I own a large warehouse and have used several Pest Control Companies over the years. All the providers I've used just check the box. I had a difficult time targeting rodents in my facility. The previous technicians provided no other solutions or support. I did my research to find a company that would provide me what I was looking for. BOGO Pest Control did three times the work the other companies provided combined! They have completely sealed all the openings to prevent rodents from entering. We went from a time of not being able to get the rodents under control before BOGO. Today we have the building under control. I highly recommend BOGO Pest Control for your commercial pest needs. These guys are the best in the Twin Cities. I am a home inspector and only refer these guys. Most pest control contractors leave one hole open on the outside as this brings them a perpetual stream of income and visits to refill bait stations. These guys go above and beyond, spending hours along the foundation sealing up active holes and potential openings.

What an impressive company! We had their services for both mice and for beetle spraying. Zero mice issues afterwards and we lived close to woods; not an easy feat. We also appreciated all their knowledge on treating insects that were killing out trees. Get this: even after we moved out of state Mike STILL helped us with information about our infestation. Without a doubt one of the best companies I have worked with! They are thorough and kind. Helped us with a mouse infestation, getting to the root of the problem. Our home was thoroughly inspected for any holes the mice were coming through, and they were all sealed properly. Nothing but the best service from BOGO. The owner did the work of checking my entire home perimeter and was even up on the roof. A few critters (mice and snakes) were sneaking in the house! uggh! Thanks to BOGO those critters are outside where they belong. From my first call to the office and the appointment at our home, BOGO staff has been kind, professional, knowledgeable and highly responsive. Justin came out for the initial inspection.... def honest. Not sales-y. We were on the fence about whether or not we wanted to spend the $550 estimate to seal up our basement, but after having our cat bring up another mouse to us the following night, we would've been willing to pay double that just to no longer be trying to catch a mouse our cat brought upstairs and lost. So stressful. The guy (Beneck)?who came to our home to complete the sealing was super nice. He said there was a good 3" hole he sealed up, where the mice were likely coming in. I shared with him over the years we've also had toads in our basement, so that spot is likely where they were entering from the window wells. Hopefully this saves us a bit of gas money heating our home this winter as well. He also strategically placed 8 traps in our basement.... and we had a mouse dead in the trap the following morning. Traps are both kid and pet safe as well.

Really impressed! We've been in our home about a year; the seller's had used BOGO in the past for mice. We were still in the warranty window from the seller's previous service when we caught a mouse in our furnace room. One phone call and they were out within a day. They spotted a few new problem areas in our exterior soffits and sealed them up. Also talked us through what to watch for and set a few more traps (so far no more mice). All included in the warranty we inherited from our seller, no questions asked. You have to love a company that does good work, backs up their service and is very responsive and professional along the way. Highly recommend!

BOGO was consistently clear in what they would do, what they would charge, and they were always on time. And effective. We had Justin out in June of 2020 to help with a bumblebee nest that we had uncovered in our yard. I brought up the idea of just moving the nest since they were very unaggressive and the world needs it's pollinators. Justin thought it was a great idea and with his bee shirt on we moved them under our shed where the dogs wouldn't run into them which was all I wanted. Great work Justin.

BOGO pest control is a pest control company that is honest, reasonable and incredibly effective in pest control. We had a mice problem that we unsuccessfully attempted to control ourselves for months. We called 5 companies to address the problem. Most worked on fear and a huge upsell. My call to BOGO was different. They were honest, fairly priced and came out quickly. We needed a complete access sealing of our exterior in our 1924 house, BOGO spent 4 hours sealing all entry points. Although the also set out well placed traps, we have NEVER seen another mouse since that day. Their work is guaranteed and stood behind. I also called for a tick prevention treatment for our lawn, they convinced me it was un-necessary. Again, honest company. Thank you BOGO!!

There are a lot of exterminators to choose from. I chose BOGO because of the great reviews they had and I now add another great review to their list. I received an email the day before verifying our appointment along with a picture and bio of Justin, the technician who was scheduled to come out. This was really great as I knew in advance who would be coming to my door. Justin listened to my observations, did a methodical and thorough inspection of my property and discussed the challenge of the location of the wasp's nest. What is reassuring is that they will stand behind their work for the entire season. I highly recommend BOGO for any infestation needs you have. And as an aside, Justin has great energy: calm and gentle. I was surprised that the wasps didn't react more aggressively. I think Justin is a Wasp Whisperer.

We recently had an issue with wasps getting into our master bathroom, through our attic. I chose to call BOGO based off all of the stellar comments I read, and they definitely lived up to all of the 5-star reviews! Mike was really helpful in answering all of my questions when I called, and Scott came out to our house a few days later to figure out where the wasps were coming in, and fix the problem. At my request, he also did a thorough inspection of our perimeter to give us a quote for what it would take to fix the issue we had last year with mice. He was really thorough, and took a lot of time walking me around our house and explaining things to me. I think their pricing is really reasonable and I really appreciated that they didn't try to sell me a quarterly service plan like other pest control companies that show up on my doorstep. I have already booked our appointment to have Scott come back and fix our mouse entry points. As for the wasps - I'm happy to say we are now wasp free in our house, and I'm no longer afraid to use our master bathroom! Thanks BOGO!!

Can’t say enough good things about BOGO Pest Control and it’s employees. I shopped around and finally decided to use these guys for my carpenter ant problem. They had a fair price off the bat and the best warranty I could find. What surprised me was how professional and knowledgeable they were on the phone and in person. They came to my home and after seeing the size of the property gave me a discount, which was not expected but very much appreciated. If you are looking for a fair, friendly, professional, and reliable company for your pest control, then BOGO is the one. I’ll be using them for any future pest issues and would highly recommend them over anyone else. I wish more companies were like BOGO.

I highly recommend this small, local business which our new home inspector told us about because he found old rodent tracks in our attic. Mike and Justin are both very friendly, knowledgeable, responsive, and prompt. Justin came out to do a total assessment of our new home and was very patient and kind in answering our questions, letting us know what he found, and explaining services that BOGO could provide. I signed up for everything- their mouse exclusion (by targeting entry points with a two-year warranty), and also their Integrated Pest Prevention (with a year warranty), wow! And I greatly appreciate that they scientifically target specific insects at key times of year in their life-cycles. Prevention is key! We had bought a house in Plymouth 3 years ago to find out we had mice. We looked at several pest control services and discover BOGO was the only company that would do a 2 year warranty on their services. It cost a little more but was worth every penny. The owner used to do something totally different and found he had mice. He dedicated himself to figure out how to mitigate it. He found that if you find the entry spot, you control the mice. He would not leave our home until he discovered our mouse entry point to seal it. He did, and it has been 3 years and we are still mouse free. He is the best and you would be a fool not to hire him.

Was referred to Scott and Mike by a retired pest control professional I had worked with years ago. Couldn't be happier with the service! Each home and pest/rodent problem is unique, and for me they were able to quickly assess what was happening and develop an action plan. Less than 12 hours later and the steps are already taking affect. It's nice to work directly with the small business owner(s) because their commitment, dedication and integrity are readily apparent. Super nice interaction compared to too many instances of hired small business resources in a hurry to get to the end of their day.

During the sale of our home we had a request form the buyer to have an exterminator take care of a possible mouse problem. Shopping around I looked at other companies Terminix, Orkin but no one showed up for the appointment. Quotes over the phone were for trapping and poison. The Buyers Realtor recommended BOGO. I called and Mike was very helpful. Now understand this is 5 days before closing and with no shows from the other companies I was in a pinch. Mike explained what would happen and that their company doesn’t just get rid of the current problem but closes up areas so that no more mice can come in. He set up an appointment within a couple days of my phone call. Scott came out and after reviewing inside and out of my home determined there was no mouse problem. It saved me a bunch of money. Scott went a step further to show me areas in the garage that could be access points in the future. He told me how to fix these areas. He could of tried to talk me into having them do these fixes but they were simple and after he told me what to do I was able to take care of it. So many companies have claimed to have great customer service. This company has it if it was possible I would give 10 Stars.

Mike Misk from BOGO Pest Control was able to take care of my rodent problem quickly and professionally. I had paid another company to take care of the problem only to find out that they did little to nothing and cost me $285!! Mike was thorough and targeted very quickly the area of my foundation that the mice were using to enter my home. He came back on a Saturday to seal around my entire foundation and even left me a couple of upgraded traps to use! I am so happy to report that since Mike's visit I have not had one more mouse! This has given me peace of mind and I will be forever thankful to BOGO for taking care of the problem for me. I highly recommend them.

My cat found 2 mice in a day after vacation. I called BOGO and they came out within a day. Scott was great! Can't say enough great things about BOGO. I am overly scared of most bugs and used to see something almost daily, especially in our basement. Since we started the BOGO prevention plan a couple of years ago, sightings are rare. The service works!! No contracts, friendly and knowledgeable service, reliable, effective. Mike from BOGO Pest Control came out to my house in November 2017 for help with mice. I had recently bought a house and the mice were running freely in and out. We were catching mice in traps daily. Mike was always responsive and quick to set up a time to come out. He provided a detailed assessment of the situation along with effective remedies. He took time to discuss the details and showed me all of the openings and how he would fix them. SO impressed with BOGO!! I was referred to BOGO by my neighbor when I had critters (probably mice) die in my kitchen wall - TWICE! I was hesitant to call anyone because of past negative experiences with companies that were very high pressure and wanted to sign me up for more services than I felt I needed. Mike was very friendly and helpful in scheduling a convenient appointment. Justin came out to give me a quote and was so patient, walking me around the house, inside and out and answering all my questions. I was more than pleased with the information I received and the quote that I was given. Justin came back a week later to seal up my house and garage. Most of his visit was spent in the garage. After 30 plus years the house had settled quite a bit and the mice had made themselves at home (and told their friends and families) I had put out bait traps, but since the garage wasn't sealed it was a losing battle. I just had this done so I am doing the 30 day wait and see period and then I have a TWO YEAR WARRANTY. Not a fan of the snap traps in the laundry room (2 mice so far, haven't been down there today. Have to work up my courage!) :) Bottom line: I would highly recommend BOGO!! BOGO came out last week and helped me rid us of field ants and pavement ants, in our yard and around our house. This truly is an AMAZING company. I Highly recommend. I called about mice issues on a Friday, and Justin came out the very next day. He inspected our foundations exterior and suggested that we seal up a bit more by the front and back door steps, but then found what he said was the "smoking gun" ... our egress window. He told us what to purchase, and wa la ....after fixing the issue, no more mice!!! Justin is my HERO!!! I only regret that I did not call sooner. Thank You!!!!!

When we purchased our home mouse pest control was written into the contract - the previous owners chose a different company to service our house. After our contract with the other company was up, I chose to call BOGO for bug spraying. Though we hadn't seen activity in almost a year, I mentioned the previous pest problems and asked what they would do. Scott showed me all the areas he would close off and explained why. Our other company didn't bring up sealing entry areas. Once BOGO sealed the house we discovered that our former company had been using traps that provided poison that doesn't kill immediately so a pest died out of reach within our walls. Gross. Not only are they amazing at getting the job done, they are so friendly and understanding of the stressful situation of pest control. As I'm sure many do, I feel very anxious about this problem and they were so so great. They are the absolute best choice for pest control.

Speaking to Justin for an inspection was an amazingly pleasant and educational experience. I accompanied him around our property as he explained what he saw, why he was looking in that area, and how to remediate. When prompted, he was also kind enough to share some of his tree knowledge since he is also a certified arborist. 5 stars all the way! Mike really goes above and beyond in his work. I highly, highly recommend his services. He was very thorough and took the job seriously. He checked in often with me to see if my problem was being resolved, stopped by several times on his own to check traps and assess progress, and was personable, friendly and enjoyable to top it all off. The problem was resolved from the outside of the house down to the basement. Basic roof patching, patching some concrete holes at the base of the home, and then strategically placing traps around the house. Thanks for your awesome services!!

A rather disappointing encounter that felt more like a push-pull exercise rather than a proactive assessment and education of what needed to be done. The BOGO representative didn't want to crawl under the space (30" clearance and open to outdoors) until I asked him several times. It just felt like a lot of prodding to get a bare-minimum analysis for the service fee paid. I have no doubt about his expertise, but his willingness is another story. I wouldn't recommend unless it's an easy call for BOGO.

Update for service 1-18-2022 Very thorough. Explored the less obvious places after I explained where the last 3 mice had been trapped. Went on roof. I had cleared garage from all walls, but very little was found to plug in the garage. I guess we will see after 30 days!!! Awesome service, and true to their word, they come back out and do more checking if additional mice suddenly appear later. Would highly recommend.

Scott is far and away the most knowledgeable and best person I have worked with for pest control. He studies each pest problem with a level of detail that is incredible. I have multiple rental properties and recently Scott was out to treat a boxelder bug problem at one of them. Based on a University of Minnesota journal and study he explained why it would be beneficial to do the treatment in the fall rather then the spring. He is friendly, fair in pricing, provides a warranty on certain services, and is very thorough in his review of the issue. I had BOGO (who is my regular pest control company) come out today to address some issues that I've been having. I could NOT have been more pleased and grateful for the superior service I received from my service technician. I had four issues, one of which I had been battling for a long time and was very concerned about (I thought I had carpenter ants). The gentlemen that came to treat my home inspected the area of concern, and not only did he determine them to be pavement ants, he did so by inspecting the residue that was being left behind. He immediately knew was he was looking at. Furthermore, he told me what the difference would be had they been carpenter ants (skeletons in the residue...or something like that...I don't know...gross stuff). My point is that this isn't a company who simply sprays pesticide and drives off. This technician was absolutely knowledgeable and professional. Next, I told him I was seeing tiny bugs in my basement. He asked if they jump. I confirmed that, yes, they do, and he went on to tell me the tiny bugs were springtails. I then showed him a picture that I had taken and he confirmed his original statement. He was able to educate me about how to control the springtails in my basement. Lastly, before I even told him, he identified a yellow jacket nest outside and treated for it. I knew it was there, I was going to tell him about it, but he noticed it before I could. Bottom line: I am so incredibly impressed with BOGO. My technician was fabulous! I highly recommend them if you want a company of experts. Thank you, BOGO!

I called Bogo and reached Mike, who explained how I could tell the difference between a large critter (squirrels and what-not) in our home, and simply mice. Let me start by saying, if you have a rodent problem, do not go anywhere else. I was at my wit's end with these other big companies doing nothing more than what we were already doing. Scott understood how upsetting the problem was. I think it was as much a challenge for him, as it was a relief for me to hand it over to someone who knew what they were doing. i have known scott dorn for many years, dating back to a previous company which he started. he is an initiator and problem solver. after at least two unfavorable encounters with other pest control companies, none of which solved the problem at its source, i didn't know where to turn. through another business relationship, i found scott. he was willing to do what no one else could or would do. the source of mice infestation was due to construction flaws, and only scott was willing and able to investigate a limited access point so as to prevent the disassembly of my front deck. he found a freeway underneath which was a clear invitation to any pest, especially the mice. he eradicated the source of the problem, and we haven't had another rodent ever since. i can never thank scott enough for not giving up. i know for a fact, that several other pest control companies simply want to place a bandaid over the problem to ensure future business. scott's approach guaranteed future business by his ethical and problem-solving attitude, which prompted me to consider the other facets of pest control once the mice were gone. i only recommend scott to others, if they truly want their pest problems to go away!
