My wife had been stung by bees 4 times (bad month for her) before I located the nest. I called 2 other exterminators and were quoted lead times of 3 to 4 weeks. Wil-Kil scheduled and showed up within a week. I was extremely surprised and pleased with the level of service provided by the team that arrived as scheduled. They not only sprayed for the bees but after I told them that the step where the nest was located was removable (accidental omission on my part), they removed the step and sprayed again. When they left, the nest went with them. Great job! I will recommend Wil-Kil anytime.

The communication with our technician Carlos who comes out to our house to put the pesticides down is amazing. He is willing to go above and beyond for us. The price for application for every 3 months is very reasonable.

Wil Kil did pretty good service with my home. We had a rodent issue in our lower level and they came pretty quickly and set up traps and explained further review and next steps. I did pay for a full service to seek any issues with any other existing pest control within the property but I don't think that was assessed which is odd because in my bill it says that they will do that as well.

After checking out a few competitors in preparation for our company's Safe Quality Food audit, I stayed with Wil-Kil, who we've been using for several years. They have the technical knowledge and expertise and were able to provide exactly what we needed in order to pass our audit. Most other companies I inquired with didn't even have a clue as to what I was talking about when I mentioned SQF. Their prices were also way above what Wil-Kil charges. Our technician Ryan K. is super friendly and knowledgeable. He's always prompt, does a thorough inspection, and takes the time to answer any questions or concerns I have. He's had to maneuver into some pretty cluttered areas in our building and never complains. Dustin B. recently did an audit and recommended some fixes, but absolutely did not try to pressure or gouge on price. If your company is looking to pass any sort of quality certification or if you're having any pest control issues, I would completely recommend Wil-Kil!

We always get a reply back either by email or phone call. Very professional, prompt and on time. They also give a report with details of things that need repair which is very useful when dealing with rodents. Also very friendly staff. We have used them several times and they NEVER DISAPPOINT. WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND 100%

I'm on their 3x year maintenance plan. They spray outside of house, alert you of potential problems (like build up of leaves) They also come inside and spray when & where you request it. Several times I had Carlos J. as my tech and he's super friendly, patient with my needs and sprays the "extra" places I request, no matter the difficulty. My house is huge and he gladly took the time to do a thorough job. The dog even liked him, and she's not friendly. ;-)

I left Will Kil this summer and signed a contract with Aptive. Aptive sprayed here twice and my house was covered in bugs! I paid their $229 cancellation fee and went right back to WilKil. They came and sprayed once... no more bugs. Exactly how it should be.

I hired Will-Kill after seeing the great job at Miller Brewing. My house has had zero pests in 10 years. My only hope is that they go a little easier on the bees. You really don’t have to kill bees nests tucked on the second story eves. We need our bees for many reasons.....they have responded. The bees they target are wasps!
