Mike SchirmerHumberto was responsive, willing to do the job the same day as i called. Scheduling was fly by seat of your pants because he had a previous job, but he was willing to wait 15 minutes for me to get home in traffic. And he got rid of the wasps at a reasonable price compared to others I called around the area. He seems like a good guy and he offered some good conversations as he got rid of the pests. He did a good job getting rid of my wasps and from what he told me he's pretty good of getting rid of bed bugs. So I'll recommend his services to friends and family if something like wasps, bed bugs, pests come up
Kara SchillerI had a bad smell coming from my basement, explained the situation to Humberto, and he was able to come over the next day. He was on time and communicated with me throughout. He had to move a lot of boxes and furniture around to find the issue (dead mouse), but he took care of the issue and then put everything back right where it was and cleaned up. He noted that I had some spiders and asked if I wanted a spray for that, which he was able to do right away. He then took the time to go around the outside of my house to find where the mice were getting in. Once he showed me some of the holes/cracks, he gave me 3 different options to fix it, at 3 different price points, and explained the differences to me. He was very thorough and understanding. I appreciated his knowledge and patience explaining everything to me! Would highly recommend his services for anyone needing pest control or general preventative services. Thank you so much!
