeable, so I figured I'd give it a shot. The technician, Greg, was at our house the very next day setting up bait boxes and treating the outside of the house. Also extremely knowledgeable, and polite. Both the salesman and tech made sure to say "thank you" before departing. Very impressed!

RISE tech, Jacob, showed up for our quarterly inspection and spray. I told him we'd seen a lot of wasps on the back side of the house lately. He did a quick inspection and pulled out a pressure sprayer, and quickly hit all areas along the gutters and siding where the wasps congregated. He gave me an estimate of time for the spray to be fully effective, and was on his way. Very simple, easy, clean and quick!

When I called in to update a service call both representatives were great to work with and the tech (Nick) was punctual, polite and answered all my questions. We just had our first treatment on Friday. A tech named Rugby came out and serviced the house, he was extremely polite all around easy to work with good tech. Introduced himself, explained the agreement, worked well around our dogs and got to work. The only downside at all is the agreement you side, our agreement said for 2 years and a fee if you cancel early well the sales rep had said over and over its only 1 year with opt out before the second year but thats not what the actual signed agreement says. We are taking that up with the rep.

Rise Pest Control arrived at my home to explain their services and offered me a great deal. Then later that same evening Brandon showed up to conduct the spraying. He first stopped at our door to introduce himself and explain the process again. He too was polite, informative and respectful of time. He stopped back to explain what he did and what he saw, asked if we had any questions, and offered his card for any follow ups. Overall our first experience has been stellar. Highly recommend!

Jacob, the RISE tech performed our quarterly inspection and treatment. Jacob described what he would be doing then did a full external house inspection and treated for wasps and insects. He also provided advice on preventing mouse infestation (and other pests) and provided a treatment that he will return to check on in a couple of weeks. Jacob was very knowledgeable and professional and was very assuring. We highly recommend Jacob as a technician.

I can’t speak to how well the actual “bug control” has worked since it’s only been a day but the professionalism and customer service is definitely top notch!

Tech Stephan McMillian came to address our carpenter ant problem back in Sept. Had them for years and they are destroying our deck and fence. We've tried so many different ways to kill them. We've been very happy with Rise and all of the techs that have been out are very nice and professional. BUT... Stephan is a secret powerhouse they bring out to get the job done (haha I'm just assuming that). Normally we had ants all over our yard, patio, deck, chewing up our deck and hollowing out fence posts that we've had to replace. I am happy to say within a week or 2 they were all gone! Amazing! He went around with my husband looking for nests and treating them. We are very impressed!

In owning a lawn care company, I wasn't too thrilled to hear my wife hired Rise door-2-door salesman. However we did have some issues with mice that sold her. The first time they came out Nate D. was awesome, really nice guy and knowledgable as well. Outside of lawn care, i'd say I know a fair amount on products on how some of their chemicals work so I asked some more in depth questions than most would ask and Nate hit the nail on the head. Great Guy and someone who I would love to have working for my company. The treatments seem to be working, however bugs were never really something we cared about so we havent been paying much attention. Mouse control, which is what sold us, has been great. We havent had any issues since signing up In regards to the contract, READ THE PROPOSAL BEFORE SIGNING! It states very clearly how they bill and what happens to their pricing after the first service and year. As an business owner, getting a customer to try you for a discounted price is VERY common, so i read the fine print and theres no BS to it, states very clearly how the price increases and to how much. Would recommend

Brandon S. was our technician today, and as always addressed all of our issues. Our biggest concern in the falls is always mice. Brandon came inside (masked and booted) and checked the bait boxes inside and refilled and moved them based on activity. He then did the same thing outside before spraying for other pests. These techs are always professional and helpful. We have them come every quarter and couldn’t be happier.

Would have given a 3.5 but that is not an option. The technician that came out was professional and seemed to do a quality job when treating the property. I did inform him that we have dogs and that it was essential to have both gates closed properly to ensure that the dogs would not get let out. Unfortunately both gates weren't latched properly. This was one of the primary reasons for cancelling the other service I used.

I have had truly excellent service from this company. They encourage clients to call if bugs are seen between service calls, and they would come out again free of charge. My technician several times was Xeng Xiong. He always asks questions about current concerns and adjusts the service accordingly. Xeng is very polite and professional. Highly recommend!

He thoroughly explained the services that the company provided and I am so glad I decided to have services completed. Brent (the service tech) did an awesome job trying to get rid of some of the webs in the basement. I know that there was a lot down there and it gives me the heebie jeebies, but Brent took care of them. Little did Brent know that this place was vacant of humans for six months, so free reign for bugs. He was very thorough in discussing what he was going to do and then doing so.
