Terminix has provided service to my house for years. I live next to a field so bugs and mice issues can be a problem. The service provided by Terminex does a good job keeping these issues undercontrol. The service personnel are are always friendly and polite and usually the same person does the service unless they are on vacation. I am very pleased with my Terminix service.

We’ll so far so good, bought a house unaware that they had roaches. No it’s my job to get rid of them before we move in, which I think helps a lot When you have an exterminator come out and theirs nothing in the house to move around.

Scheduling and communication are pretty horrible. Originally scheduled my initial spray from 3-5pm on the following Monday. Then an hour later, a different lady called me and told me I was in the books scheduled from 2-4pm. That really wasn't a big deal. Sunday, the day before my appointment, I get a text from the technician that was going to be coming out, saying he was no longer going to be able to make my 5-7pm appointment the next day. I don't know how I ended up being told 3 different time slots by 3 different people. So I rescheduled with that guy for Thursday from 9-11am. Again, not a big deal to have to reschedule. Monday came along, and I get a text at 3:30pm saying that the technician is on the way, with a link attached. So I clicked the link and it said estimated arrival 1 minute. I looked outside and he's parked out in front of my house. I had no idea they were even coming that day, considering I rescheduled the day prior. Overall, poor scheduling and communication

We have used Terminix in the past about 4 years ago for the same problem with pavement ants that just recently appeared again. We had a 1 year program then & signed up for another year of treatment again. Casey Blocksom was our service technician this time & it seems as though he was even more thorough. Very prompt, friendly & considerate. So far so good. No more signs of ants as of this time.

Terminix is the worst company to deal with Chuck is unprofessional and he’s a theft he sells you services you don’t need don’t tell you he’s checking your credit I list 13 points by him doing so without my approval. I had been with them for four years never miss paying my bills but the service was ok in the beginning now it sucks and they must have him a cut in pay because he cares nothing about hanging up On a customer and lying to a customer. Never again Orkin gave me better service and customer service . They said they get a lot of Terminix customers. I believe them .

We bought a new house only to discover a centipede infestation after moving in. Some spiders as well, which was probably their food source. Not only in the (finished) basement, but I would find them in the main level as well upon waking up almost every morning. Many in the attached garage as well. I was so upset. I wasn't even comfortable in my own home, constantly on the lookout. We tried dehumidifiers, which helped a little, but the problem persisted. I had to do something, so we called Terminix. We had never needed pest control services in the past, so I wasn't sure what to expect. The first visit went well, and they sprayed the entire interior & exterior. We have kept up with quarterly exterior treatments for over 3 years now, and it is very rare to see a centipede anymore. Maybe 2-3 per year. The best part is they are poisoned & slow, so they are at least easy to kill, unlike when we first moved in when they would scurry so fast! Ewww! Terminix worked for our situation, and I would highly recommend them. They automatically schedule & notify you of upcoming treatments & automatically bill, so it's totally a no hassle process. You don't need to be home during the appointment unless you would want anything done inside. I'm finally comfortable in my own home & loving my bug-free life!

My service rep is Tim Raasch. He’s very kind and patient. He conducted his job with respect to our property. I did receive my normal email notice that my Terminix Service was due to take place. I was home to receive service. I also had Tim to spray the inside of our house for spiders, etc. Tim is very conscientious about doing a good job for his clients and willing to return if needed.

The technician was very knowledgeable, informative, and quick. I would just advise that the call center is a bit uninformed, I had no idea the technician was coming until he called from my doorstep, which that part is fine, but the call center said I would get a call from the local office within a few days, never got that call. This ended up being almost two weeks later

We've subscribed to Terminix's service ever since they got rid of termites at our old house. We picked them because they offered a guarantee that the termites would never come back, but that if they did, Terminix would not only resume service at no charge, but would cover any damage the returning termites would cause. Now, at our newer house, we continue to subscribe to the Terminix service for pest control (mostly insects) both inside and outside the house. Their service technicians — especially Betty! — go above and beyond the call of duty in making sure our house is pest-free, and in eradicating any new pest problems that arise. Well worth the cost!

The actual extermination process had a good result, the scheduling was a nightmare!! If it weren't for my own efforts and many ,many phone calls I wouldn't of had service on the day I was originally sceduled!!! If it weren't for scottie my technician I would of canceled!!!! I understand things happen but it just seemed like no one had a clue what was going on!!! End result... scottie my technician saved the day,he was knowledgable,explained everything to me and truly cared!! Thanks scottie u deserve a raise!!!!!
