Wonderful experience everytime with Ehlers!! Been using them for 10+ years and no complaints. They have been able to take care of all our pest needs. Yesterday they found a hornet nest during our quarterly treatment and today John came out and took care of it. He let me know what he did and instructions for the next couple of days to avoid getting stung.

Ants! It started with a few in our bathroom and exterior wall. We had a little frass that we also had mistaken for dust/dirt. Ehlers was one of the most friendly, responsive, and direct pest management companies we spoke to. A lot of others wanted to start with a complex program and upfront payment for monthly service. We liked that Ehlers came out to see the problem and talk us through treatment options. I'm sure some customers would be nervous to hear the problem may get worse before it gets better. But Dale and the team talked us through everything and didn't merely cover up the problem but actually solved it. Baiting definitely brought the ants out of the woodwork, literally. But after 3-4 treatments we haven't seen any signs of activity and continue to have reasonable, preventive services. Look, I'm sure you can call anyone up to solve your problems. But we appreciate the time, care, and honesty that came along with it. It was also refreshing to hear what the approach was going to be and how drawing them out would be a better long-term solution. No hesitation in recommending Ehlers or calling them when we have other needs.

We initially used Ehler’s for a bed bug infestation in 2015 due to a bad hotel stay. We chose Ehler’s as they were the most responsive and helpful. John answered all my questions and concerns over the phone and Dale, the technician, came and completed the application. We later used Ehler’s to take care of wasp nests when we sold our home as well as in my office at work. We have since moved and now have a home surrounded by farm field so we utilize Ehler’s for regular application inside and outside to keep down the flies, stink bugs, and ladybugs. Dale is our primary technician and is responsive, respectful, and communicative with when he is coming out for our applications! We intend to continue using Ehler’s for our pest control needs! Highly recommend

Had been using a national company and they would send a different person each time who seemed to know nothing about pest control but rather just checked off boxes. When I had insect, rodent and bay problems the former pest control contractor was unresponsive and unhelpful. I called Ehlers and got quick and thorough response. They came out and spent more time on that first visit than the other company had in 2+ years. Ehlers provided an easy to understand plan and went to work. Six months later it’s a huge difference with pest problems under control. I recommend Ehlers completely. Friendly, communicative, helpful and knowledgeable are words I would use to describe the Ehlers team.

Shout out to Ehlers Pest Management for taking care of our hornet nest the dog discovered today ASAP! These guys are awesome and super helpful. And they take the time to educate you on how to prevent rodents, insects, bees, hornets etc. We've been working with Dale and John since 2018 and love the services they provide. Dale always takes the time to make sure we're taken care of. We went from having rodents, ants, and a spider ecosystem to nothing in a visit or two. Now we're on affordable maintenance plan. These guys are wonderful to work with.

We moved into a new house that was vacant and found some evidence that there were mice. We called up and we're scheduled right away. Ryan came out to the house and gave us some hints on where they may be coming in. He monitored the activity monthly while we filled in some holes around the house. Within a few months we had no more rodent activity. Ehlers pest management was always friendly and professional. Very happy with our experience!

John and Dale were very thorough and came out to our restaurant within a week of calling them to set traps and treat for ants. Showed me how mice were getting in and gave me advice on how to fix my garage door to stop them from getting in. Great company that goes above and beyond we will definitely keep using them.

Back in 2015, when we had a severe rodent problem, I experienced excellent service with Ehlers. They have been consistent for the past seven years and ALWAYS readily respond. I recommended Ehlers to my employer and have been impressed that they can handle both types of customers: my residential property on the East Side and several large commercial buildings in Brewers Hill and Harambee. The techs that come out have always been trained and have experience. Usually, one tech will have my account for several years! They seem to have low turnover. I love the recurring service option. It's highly affordable and gives me peace of mind. Suppose a new/different pest situation arises. In that case, the techs respond very quickly and can access years of my home's history to help inform the latest treatment method. I highly recommend it!

We had a lot of wasps around our house last summer, more than usual. We have two kids that play outside a lot and needed this taken care of asap. Called Ehlers and spoke with John the owner. He was able to get one of his guys out here on the same day. Jon arrived and did a thorough inspection. Discussed the situation and what treatments would best take care of our problem. We went ahead with it and Jon knocked it out. Came back for monitoring and haven't seen bugs since. If we ever have a pest problem again, we would use Ehlers. Experienced group!!

I called John about 9am on Friday morning for a mouse issue. John explained the services and costs upfront and was at my house by 12:30. Not only did he catch the mouse that was in the house, he was thorough in his inspection. John explained each step that will keep my house mouse free and I was very confident with his explanation. John also offered an additional house spraying for spiders and bugs which I chose to do. Pricing was 20-25% less than the big names and the service was extremely professional. Got home after work and realized we had a yellow jacket nest in the basement. Went on Google to search local pest management and came across John's service. Called him and explained the situation. He was out within an hour. Super nice guy. Very efficient and took care of the job within 30 mins inside and out. Was nice to support a local neighbor's business. We live in a civil war era home that has many specialized needs found in such a structure, such as a field stone foundation, dual course brick walls, etc. Prior to having Ehlers servicing our needs, much of our possessions were being nested in and destroyed by mouse infestations in our garage as well. Every year we had asian beetles spiders, and ant problems in the house. Since we've started with this excellent company, the difference has been literally like night and day. We will never try anyone else, we are now a lifetime customer. I cannot recommend Ehlers pest management enough for any pest problem anyone has.

You hope you never have to deal with pest control, but when you do, this is the place to deal with it for you. John was extremely helpful and quick when it came to getting rid of our pest problem. He happened to be in our area and was able to come within 5 minutes to inspect! Other places I called said someone would reach out to us between 1 day or 2, but that was definitely not going to work. We have been using John Ehlers Pest Control and his associate David Huron since March 2020 in controlling the rodent population around our house in the Merton area of northern Waukesha County. They have done an excellent job in eradicating the Voles that have been decimating my grass. Their excellent traps capture at least several rodents every visit. Previous service from Masterguard Pest Control was terrible. Thank you John and Dave.

Ehlers Pest Management is an excellent company. John is always on time. He provides a status on the "activity" on the premises. He is personable as well as gets results. Our "activity" is down to a minimum. The pesticides that he uses works for us. Just thankful.

I left an online inquiry on a Sunday afternoon, and Monday morning John called. He came out within a couple hours. Walked me through everything he would recommend, did additional work sealing up holes that were rodent habitats. Left devices to help manage the rat problem in our property. Sadly, the rest of the neighborhood should address a growing rat problem, but we’re hopeful that our rat tenants will be evicted with some consistent effort. I’ll review again after some time has been given to the solutions. 🐀 🐀 🐀

Called at 7pm after two neighborhood children were stung. John came out in the dark and took care of the wasp problem immediately. John and his guys are pros. I had a roach problem that started out annoying and turned into a nightmare. When I moved out I wanted to make sure I wasn't bringing roaches with me, so the guys from Ehlers came to the old place and the new one. Unlike some of the big chain pest control services they don't just spray your place with poison and leave. They actually work on fixing the problem. I hope I won't need more pest control services in the future, but if I do, I know who I'm gonna call.
