The service when the exterminator arrives is excellent, however, the notification process is lacking. I get 2 days notice without an estimated time of arrival. I always hear to call to find out what time the exterminator will arrive. When he’s on his way he’s very good about letting us know though.

I was told that they were going to be there between 8 and 10. I had to take off of work, and no one showed up. On their prior scheduled visit, they never entered the premises, even though they had the key code. They still billed me for the visit. So when I called them to reschedule, they set a date and time. They never showed up until much later in the afternoon. I had wasted 2 whole hours of work time.

I didn’t use the service yet but I had spoke with a very nice lady name Linda Richardson and she made me feel very comfortable with thinking about using you guys! If you guys can promote her PLEASE!!!!! I work in a customer service industry(uhaul) and I know days may get hectic but my oh my like I felt like I made a new best friend! Way to go Linda Richardson!
